Mega delicious dishes. Doner, burgers, pizza. Everything really tasty. We both ordered and ate on site. Delivery was quick. It's also pleasant on site. If we are here again, we will definitely come back.

I love the food at Mr Bales! Not only is it delicious, but it is also made from local products. Whenever I am in the region, at least one visit is mandatory.

Very nice restaurant in pleasant surroundings. The service staff is very good and careful. Even if you have intolerances, you can choose something from the normal menu and we will discuss with the guest which things may need to be left out. The food was very good and came quite quickly. The prices are reasonable.

Small garden restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff.

A very good and reasonably priced inn in the center of Zittau. A small tunnel leads directly into the cozy courtyard, a perfect place to look forward to warmer days. The rustic ambiance with its vaulted ceilings is a perfect fit. Attentive, courteous staff and excellent regional and Bohemian cuisine make you want to return. Unfortunately, there are few restaurants these days that offer such a good overall package.

We have been coming here for over thirty years and are always thrilled and very satisfied. It is simply the best Greek in Zittau. Very nice and very friendly guests and excellent service.

The hotel is located in a historic old building, which isn't a bad thing at first. The location right in the city center is also a plus. The rest was simply overhauled at some point and with little attention to detail. The biggest drawback, however, was the inadequate heating in winter. You don't feel comfortable if you can only warm yourself with the blanket.
