McDonald's in Zittau

The order arrived quickly. The food tasted good. From what I could see, all the staff were friendly. So, all in all, it was a good experience for a fast-food restaurant.

I remember paying 18 euros for two burgers and cheese nuggets, but unfortunately I only received one burger. I'm quite annoyed.

We ordered via the app and picked up at the McDonald's Drive-Thru. The food was warm and, even for McDonald's, very fresh and delicious.

You can't drink properly with the ice cubes

Where the hell is the vegan Mc Plant burger gone?????? There is no reason to visit this place anymore, mc plant vrap is disgusting aspecially with that curry souce. Very disappointing.

Only the ordering machines have a slow response, which bothers us, we spend a lot of time standing at the counter.

The staff is completely overwhelmed, and every Happy Meal is missing a toy, like last night (we only noticed it at home). The child is once again very upset about it. The fries and potato wedges are cold and inedible. The restaurant was empty except for two people, and all the tables and benches are completely dirty. Cleanliness is not a priority here.

I ordered a beer, which, as you can see, came from a 0.5-liter bottle of Bitburger, very chilled. It was poured into a paper cup, which wasn't a big deal, but it was only 350 ml full!?!? Where is the rest of the bottle? Crime...

If you want to eat but don't have your own sandwiches, you can eat delicious food there.

At the Zittau McDonald's the staff at the McDrive are extremely unfriendly, the food is sometimes cold and the waiting times are too long even though it's not busy!!!

ice cream top, fries - I've never had such disgusting ones anywhere, not even at the last kiosk. Pommes frites - as if pulled from the garbage can...

Today, April 5th, at 11:29 AM, we ordered at the McDrive. Unfortunately, a cheeseburger for €2.30 was forgotten. 😬 Treat yourself, we hope you enjoyed it. 🫣 Everyone knows how it works: once again, despite a comment, the paid items weren't put in the bag. 🫣 Our suggestion for the McDrive should be called McForget. 🤭

Long wait times at the McDrive and inside. Orders taken after me got their food first :( And I only ordered two small burgers... It's a shame, actually, because I usually really enjoyed coming here! :(

Simply disappointed... You give this store another chance and you're so disappointed. The Happy Meal had a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger, and the toy was completely forgotten... Unfortunately, we only discovered it at home, otherwise I would have complained right away. My daughter was totally disappointed, and the meal was basically a complete waste... My nuggets tasted like they were from last week... And I don't even want to talk about the wait until the food was ready...

I ordered two Big Tasty Bacon today, but there was no lettuce or tomato on it. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home. For that money, you'd expect it.

Rubbery buns, ketchup all over the bun but not where it should have been, it looked like it was soaked in ketchup... Unpleasant staff and there were only about five people there, panic and they couldn't do anything...

Nice service, ok atmosphere, but the food... a disaster. If you have the opportunity to visit McDonald's in Poland, go there, but not to Zittau. I ordered a chicken salad for EUR 5.3. I received some mix of bitter lettuce, with two large pieces of cucumber, large slices of tomato and cold, almost uncut meat. Never again. The same salad in Poland is cheaper and a hundred times tastier. Additionally, after eating "meat" at German McDonald's, my stomach always hurts. I strongly advise against it, unless you like extremely junk food - but for this amount you can buy something much better...

No service at the cash register, even though all terminals are occupied. It's quicker than that. Employees are happy to park right at the entrance, a parking space for guests, and a two-hour parking space. McDonald's Zittau is seriously losing its way!

Food was delicious but the new chips really sucked. The hot crispy chips were sometimes not cooked through and they were still tough in some places. Nevertheless, the food arrived quickly and was delicious.👍🏼

Dirty and greasy tables from food. During the time we sat there for about 40 minutes, no one from the staff would wipe the tables.

It is warm, music is not too quiet or too loud, the interior is very hygienic and the burgers look very aesthetically assembled. Food not too dry and the fries not very salty. An order for 3 noses was completed within 7 minutes.

I ordered for two adults and one child. One burger was missing and one was wrong. It sucks if you're not from the area and you notice it too late

Very nice clean restaurant. It always goes very quickly until you get the food. The children have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately there are still no gluten-free burgers in German restaurants, which I think is a shame because I can't tolerate gluten.

After several disappointing visits, this time everything was great. Waiting time in the drive-in was okay. The lady at the counter was super polite, understandable and really positive. And most importantly, this time the food distribution was also good.

It went very quickly today because there wasn't much going on. The food was surprisingly hot and freshly topped. The service was friendly. The interior was clean. Since we were traveling with our four-legged friend, we ate outside and the tables were clean.

Service and ambience is completely OK! I only drank a milkshake. The food at Mac Do is too spongy for me, I generally don't eat that!

The employees are unable to correctly put together the simplest orders. Unfortunately, every third order is now wrong. Either half is missing or you get a completely different order. This has nothing to do with human error, it's a complete impudence. Close the shop.

Ordered takeaway food for just over €40 - including 20 nuggets. When we got home these were missing and ordered fries completely. Big mess, only sleepyheads there - especially since there were only a maximum of 5 customers there!!!

We used MC'Drive today. Result 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 Big MC, ordered. Also like that. There were 2 cheeseburgers in the bag and the Big MC was missing lettuce and cheese. In Zittau the staff is very friendly

Price/performance ratio is absolutely not right, tables were not wiped and the carts for garbage and dishes were overflowing.

For the repeated time (it was particularly bad after the opening, actually better later) ordered/paid for food was embezzled. Of course we could always ask for it in the "restaurant", but in the Mc Drive it's just a bit... "complicated". I've been to Mc's in many places, but nowhere else was there as much fuss as here. This time a whole burger was missing - a no-go given the current prices. That was final for us. Check your purchase immediately upon acceptance.

One of the best McDonald’s we’ve ever visited: - friendly and helpful staff - prompt service despite the place was crowded during our visit; - clean toilets with paper towels; - kid-friendly, they even allowed to pick up the Happy meal toy; - plenty of parking slots and 2 charger for those driving electric; Great job, McDonald’s Zittau!

When we placed our order, we were allowed to watch the staff dancing, joking and chatting while we were putting together our order. When you were no longer sure which drink was the cola or the iced tea, you pierced the drinking hole in the lid with your finger and After looking, the cola was also an iced tea, while eating we noticed that we both only had a half-filled pack of curly fries. Chuťově bych řekl krapet lepší než u nás (cz), ale našel jsem dvě mínus.. nikdo z personálu v době návštěvy neuměl anglicky?! A proč nemáte v nabídce variantu pro bezlepkové burgery jako je v Čechách, Rakousku atd standartem?! Myslel jsem si, že to je všude stejné..? Edit 11.10.23 takže taky šupem dolů.. objednávací obrazovky nefunkční, stále NEMAJÍ GLUTEN FREI?!! Všude jinde mají! Obsluha zmatená, nechá zákazníka čekat a objednávka nebyla kompletní.. dneska slabé 2* Keine glutenFrei burger?!!! Was?! :(

Větší výběr než v České republice, bramborové vafličky jsou něco neskutečně výborného, maso větší než samotná houska a burger celkově chutnější. Proč to nejde takto i v České republice
