McDonald's in Zittau

I ordered there at around 11:30, fries tasted old and the following evening I vomited 3 times, probably goods from the night shift sold

I would prefer to give 0 stars...‼️🤬 Staff below the belt, unsympathetic, don't take a joke and end up putting rusty nails in their food. ...you are treated like a child and make cheeky claims. It's a shame, next time I'd rather have the competition

Food was delicious but the new chips really sucked. The hot crispy chips were sometimes not cooked through and they were still tough in some places. Nevertheless, the food arrived quickly and was delicious.👍🏼

Very pleasant but noisy because of the many people.

Dirty and greasy tables from food. During the time we sat there for about 40 minutes, no one from the staff would wipe the tables.

Our favorite McDonald's establishment, we like it very much, fair portions, excellent ice cream and coffee. Only the order machines have a slow response, which bothers us, we spend a lot of time standing at the stand.

Super nice staff with always a smile on their faces! The atmosphere is very pleasant! It's warm, the music is pleasantly loud or quiet and, as usual at this chain, the food is good!

I had 5 cheese nachos, 2 of which were empty; so just breading. I am extremely disappointed & sad :(

It is warm, music is not too quiet or too loud, the interior is very hygienic and the burgers look very aesthetically assembled. Food not too dry and the fries not very salty. An order for 3 noses was completed within 7 minutes.

I ordered for two adults and one child. One burger was missing and one was wrong. It sucks if you're not from the area and you notice it too late

Very nice clean restaurant. It always goes very quickly until you get the food. The children have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately there are still no gluten-free burgers in German restaurants, which I think is a shame because I can't tolerate gluten.

After several disappointing visits, this time everything was great. Waiting time in the drive-in was okay. The lady at the counter was super polite, understandable and really positive. And most importantly, this time the food distribution was also good.

It went very quickly today because there wasn't much going on. The food was surprisingly hot and freshly topped. The service was friendly. The interior was clean. Since we were traveling with our four-legged friend, we ate outside and the tables were clean.

Service and ambience is completely OK! I only drank a milkshake. The food at Mac Do is too spongy for me, I generally don't eat that!

The employees are unable to correctly put together the simplest orders. Unfortunately, every third order is now wrong. Either half is missing or you get a completely different order. This has nothing to do with human error, it's a complete impudence. Close the shop.

Ordered takeaway food for just over €40 - including 20 nuggets. When we got home these were missing and ordered fries completely. Big mess, only sleepyheads there - especially since there were only a maximum of 5 customers there!!!

We used MC'Drive today. Result 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 Big MC, ordered. Also like that. There were 2 cheeseburgers in the bag and the Big MC was missing lettuce and cheese. It has happened to us several times that the order was not complete, as apple turnovers were often completely forgotten - the last time we noticed it in the car - so we went back in and described the situation... The nice lady's answer: "Tough luck" .

In Zittau the staff is very friendly

Even though the store was full, we didn't have to wait long.

Price/performance ratio is absolutely not right, tables were not wiped and the carts for garbage and dishes were overflowing.

For the repeated time (it was particularly bad after the opening, actually better later) ordered/paid for food was embezzled. Of course we could always ask for it in the "restaurant", but in the Mc Drive it's just a bit... "complicated". I've been to Mc's in many places, but nowhere else was there as much fuss as here. This time a whole burger was missing - a no-go given the current prices. That was final for us. Check your purchase immediately upon acceptance.

One of the best McDonald’s we’ve ever visited: - friendly and helpful staff - prompt service despite the place was crowded during our visit; - clean toilets with paper towels; - kid-friendly, they even allowed to pick up the Happy meal toy; - plenty of parking slots and 2 charger for those driving electric; Great job, McDonald’s Zittau!

When we placed our order, we were allowed to watch the staff dancing, joking and chatting while we were putting together our order. Der Mitarbeiter abends meinte nach ca. 2 Minuten Wartezeit beim Bringen des Essens: "auch euch lassen wir nicht Verhungern" und servierte mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Ungewohnt freundlich für McDonald's, find ich super 😋👍🏼

Chuťově bych řekl krapet lepší než u nás (cz), ale našel jsem dvě mínus.. nikdo z personálu v době návštěvy neuměl anglicky?! A proč nemáte v nabídce variantu pro bezlepkové burgery jako je v Čechách, Rakousku atd standartem?! Myslel jsem si, že to je všude stejné..? Edit 11.10.23 takže taky šupem dolů.. objednávací obrazovky nefunkční, stále NEMAJÍ GLUTEN FREI?!! Všude jinde mají! Obsluha zmatená, nechá zákazníka čekat a objednávka nebyla kompletní.. dneska slabé 2* Keine glutenFrei burger?!!! Was?! :(

Větší výběr než v České republice, bramborové vafličky jsou něco neskutečně výborného, maso větší než samotná houska a burger celkově chutnější. Proč to nejde takto i v České republice

Selten so einen freundlichen schnellen und leckeren McDonalds gesehen.

Klassischer Mcd**f , sieht gleich aus schmeckt gleich usw. Was man aber sagen muss das man häufiger Personal antrifft die auch Lust zur Arbeit haben. Das Essen wird auch anständig zusammen gesetzt und nicht lieblos zusammengeworfen wie in anderen MC Restaurant’s

Grundsätzlich sauber. Essen war okay, aber habe es auch schon schöner präsentiert bekommen. Leider waren fast alle der SB-Terminals außer Betrieb. Trotzdem gab es Bedienung - also die Beszellung wurde zum Tisch gebracht

Дуже часто забувають покласти щось в замовлення з собою. Наприклад мені забули пиріжок вже двічі. Багатьом моїм друзям теж часто щось забувають покласти. Часто брудні столи. Працюють швидко.

Um Mitternacht ein paar Matschsemmeln gegessen. Die waren ganz ok. Leider wurde meiner Freundin nach schon 5 Minuten des allein rumliegens ihr Handy geklaut. Macht den Laden jetzt nicht schlechter aber auch nicht besser.

Příjemná restaurace držící si standardy tohoto řetězce. Není co vytknout. Personál přátelský a ochotný. Jídlo bylo rychle připravené a dobré. Zase se zde rádi stavíme.

Czekanie tak dlugie jak w restauracji u Gesllerowej a zamówień oczekujacych až trzy,keczup ostry ze oczy wypala.

Krásně udělané, jídlo lepší, než české poměry.

Es war einiges los gegen Abend, um an den bestell Tafeln unsere Bestellung aufzugeben hat es etwas gedauert (bei den vielen Leuten aber klar) aber trotzdem haben wir unser Essen ziemlich schnell bekommen (..innerhalb 5-10min)😁👍🏻
