Ordered today, the food came after 60 minutes, no one can be reached by phone. My miso soup (€4.20) is missing tofu, seaweed and spring onions. I only got a broth that looks like miso, far too dark for it. Now to the Donburi Chicken Schnitze & Donburi Chicken Balls Everything was fine so far, but with the rice I had the feeling it was sushi rice, it was extremely sticky and soggy, I could have used it to paste over holes.

Leider - seit der Zusammenlegung mit der ehemaligen Bierkanzlei - ist die Qualität des Speiseangebots komplett in den Keller gerauscht. Nicht nur ist die Vielfalt der Auswahl total reduziert, sondern auch vorher gut zubereitete Gerichte, wie die Flammkuchen sind kaum mehr genießbar. Mehrere Anläufe stehen dahinter - entweder waren diese dann so dermaßen hart und trocken, dass man sie kaum essen konnte oder überhaupt nicht durchgebacken. Speisen sind lieblos zubereitet und geschmacklich fade. Bei Salat sind braungefärbte Blätter mit erkennbarer Fäule dabei, so etwas wie Dressing scheint nicht mehr bekannt zu sein. Einzig die Burger (die man aber in dafür bekannten Gastronomien besser, saftiger und vielfältiger bekommt) sind halbwegs genießbar. Das Bier kann man immer noch gut trinken, da ist die Qualität nach wie vor hoch, nur vom Essen kann man nur noch abraten. Sehr schade!

The cream sauce that went with it somehow had a bland aftertaste that I couldn't explain. Sure, tastes are different, but in any case it wasn't the quality that we're used to from you and it made me very uncomfortable with my colleagues because I had previously praised you so highly. Unfortunately I can't give it more than one star for today. Unfortunately that was very disappointing :/ Especially when you consider that you left 40 euros for 2 pizzas and a casserole with a tip.

Very, very nice staff. Doner, Dürum and other things taste like in a dream, pay attention to everything. For example, they say without hot and without onions what comes without hot and without onions. If they ask you to close it quickly, say okay and do it quickly. At other kebab shops you ask them to close faster and they don't do it faster, no they do it slower. In short, one of the best kebabs from Halle🤌🤌🤌

I've eaten here several times. It was always very tasty. However, after around 7:15 p.m. you can no longer eat anything on site. I find this a real shame, as according to the opening times it is open until 9 p.m.

The food was good as always, but I don't like the fact that the cookies I ordered were completely forgotten and when they were brought out, the number ordered wasn't delivered.

The service was very listless and unfriendly. I wanted to order the menu with matjes, Sylter sauce and a drink at 2 p.m. I asked kindly if I could have normal potatoes instead of the fried potatoes. The saleswoman answered me that they make them at 6 p.m. and it wouldn't make sense to make new potatoes. The fries we got were completely frozen. The kebab was only filled with meat and a small layer of lettuce at the top, outside of the bread. The worker there didn't say a word and only signaled something with a head sign and miscalculated by a euro too much when paying. Never again!

A real mess. All the trash is lying around. Cleanliness is zero. Food cold as always...but it seems normal that it is cold. They never solve the problem. Waiting time long

Card payment does not work for home delivery (although this specified as payment method). Received the wrong pizza size today and was given a small pizza as compensation (according to the employee this was supposed to happen in half an hour), but it only arrived after 1.5 hours. That was the last time I ordered anything from this branch!
