On January 16th I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday dinner because she really wanted to try the seefoodbags. We traveled all the way from Dortmund to Mühlheim to have this restaurant remind us an hour before making our reservation that we shouldn't be late and that we shouldn't forget our reservation at 7 p.m. Shortly before 7 p.m. we arrived at the closed door with a sign > closed today until Friday January 19th. Nowhere, whether it was Google or Instagram, did this restaurant report this. At the beginning of January, when there was probably a break-in, people at least noticed on Instagram the evening before that it would be closed the following day. That would have been fine, but it wasn't written anywhere that the store was closed. The long journey was more than annoying and I stood at the door like an idiot to have to tell my friend on her birthday that she wasn't getting her seefoofbag today. This restaurant has not responded to emails to date... absolutely not recommended unless you like surprise bags and poor to no service!

We've been ordering from American Way for years and the pizza has always been good. Now the pizza is no longer crispy on the edge. And the dough from below absorbs so much smell from the pizza box that I don't even like it anymore. Every time I take a bite, I get that cardboard smell in my nose

I've been ordering through Lieferando for a while and the delivery has always taken longer than stated. So far it's always worked great with Uber. You can rarely reach anyone by phone. The food always tastes great.

Really bad. Nice on the phone, but no delivery! There is no response via email. I can't recommend it. Sorry, there is no customer service here.

I've been a regular customer for years. Unfortunately, the chop suey has risen from 4.50 euros to 7 euros since 2023 and the previously huge portion is now halved. So less on your plate for more money. These are facts that are annoying. I rarely go there anymore

Today I waited over 20 minutes for two coffees and two cheeseburgers, which I ordered with table service. Even after 20 minutes no one came and I had to go to the counter to ask, it was obviously forgotten or simply ignored. The burgers were out of the counter and cold.

Employees are nice and friendly. Location is a disaster, McDonald's generally eats too. If you go to McDonald's you should really question yourself. 1. It's not morally clear (free menus for soldiers) 2. It's unhealthy and bad for the body

Absolutely no longer recommended. I used to like to get kebab there. Quality is getting worse and worse. Prices are going up, normal at the moment. But the kebabs were inedible. We got kebab there for the last time last night.

Ich besuche das Restaurant nun seit 4 Jahren es hat bisher immer geschmeckt jedoch musste ich heute erfahren das sie vom "alten" Fertigschnitzel welches noch festes leckeres Fleisch und Gewürze hatte nun auf ein Produkt gekommen sind welches ungenießbar war.Es handelte sich um ein Pressfleisch billig Schnitzel was eher nach Pute als nach Schwein schmeckte, dieses war schon nach 7 Minuten auf dem Teller und sah nicht besonders lecker aus.Man hat sofort gesehen das es ein Fertigschnitzel ist und es schmeckte auch so! Eine Katastrophe ich war schon in vielen Lokalen aber das war das bisher schlechteste Schnitzel was ich jeh gegessen habe.Von der Dekoration her fand ich das Lokal aber garnicht mal so schlecht vorallem die Idee mit den Lokomotiven die die Getränke bringen war ich überzeugt jedoch war wie gesagt das Essen eine Katastrophe.Schade! denn früher bin ich gerne dort hingegangen.

Once and never again 🤷🏻‍♂️ You sit down and you immediately cash in. Nobody far and wide. Where should you go then? We actually wanted to linger a little longer and eat more, but when the bill comes after the first drink, it's like being thrown out. So they actually scared away even the last guests. I felt a little sorry for the waitress because she got the frustration. It's her boss's fault... Either way, a no go location that I won't visit again.

A gift would still be too expensive.
