The ambience is similar to that of a hotel, reminiscent of a retirement home. The service is friendly and the food is good. (Regional cuisine). The only thing that was strange was that you had to pay a 2€ surcharge for submerging the side dishes (croquettes for dumplings).

There is no comparison to the times of the Wall, almost exclusively only sloppy frozen dishes, served lukewarm and carelessly. The “Forest Guardian” snack plate used to be in great demand. Of course you can still stop by there, but it is no longer the typical “Hutzen atmosphere” of yesteryear. The ambience has also changed a lot. It's just not like it was before the "bereavement." Nobody will sit down and gulp down 10 half liters of “Wernesbacher” anymore. That's how times changed in the "'blooming landscapes''. Thank you Hellmut.👎

Unfortunately, it happened for the second time that the order (to take away) was incomplete. Everyone has a bad day, but it seems to happen more often when you read the other reviews, and that just can't happen given the high prices! Unfortunately I didn't notice this until too late, otherwise I would have complained about it straight away, but you should actually expect that something like this doesn't happen regularly! Anyone who orders something there should definitely check the order for completeness immediately! I won't be going there again anytime soon.

Went here for lunch today and were thrilled. From various types of schnitzel, sliced ​​meat and sauerbraten to perfect rösti, fries and salad - it couldn't have been better. For dessert there were delicious cream puffs, ice cream sundaes and fine coffee. The service was also very good and the waiting time for the food wasn't too long, even though everything was freshly prepared. We also liked the many small historical objects in the restaurant that tell of past times in the Ore Mountains. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely like to come back!

Perfect pizza and fast service! This was my first time ordering from this pizza delivery service and I'm more than satisfied. The pizza was hot, fresh, and had a crispy base—exactly what a perfect pizza should be. The ingredients were high-quality and perfectly balanced in flavor. The taste was very good. The employee was friendly. The tables were set up very attractively. Toilets clean. Cash and card payment possible. The only thing we didn't like was the water in plastic bottles, it didn't look appealing and for €8, a carafe or a glass bottle would be more appealing.

We were guests at the hotel for a week and were very pleased that the hotel had such a high-quality restaurant. During the week we were able to try many of the dishes on the current menu and were thrilled! We will recommend the hotel and the restaurant! Thank you!

The food is really tasty and always arrives warm. Delivery ok too. Unfortunately, I always forget to add cheese to my dish. Wouldn't be so bad if it didn't cost €1. I've probably already "given away" €10. Still nice delivery service.

The food we ordered was super tasty, the cucumber and tomato salad with salad dressing and the rigatoni peas al forno are highly recommended, the requests stated were taken into account, delivery was prompt and the suppliers are always friendly. :)

The hotel's location is fine, but that's about it.
