Very nice economy, old bourgeois cuisine, nice service, good food

I did not think I would be giving this place five stars. But it's all about the food for me and I really do want to come back and try some more. I was especially surprised by the amazing tempura sushi. While the recipes are basic the quality is really good. Not just with the sushi but also the other dishes we had were very fresh and well seasoned. I will mention the espresso even though it's not reflected in the rating. It's not really espresso and I didn't expect one anyways. But it's a decent coffee that will help you stay awake.

Kann man leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen! Es werden wissentlich alte/ gekippte und somit ungenießbare Weine ausgeschenkt und teuer verkauft. Es fehlen auch die Jahrgänge auf der Karte. Wir haben uns aber die Flaschen zu den verschiedenen Weinen zeigen lassen. Es scheint keinen Kellermeister mehr zu geben, sonnst würde soetwas nicht passieren.

The day before yesterday we had lunch with 26 people. Super attentive service, food almost at the same time and very good, so perfect. Prices like everywhere else. Clear recommendation.

As it should be - simply great! Today we visited the brewery inn in Naumburg an der Saale, located right on the market. First of all, the “Brauhaus ambience” and the corresponding decoration were convincing. The staff is polite and courteous and is well versed in etiquette. Of course, the hearty meal comes with a freshly tapped beer. The local, tasty beers are produced in our own brewery (in the basement of the building). - It couldn't be better. The food is served to the guests together, NOT separated - as is unfortunately so often the case. All orders - even if it's just a glass of water - are served on a tray. A look into the kitchen revealed it was exceptionally clean. Everything is cleaned at short intervals, even the tiles on the walls and the decorative glasses on the tables. The dishes we ordered were freshly prepared and tasted great. The price/performance ratio was also perfect. The food was only served after the last guest at the table had finished his meal. We also miss this in so many other restaurants. A mother and child came in. The small child was immediately given paper and crayons to fill the waiting time. Many restaurants can probably follow an example. The brewery inn was convincing across the board! - We can only recommend it. We look forward to our next visit to this remarkably good house.

Gemütlich, lecker! Mehr müsste man eigentlich nicht sagen, wenn da nicht die Kellnerin Marie wäre! Liebe Marie, selten einen so tollen Service erlebt! Kompetent, herzlich, humorvoll, schlagfertig und 100% serviceorientiert! Klasse!!

The food was very tasty but the service was rude and sloppy. We ordered our food to be picked up. At home we noticed that the sauces (which you all have to pay extra for) had been forgotten.
