Everything is delicious, relatively quickly and efficiently, I recommend it

Disappointing experience today when the store opened. One of the staff members seemed unfriendly and unwilling to take more orders from non-German speakers. It felt as if she might have tried to use the language barrier as a way to make her job easier, since fewer customers would mean less work for her. Pizzas were overpriced for the size — one had very little cheese.

I order there often and have never had any problems with delivery. It tastes really great, too 👍

The prices are neutral, the taste... not bad, but I've had better. No tea (and it's hard to eat dry pizza), no toilet ┐⁠(⁠ ⁠˘⁠_⁠˘⁠)⁠┌ As far as I know, the company focuses primarily on delivery.

The food was waiting for over half an hour. Initially it was supposed to be delivered at 2:12 p.m., then two minutes after the delivery time had expired it was moved to 2:29 p.m., making it almost seven minutes late! The food was barely warm, I had to heat it up again in the microwave, and that's not the first time! Today you order and the driver tells you to put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. What's that all about? Things need to change!

Super tasty but still some unfriendly staff!

I was very happy that Domino's also delivers to Olbersdorf. According to Lieferando, the minimum order value was €8.99 plus a delivery fee – absolutely fine. I ordered for around €12 and was looking forward to my meal. Shortly afterward, however, I received a call: Apparently, there was a minimum order value of €20 for Olbersdorf. This was neither stated nor understandable on Lieferando – especially since I live in the first building in Olbersdorf, right on the city border with Zittau and therefore closer than many addresses in Zittau itself. Instead of a solution, I received a very rude response. In the end, my order wasn't delivered unless I ordered significantly more. A very disappointing experience for me – especially since I would have liked to order more often (there aren't many alternatives in Zittau anyway).

Not delivered to the correct address and the ice had already melted. Absolute mess

We ordered pizza online. Unfortunately, the internet didn't show that the pizza was spicy. When I called, I was simply brushed off with the statement "the brochure says it's hot and the boss doesn't want to talk to you." When I asked if we could do something as a gesture of goodwill, I only received a not very friendly response.

The food is really delicious, but a bit expensive. Still highly recommended. Delivery is always very quick. Respect for that!

Very disgusting the employees don't use gloves and it is very unhygienic in the kitchen and inside where the food is prepared and above all the employees are very unfriendly...

The statement that yes the aioli sauce was not packaged, sorry, and no money back for it is ridiculous.

At first it couldn't be ordered online, but after calling, it wasn't possible again until 30 minutes later then after the 30 minutes mentioned ordered, waited 45 minutes for the food Wrong pizza delivered, then had to wait almost 30 minutes until the right one came. Almost 2 hours after the first attempt to order, I was finally able to enjoy my pizza and satisfy my hunger. If it takes that long again I'll soon be with the competition.

Online mega class. Without a callback and a lot of blah blah. No PayPal, directly over the Internet you don't even need an annoying app. Top. With live broadcast history. E.g. AM IN THE OVEN. Delicious. A shortcoming. Everything is a bit small. For a grown man. After the lunch box and extra extra extra and a coke I was really hungry. And another shake 5 euros 5 fries doesn't work with extra fries. Really 5 pieces..16 cm pizza 3 chicken arms. Shake, Cola, everything was delicious, I've gone. And over 20 euros and still hungry. But the order number via the Internet, without an app, is super cool.

The man was serving refused to take my order because I don't speak German, he left me standing there untill another lady came to take the order , I wrote to the company headquarter and until now no answer, will never go back

Not recommended. Unfortunately, it has happened several times that orders have not arrived in full. If the staff is unable to take into account orders for which ingredients can be deselected and selected, this function should not be offered on the website. You order several pizzas, some of which should have additional ingredients and pizzas for which you make the normal selection and get a delivery in which the normally selected pizza arrives as an unfilled pizza. Just dough, sauce and maybe tomatoes, even though it was supposed to be a pizza with 8 ingredients. Also, the ingredients don't seem fresh. Unfortunately, we have now received all of the attempts from the last few weeks with reductions in quality and taste.

I have ordered from this shop many times and I have been very satisfied since Hello Pizza. Food is always warm/hot, staff is always friendly, delivery times are insane. When it was still Hello Pizza I once waited 2 hours for an order. Definitely an improvement from before. Offers from Dominos Club via their website will be sent out by email once a week if you wish. From 15% on pizza to 10% on everything, everything is possible. Now it's almost the only place where you can still order at decent prices in Zittau.

Habe Die Falsche Pizza zugeschickt bekommen

We ordered in Zittau for 9 people. The pizzas were freshly prepared and were all very tasty. There was a 20% discount if you picked it up yourself. With the large pizzas, the men's eyes were bigger than their stomachs. In our opinion, a normal one is completely sufficient.

I basically just order from there. Everything has been great so far, but just now there was a hair on my pizza. It's a shame because I don't want to/can't eat it anymore.

I'm really dissatisfied. Ordered for delivery for €14.26. Minimum order value according to the website is €12.90. Call after completion that the minimum order value has not been reached because it is 20 euros. After asking why this is the case, I was told that it is unfortunately the case. Reordered to get to 20 euros. 19.75 euros were then waved through. Driver comes and demands 20.75 euros.

Friendly staff for telephone orders and subsequent quick deliveries and really tasty wraps. The taste cannot be maintained for all dishes, but ultimately these are personal impressions that do not necessarily have to be related to the offer.

Very tasty and fresh, price performance is right.

Lecker, Lieferung dauerte etwas.

Gute Pizza. Greundlicher Empfang am Bestelldresen. Die Einrichtung ist an einem "American Diners" angelehnt. Ist ziemlich warm, da die Pizzaküche offen gestaltet ist. War auf jeden Fall lecker, wie bei Domino's Pizza.

Erstaunlich gute Qualität der Produkte , wesentlich besser als was man da vor 10 Jahren noch in solchen Locations erhalten hat.

Jelikož vím jak má tato pizza churnat tak bohužel nemůžu doporučit. Celé testo je z kukuricne mouky (ale to se této pizzy netyka) to je pouze pizza a rozhodně ne DOMINO'S.

Das Essen ist immer schnell abholbereit und das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Produkte schmecken gut und der Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Großer Pluspunkt: die Vielzahl an verschiedenen Produkten und das große vegane Sortiment!

Die Pizza war ok. Schnell geliefert und sehr freundlicher Lieferdienst. Aber die Qualität/ Preis war eher knappes gut. Die Tomatensauce war eher wie Tomatenmark. Gesamtgeschmack war gutes Mittelmaß. Das können kleine Betriebe oft besser. Für ne Kette halt ok. Preislich eher oberer Bereich. Fazit: Kann man mal essen, aber mit Luft nach oben.

Dominos ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache, aber die vegane Pizza ist einfach super! Und das Personal ist auch immer freundlich :) Ich bestelle gerne hier!

Wenn der Pizzalieferdienst schon 10 min nach der Bestellung klingelt, ist man schon positiv überrascht. Leider traf das nicht auf die Qualität der Pizzen zu. Offenbar wird mit Convenience-Produkten gearbeitet und nicht mit frischen Zutaten. Die Tomatenmarksoße schmeckt industriell und die Belege waren von überschaubarer Qualität.

Leckeres Essen, nette Leute und kurzzeitig alles fertig. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Unser erster Besuch bei Domino's in Zittau. Die Pizza war reichlich und qualitativ in Ordnung. Bedienung war zügig und freundlich. Aktuell nichts auszusetzen.

An sich ganz lecker. Preis ist relativ teuer im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz. Was mich am meisten stört ist, dass man im Internet nicht mehr nach Hirschfelde liefern kann :(

Wir bestellen ganz regelmäßig und wir waren immer zufrieden aber Heute war nicht so ok.... 2 Pizza, Pasta und Süßigkeiten.... 32€ Pizza Nummer 1 war nicht fertig ( Teig ganz weiß) Pizza Nummer 2 war kalt. Pasta auch kalt und Penne ganz Hard... Ich hoffe der Kocher hättet nur nicht guten Tag..

Bestellen öfter mal Pizza von Dominos zu uns nach Olbersdorf. Die Lieferzeit ist nicht zu schlagen. Es dauert meist keine 20 Minuten nach der Bestellung und unser Essen ist da. Bis jetzt war immer alles sehr zufriedenstellend und es gibt nichts zu meckern. Macht weiter so 👍🏻

Immer pünktlich zur Bestellung fertig und absolut leckere Pizzen. Nur die Mitarbeiter manchmal etwas "genervt" wenn man seine Bestellung abholen will. Bin sonst absolut zufrieden!

Leider gelten meist Aktionscoupons nicht auf Halb-Halb-Pizzen, Extra Beilagen oder temporäre Saisonpizzen, also auf quasi genau das, was man haben möchte, wenn man nicht immer nur 0815 möchte :? Daher nur vier von fünf Sternen, denn die Preise sind auch nicht allzu günstig
