We had a car breakdown and spent several hours here. The staff were so friendly and helpful that one of our children wanted to stay lying down again. 😉

You go to McDonalds and what do you expect? Mc Plant, fries 🍟 and ☕️.

Hygiene, service, food, everything is perfect the way you want it

I've been there several times and I can only say it again every time, everything was great, from ordering to the time you get your food. Nice employees, great Mc Cafe and hygiene which is very important. I can recommend it at any time, whether it's breakfast, lunch, evening or maybe for a snack in between, I always like to come here

It has happened several times that the food ordered at MC Drive was not complete. Therefore only one star.

We visited this McDonald's today while passing through and were immediately greeted very courteously by the employee. Since we were there at breakfast time and didn't know our way around, the employee took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We also had a dog with us and it was given water without being asked. The service is top! Hospitality is still alive here! The restaurant was very clean and the toilets tidy. Even the parking lot was clean and we have no complaints! The breakfast sandwiches were freshly made, warm and very tasty. Our drinks, coffee and cocoa, were also freshly prepared and warmed us in the cold weather. The sounds of the kitchen and the music were at a comfortable volume without drowning out the conversations. Here too we can only praise everyone!

Hello McDonald's Aue, So if you don't feel like it anymore then close your bay!!!!!! There is supposedly an MC Rib in the picture???......do you agree with this???? Keep your eyes open with the staff. It was delivered a few minutes ago. Ridiculous!!!!!!! It's not the first time...

Quick breakfast, coffee works, breakfast burgers are ok. But now it's pretty expensive.

Automatic ordering didn't work. Citizens cold and thin, and ordered citizens with bacon and what was true, it was put on the wrong citizen.

I definitely don't recommend it. After the intercom rang, the delivery man returned to the restaurant. I ran after him into the street, but he pretended not to see me. He didn't try to reach me by phone. I had to call the restaurant and ask to come back. The delivery man came again and this time he gave me my order. Unfortunately there was no Coca-Cola in it. I called the restaurant a second time. There I was told that the driver would bring me a coke. After 15 minutes the driver arrived for the third time. He was very rude. Of course, no one apologized to me for the situation.

Stylishly furnished. Nice service. Food typical McD. Toilets quite well maintained, occasionally not enough folded towels.

If my grandchildren didn't want to go here so much, I don't need it.

The food was okay, but not very attractively prepared. The service was nice, but my drink was forgotten. Unfortunately, the toilets were not attractive and I froze while staying in the restaurant. It's a shame, it could be better!

Well located right next to Stadion Aue so the McDonald's can't stay there.

I haven't been to McDonald's in years. I have no idea how things are going now. I'm a grandpa now...but the staff is super nice. We even got great cheesecake and a strawberry slice on Sunday evening. The gentleman was really friendly and explained everything to me. The grandchildren were happy and I now know that you can order from home via the app and eat at McDonald's easily and simply using the order code. Strong. I'm thrilled with the progress. Have a nice evening .

Good German speaking staff. Ordering goes very quickly and tastes as always. This is not common at every McDonald's.

This play area is much too loud and it's annoying but dogs are allowed that's the only positive thing

Was there today around 11:45 a.m., it was still pretty quiet. Mc Crispy was less than lukewarm and not crispy, the same applies to my Big Tasty Bacon. Very disappointed today, what a shame!!!👎

Terribly served food does not meet the quality standards, both visually and in condition, it’s all smeared with ketchup and it’s not clear what the cheeseburger was completely scattered but it was trampled, I don’t advise anyone to place this establishment

I pre-ordered and still had to wait 10 minutes. Why? The food was quite good. Fries too soggy. Burger went (I had the M). Chicken nuggets were very good.

Es werden einem Fragen sehr zuvorkommend und geduldig erklärt. Auch die multikulturellen Mitarbeiter/- innen sind ein echter Gewinn für unsere Region. Juice shop, half of my order is missing every time and way too overpriced

The last time I was here!! The drive is taking an unusually long time, which can definitely happen. But then there's someone in front who can't get out of his pants. Then another idiot with a strange license plate almost drove into me when he suddenly backed up. Instead of getting out and asking if you're reversing, no, it just pulls over. One wonders whether there are more and more disturbed people on the road. Never again!!!!

We ordered online and had to wait over 15 minutes in the MC Drive because it didn't start in front of us even though there was only one in the drive in. When I went to the restaurant, the woman at the checkout said that there was no more breakfast because the time was over, which was understandable, but what can the customer do about it that nothing goes on in the Mc Drive. Can't you even ask for compensation?

As always, several items were missing, you're slowly getting fed up with the staff being completely overwhelmed... when there are more than 3 cars at Mc Drive it gets out of hand...

Always worth a visit, friendly staff

Staff drops MC Flury cup on the floor, picks up the cup, is probably told by colleagues "don't take it anymore" (couldn't be understood exactly). Three guesses? Staff filled the cup they picked up from the floor with Mc Flury and then passed it on to customers! You think you're in the wrong movie!!!!

We stopped here after a long drive and had a good breakfast.

Once again our order was not complete. Unfortunately we were in a hurry today and didn't completely look through the bag again. At home we were missing two burgers. Really annoying given the prices and unacceptable as it has happened to us several times. The organizational process for packing orders should be urgently reconsidered.

The food isn't that great. Whenever there are savings coupons, the citizens are also very small. The fries weren't great either. Well, if you're hungry and there's nothing else. Sorry, we'd rather go to Bürger... we like it better there.

Craving a snack? You are right here. A snack between meals is always possible. Nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, when we ordered take-away food, not everything that was ordered and paid for was included. Something like that doesn't work at all, it wasn't just an item that was missing. Ordered takeaway food several times, not complete. So you are forced to unpack everything again at the checkout. Staff seem unstructured when working together. Once and never there again.

They are slow, they change the order, they don't put a lid on the takeaway returnable glass...nie wieder!

After ordering, it went quite quickly until we had our food. The service was very friendly, the food was delicious 😋 as always.

In my opinion one of the best McDonald's I've visited so far. The employees are nice and joke, the food comes quickly and is good. You can even order for football games at the nearby stadium and get your food quickly. The location of the McDonald's is ideally located at the stadium and on the motorway feeder road.

I was asked to leave the children's area by the little woman who always runs around here,1. I was underage 2 at the time. I just wanted to sit down and wait until I could order. The second criticism is that they no longer had the pink glass (only that was missing)

Iced coffee shake choc oreo only had cream in it. I've never had such a bad shake.

Clean McDonald's with nice service and fast service :)

The employees are what make this McDonald's worth visiting. The young gentleman with the slightly more prominent eyebrows has often impressed me with his extremely friendly and courteous manner. The service is quick and the food is generally good. I always look forward to being greeted by the friendly staff when you stop in for a little snack!

Absolutely underground. We took the food home and didn't check if everything was there. So we got home and wanted to eat two burgers (double pack menu, so almost all of it). That's quite a disgrace considering what you're paying for it now.

Soon I won't see any point in coming here anymore. I order 3 chicken burgers and get ONE and pay full price. To mess up such a simple job like that is really embarrassing. Update: Six months later I come back and say that I want 8 chili cheese snackers. Then it asks how many I want even though I already said that and I said 8 again. I ended up getting 5 Chili Cheese Snackers and paying full price again. So the service failed to give me the right number of snackers three times in a row. Really embarrassing

So fast food is really given a small name here... We had to wait almost half an hour for the order when it wasn't busy...

The food is not good at all, I have been here for years and will never come back. The burger in the order photo in the restaurant doesn't match what I got at all and is way too expensive. You can get better food for the money at every snack bar. A disgrace for McDonald's.

One minute before the end, the employee at the drive-in counter was very competent, confident and friendly. A product from my online order was no longer completely in stock (there was only a 5-piece instead of 8-piece chili cheese nugget). In short, I was offered an acceptable replacement (6-piece chicken nuggets). Top. A team that is on the ball and friendly at the same time.

Super always delicious, only some of the staff could be friendlier and not so snippy, the food has also become more expensive and the citizens are cold - that's not possible at all, even when it's busy.

A colleague pointed out that there are only two types of tea and whether she might pass it on that they are working on it (every gas station has more types). She took it as a criticism and was therefore "friendly" - typical of some employees. The 2 stars go for coffee and the lovely boss there, who is human and makes an effort. A company can only grow if you listen.

What a wonderful man who provided table service!! Saw everything and paid attention to everything! Even said health when sneezed! Never experienced this at a McDonalds, this gives the table service that extra bit of service!

McDonald's is well located on the street and in close proximity to the stadium, making it an extremely convenient choice. The facility is modern, clean and tidy. The staff is characterized by friendliness. However, the waiting time for the food could be improved. This is a point where the guest experience could be made even more enjoyable. Nevertheless, the toilets were clean, which is a positive thing. There is plenty of free parking space. Overall, this McDonald's offers a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly ambience. However, with an improvement in waiting times for food it would be even better.

The quality of the products is becoming increasingly poor. Cold apple turnovers, fries that are too salty, ice cream without a spoon, and much more. In addition, prices have literally exploded in the last few months. You pay almost double, if not more, for a bad burger.

Fährt man mal schön an das Mc drive holt sich nen Cheeseburger und ein Happy Meal für denn kleinen. Kommt zuhause an und es ist nicht mal ein Spielzeug im Happy Meal.

Wir waren lange nicht mehr bei MC in Aue. Sondern immer bei BK, gleich nebenan. Also dachten wir, wir gehen mal wieder bei MC rein. Trotz eines zur gleichen Zeit laufenden Fußballspiels und entsprechend viel Kundschaft war nur eine Kasse geöffnet, die Terminals waren auch alle besetzt. Also war erstmal großes Warten angesagt. Als wir endlich an der Reihe waren, bestellten wir Filet-o-Fish Burger und andere Burger. Leider sah das Essen unappetitlich und lieblos zubereitet aus. Geschmeckt hat es leider auch nicht. Wir sind dann nochmal zum gegenüberliegenden Nachbarn, zu BK gegangen. Was soll ich sagen, zwischen beiden Fastfood-Restaurant liegen mittlerweile Welten. Bei BK schmeckt es einfach besser und es ist viel gemütlicher dort.

Seit langer Zeit habe ich mich wieder mal zu McDonald,s gewagt. In den 90ern habe ich das Essen noch cool gefunden, aber seither hat sich das verändert. Das Essen ist nicht mehr was es mal wahr. Es sieht aus wie schnell, lieblos auf einen Bürger bzw. Milchbrötchen geklatscht und in einem Pappkarton oder in einem Papier eingewickelt. Vom Geschmack wenn wir z.B. bei den Cheeseburger hernehmen Käse, "Fleisch" bisschen Ketchupsauce, mit etwas Glück noch ein scheibchen Gurke das wär's. Das "Fleisch" schmeckt naja, wie eine aus Pappe angerührte und definierbare Substanz oder Etwas. Mit einem Fleischprodukte hat das nichts mehr zutun. Beim Fisch MC ich sage mal Fischburger ist der Fisch zu trocken der Burger ebenfalls drostlos in der Verpackung geklatscht. Fisch auf Salt könnte ein Leckerbissen sein, nur fehlt der Salat auf dem Burger. Ähnlich verhält sich das mit den Chicken Burger hier ist zumindestens etwas Salat, zufinden. Das Fleisch hier naja mehr Formfleisch meist zu trocken. Den Chicken Burger kann man gerade noch so empfehlen. Pommes und Salate sind ok. Bei den Getränken, der Kaffee ist ok, die Cola, Fanta und co. da fehlt einfach die Kolhensäure. Der Preis dafür ist nicht angemessen und viel zu hoch. Es kann natürlich auch sein, dass sich Geschmack und Erwartung im Alter verändern.

Völlig irreführend, wenn man am Bestellterminal einen Kaffee in einer Keramiktasse möchte. Zuerst gab es den Einwegpapierbecher und dann den Plastebecher mit Pfand.

Netter Mc. Donalds am Erzgebirgsstadion von Ex-Wismut Aue. Behinderten-WC einwandfrei und wie überall guter Kaffee. Sind oft hier, wenn wir ins herrliche Erzgebirge oder wieder nach Hause fahren! „GLÜCK AUF“

Seit langem habe ich wiederholt im Restaurant gegessen und ich muss feststellen, trotz der großen Menge an Gästen, war alles zufrieden stellend. Alle waren nett und recht gut organisiert. Dennoch muss ich sagen das der Mc Drive absolut nicht geht. Die Leute an der Bestellanname verstehen einen sehr schlecht und vergessen wird eigentlich immer etwas. Wenn man nicht kontrolliert schaut man dann dumm aus der Mc Tüte 😅 Wiederum es egal ist ob in Aue chemnitz oder anderswo. Erkläre deinen Kindern das da was fehlt...

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich, hat geholfen und Tipps gegeben . Der Burger war ausgesprochen lecker, die Pommes waren aber nicht kross und haben etwas ranzig geschmeckt. Alles in allem aber ein tolles MC Donalds.
