The staff is friendly and you don't have to wait long for the food to be brought to your table.

On the surface, like in many branches, the facility is extremely dirty. The toilets are incredibly dirty.

Today was the last time I went to Mc Donalds in Naumburg. Food was ok. Cleanliness in the dining area too. No dirty tables or anything like that. But what struck me negatively was the following: There were 4 employees there...1 young man, 2 foreign young women and 1 German (blond) who probably had something to say. She left the young man alone...The two foreign young women were dressed down and shouted at by her in front of the customers...that's not possible...: Statements like ""Did you understand what I said? Please answer with yes!!!"" And in a tone of voice... She really let it be known that she had something to say and that the young women had to do what she said. The two young women were totally intimidated. But still, both were friendly and polite. But the way this woman behaves towards colleagues is not possible. Vill. McDonald's should think about this.

I have to say clearly...At Citizen King they respond better to your wishes, and It's very dirty here.

Long waiting time and quality and all...

Tables dirty, food cold, table service ran quickly several times to complete the delivery instead of waiting to see what was still missing. When she brought me the fork with the salad (unfortunately I didn't notice until later what she had left unwrapped for me) if I had used it without looking closely, I would definitely be in the hospital.

Staff understaffed! I have 15 minutes. Waited for 2 cheeseburgers and there were only 2 cars in front of me on MC Drive.

Disinterested staff and the burgers/fries lukewarm. Everything fit together.

On Sunday, September 15, 2024 afternoon/evening when I was there, there were many young people there. You could see everything there, from wheelies with the Simson to teenagers driving their cars full speed out of the driveway and then up and down the street. Also interesting was a group of young people with a trailer on the car and two motocross machines on it that he connected to the trailer and gave full throttle while idle. In short, if every day there is like this, I can't recommend it to people who want to eat quietly. I would be happy to recommend the Fillalie to people who want action. The employee who brought me and my companion the food obviously didn't really feel like it or just had a lot of stress that day. He hadn't said anything to us, good evening or anything else. He put down the tray with the food and went straight on. The food itself was still tasty. There is plenty of parking space both on the MCdonal premises and on the street in front of it. The branch was visually clean, at least from what I could see. I would go there again because it was so action-packed. (Was there for the first time.)

Absolutely not recommended. Very unclean. We dirty and wiped the tables ourselves. You also have to be careful in the toilets that you don't get injured (broken toilet lid). The climbing frame outside is an absolute danger for the children. In the interior of the climbing tower (unfortunately difficult to see), there must have been some places where the children got stuck and unfortunately only complained about it later - there must have been older pukes inside too. I wonder who checks it out. And unfortunately the Happy Meal was also a big disappointment. We didn't get what we ordered, even though the local advertising promised otherwise. I actually wonder why they have the figures (in this case the Smurfs), can still be seen on the billboards and when asked, you hear a short: "We don't have those anymore." Why is it then, in my personal selection, still possible to order these things? The taciturn answer from an employee in a suit is that these figures that are still on display will probably be sent back and that they will not be removed from the program until midnight. I can't think of anything else Just bad...

We've been back to mc essen on the motorcycle tour for years now because there are power outlets there. Staff okay. Food as usual at mc. But what doesn't work at all are the toilets. Although it's hard to say that mc is responsible when people don't manage to clean up their "leftovers" in the toilet. They then use the toilets at the gas station opposite

Toilet broken, no towels to dry hands, tables dirty, cobwebs on the partitions in the dining area. Never seen such a dirty Mc Doof!!!

Unfortunately, the terminals for ordering often go crazy. Otherwise a dream for young and older people to go there again.

Better than the BK Heideland on the A9 Kleinhelmsdorf.

We actually like being here, but the service and, above all, the cleanliness are leaving more and more to be desired. The sanitary facilities are just as uninviting to relieve oneself due to the incredibly offensive smell of feces, the lack of hygiene products and the lack of cleanliness. All the tables are dirty, the seating is smeared and there is leftover food under the tables as far as you can see. There are only 4 tables occupied in the entire restaurant and there isn't a lot of customers to serve. The staff seems completely leaderless and unable to at least ensure cleanliness. All in all, we are speechless...the language barrier is big, because when we asked for a cloth to quickly clean the tables ourselves, we were initially looked at perplexed by the staff, even when we explained it in English, there wasn't much communication better.

Toilets extremely dirty, extremely unpleasant smell of urine, no towels to dry your hands and no air dryer. Service stations in the restaurant are either non-existent or overcrowded. But the staff seems to be bored behind the service counter.

Very nice service, they try very hard to please the customers... I've always had a good experience and somehow the employees are always in a good mood. Highly recommended... Keep up the good work for the employees... Your boss can consider himself lucky :)

Definitely avoid the branch unless you want to feel like the last one. Very incompetent and unfriendly service, just made to wait for 5 minutes and was ignored because I didn't feel like making breakfast anymore, never experienced honesty before - despite pre-ordering, mind you, then just mushy answers and muttering to myself... Customer satisfaction is the name of the game here at the bottom, but probably also normal with the changing staff, maybe she didn't understand me at all

The cleanliness of the toilets is catastrophic. Broken toilet seats, it's not possible to wash your hands, both toilets have brown "skid marks" and the toilet brushes are also full of buildup. And the ice cream machine is probably broken or the employees don't feel like it 😕

Only foreigners who can barely speak German as employees. I ordered a Mcsmart menu for 6 euros with 2 citizens, a fries and a coke, when I got home I saw that both burgers were missing. So I paid 6 euros for a medium fries and 0.4 cola. And it often happens that they forget parts of the food. Tables are dirty. Mcdrive takes way too long, even with the smallest orders you have to stand there and wait for them to bring out the food. Real juice shop. Food itself is okay, it's just McDonald's.

Unfortunately unclean, tables dirty, you have to clean it yourself, there are 2 napkins for 4 people, endless ice in the drink without chopsticks. It used to be better!

Too much sugar, too fatty, unhealthy, cold and not like it used to be...we are totally disappointed..

Simply disappointing, I've been eating in McDonald's for many years and lately they've been packing wrong orders, wrong burgers in wrong packaging that you didn't even order. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this McDonald's. I don't plan on eating there again, I'd rather drive I go to Weißenfels👎🏼

Cleanliness is very important here. The toilets are absolutely disgusting, cobwebs on the ordering machine, a thick layer of dust on the sockets, leftover sauce on the bottom of the nugget packaging... The salad on the burger was no longer fresh. The nuggets and curly fries were good.

The staff isn't that great. This red-haired woman is very unfriendly. It is also at the end of Naumburg. How am I supposed to get there when the bus stop is now at Kaufland??? The play area was the best thing for my son, but it was removed a long time ago. Instead, there are now such newfangled tables with Hy-End devices, which every child with dirty hands touches. The toilets were last cleaned in the Middle Ages and they smell very strongly of urine. Towels would also be an option. These strange seating options are an absolute failure for people who have ordered take-away. How are you supposed to sit on it?! Sometimes you wait for half an eternity even though there is almost no one in the store or at the drive-thru restaurant. The fries are almost always soggy and sticky. This strange curve to get to the drive-in counter is extremely dangerous! The way people sometimes stand in the parking lot, you think you've landed in the labyrinth! The slide is also really rancid.

Also zum größten Teil reist es wirklich die Freundlichkeit vom Personal raus. Das Essen ist okay, leider ist es manchmal etwas unordentlich (auf Tischen liegt noch etwas oder auf dem Boden/Bänken) dennoch liegt das mehr an den Besuchern als am Personal... Ich gehe gerne hin.

Das schlechteste MC Donalds in dem ich je war, ich liebe die Pommes, aber dort schmecken die wie durchs Klo gezogen, der Hunger hats halt reingetrieben. Die MC Donalds App funktionierte nicht, man konnte weder Punkte sammeln, noch ausgeben, da arbeiten so viele Menschen zur gleichen Zeit, aber trotzdem kriegt keiner wasauf die Reihe. Hier halte nicht mehr.

War lange nicht mehr drin und was ich gesehen habe reicht mir auch für die nächste Zeit

Eine Filiale die modern eingerichtet ist. Leider ist das Personal bei Stoßzeiten überfordert. Wenn ich dann schon etwas länger auf mein Essen warten muss, sollte es wenigstens ordentlich aussehen und nicht wie einfach zusammen geworfen. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend, auch eine Ladesäule für Elektroautos.

Der Mc Rib war lecker. Frisch zubereitet, schnelle Bedienung, Tische waren sauber.

Hübsches McDonald's in Naumburg (Saale) lecker essen und nicht so überlaufen

Mitarbeiter des Restaurants hat einer Familie mit Hund von sich aus eine Schüssel Wasser angeboten das fand ich richtig toll von ihm. Das er so aufmerksam war.

1. Zu wenig schokosauce auf dem mcflurry, 2. Saucenbehälter viel zu klein für meine netzkartoffeln, 3. Eistee schmeckt nur nach Wasser weil zu viele Eiswürfel drinnen sind und 4. Wurde mein Burger vergessen

Nicht alle Tische waren sauber. Personal teils sehr freundlich, teils genervt. Essen und Getränke schnell fertig. Gut.

Schneller einfacher Service. Speisen waren alle super und wurden schnell an den Tisch gebracht 👍🏻

Sauberer, schöner Laden. Die Preise sind wie in jedem MC Donalds, das Personal ist freundlich.

Immer für ein Absacker für Kaffee oder Essen gut.

Es war sehr schlecht gepflegt. Die Toilette war sehr dreckig. Da möchte man nicht lange verweilen.

Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten, da passiert bei McDonald's auch wenig Überraschendes. Wirklich positiv ist der saubere Außenbereich - auch auf dem Parkplatz kein Müll. Unglücklich finde ich die Verkehrsführung ins Drive In, wenn ein bisschen mehr los ist, parkt aus den regulären Plätzen weiter vorne niemand mehr aus.

Der Typ an der Kasse war der beste

Leider wurde durch die Flirterei des Mitarbeiters unsere Bestellung nicht korrekt zusammen gestellt. Als ich darauf hinwies, wurde mir ohne Worte und Blickkontakt einfach hingestellt was ich wollte. Es wurde sich weder entschuldigt, noch der Bon kontrolliert. Danach widmete man sich wieder den jungen Mädels und Kollegen. Nebenbei laufen permanent Menschen in Straßenkleidung in die Küche und hantieren mit Zutaten herum. Fragwürdig?!

Für den schnellen Hunger gut.Bemängeln muß ich die stets schmutzigen Tische und Toilette.Ständig fehlte etwas beim Menue.Die Terminals beim Bestellen funktionieren auch nicht immer einwandfrei.Ach ja, bei bestimmten Getränken ist zu viel Eis drin.Erstens eiskalt,zweitens ist es Schummelei.Hab das Eis entfernt und schon war nur noch die Hälfte vom Getränk drin.Schmeckt dann nur noch nach Wasser und das für 4€ ! Daher Punkteabzug.

NUR VIER STERNE WEIL ICH SEID EINEM JAHR AUF DIE CHICKENWINGS WARTE

Wir sind einfach viel zu oft hier 😅

Hatte zwei Hamburger royal TS bestellt, der erste war komplett in Ordnung der zweite allerdings war extreme übersalzen. Der Burger war ungenießbar.

Icv war hier zum 1.mal , alles sauber.Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung .

Schneller freundlicher Service, Essen war ordentlich verpackt und nicht zusammen geworfen TOP, der neue Smoothie Mango war gut. Die Gitterkartoffeln waren gut nicht so klein und kaputt. Müllwagen müssten öfter mal geleert werden. Wieso sich her welche über die rechteckigen Servietten beschweren oder auch das Essen als McFraß bezeichnen verstehe ich nicht, geht einfach dann nicht hin.

Klassischer MC's aber etwas zu unhygienisch

Ganz oke aber Servietten sind rechteckig , Kind hat die Rutsche blockiert und hatte etwas Burger in meinen Salat

Von diesen Service kann sich Weißenfels ne Scheibe abschneiden 👍🏻

Service hat sich verbessert, Essen super

In letzter Zeit lässt meiner Meinung nach die Qualität der Burger immer mehr nach. Immer öfter bekommt man kalte und teilweise Matschige Burger und wenn man wie ich meistens am McDrive bestellt ist es mit Beschwerden auch schlecht.

El buen ambiente y la comida estaba caliente y recién hecho. El personal era muy atento y servicial, el restaurante es fácilmente accesible desde la carretera principal, con un montón de aparcamiento. Zona de juegos para los niños. Muy buen café también.

Freundliches Personal und saubere Filiale, an Wochenenden und abends allerdings mit Jugendlichen voll belegt. Dann lohnt es sich nicht.
