The food was very tasty but the service was rude and sloppy. We ordered our food to be picked up. At home we noticed that the sauces (which you all have to pay extra for) had been forgotten.

We chose the restaurant for our class reunion and it was the right choice! The owners welcomed us in a friendly manner and the staff looked after us attentively and carefully. The food was very tasty, all in all a successful evening. Gladly again!

Price and performance are good.

Unfortunately, we expected something different. Many of the reviews here were a while ago, and a lot has apparently changed since then. The ambience seemed very bland and probably shouldn't take much work. The whole room was kept very dark. The large windows overlooking the parking lot were nice. Unfortunately, daylight didn't reach the farthest table. Our food came quite quickly. The fried potatoes were heavily seasoned with caraway seeds. Of course it's a matter of taste, maybe it's common regionally, but it's not tasty for us. The farmer's breakfast was probably fried in older fat and tasted very rancid. The freshly tapped draft beer was stale. The service was always attentive. We will definitely not stop there on our next visit to the region.

We went to the carnival event, which was great. The dance event that followed was a disaster.

Nice broom restaurant with friendly staff, good wines and reasonable prices

Quaint, very inexpensive restaurant that has been privately owned for over 100 years.

We had family Christmas dinner at the Loreley, as we have done for many years, and it was excellent, as always. In addition to the normal menu, there was an additional Christmas menu with well-selected dishes. All meals were lovingly prepared to the usual quality and were served hot at the same time. Many thanks to our friendly, cheerful service and the team in the kitchen. Keep it up.

The first time here with a new operator. We were impressed by the menu alone. Mixed mezze plate in the starter, just great. If our stomachs were bigger, we would have eaten up and down the menu. Then entrecôte to the point. With side dishes of your choice, which, to be honest, are still a bit heavy on the stomach. But that's on us. There was obviously someone at the grill who knew his trade, because the steak was perfect. The vegetable side dish was somehow unnecessary and a bit garlic heavy. The service was slightly overwhelmed, but definitely friendly and attentive, certainly due to the full restaurant. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience and we would definitely like to come back.
