We've been ordering from American Way for years and the pizza has always been good. Now the pizza is no longer crispy on the edge. And the dough from below absorbs so much smell from the pizza box that I don't even like it anymore. Every time I take a bite, I get that cardboard smell in my nose

I deleted my last review because I now realized the other statements. I placed an order by phone at 4:50 p.m. and after 70 minutes nothing had happened. I called again and was told that no order had been received. What customer service. This is a sign that the store is not recommended, if you are simply too fed up you can do without a new customer......

Advertising despite notices on the mailbox is the best ANTI-ADVERTISING ever. On principle I will never order here!!

Normally we order more often from American Way, but the store is getting worse and worse, which makes me write the bum here. Today was the last time we ordered there. We had to wait almost 2 hours, according to Lieferando 40 minutes in preparation until it was extremely long that the supplier was almost there, which then took more than 1 hour, so much for the service. To eat, we ordered a small pizza, two pasta dishes, stuffed items and normal pizza rolls. As always, the small pizza was not cut despite the instructions and, for a small pizza, it was far too big for the box, which caused the pizza to tear. One of the two pasta dishes had hardly any sauce and therefore hardly any taste. The two herb butters that came with the rolls were, as always, almost frozen. The normal pizza rolls were filled with air, all 6 pieces, see picture for illustration. The only thing that didn't disappoint were the stuffed pizza rolls, but that's the only reason we don't order from American Way anymore.

It's about my order from Amercan Way Mülheim I saw the offer of 2 medium pizzas, 1 salad, rolls and 1 drink for €22 via the Lieferando app. Since the menu navigation took me straight to the extras after selecting the pizza, I adjusted my pizzas. I was also aware of the extra charge. Unfortunately, I only saw the two pizzas during the ordering process. To be on the safe side, I specifically pointed out the offer in the comments. The two pizzas, cocktail sauce and herb butter were delivered to me. The salad, the rolls and the drink are missing. When I contacted AmericanWay to clarify the matter, they showed no understanding and I was brushed off unfriendly by the employee without offering me a solution. The only statement was, quote, “Not my problem if you order via Lieferando” “We had a lot to do and couldn’t pay attention to it” The employee also couldn't explain why the salad dressing and herb butter were delivered to me and the rest wasn't. I have now paid €30 for two pizzas plus a €2 delivery fee. A bottomless impudence.

They didn't add any additional ingredients to the pizza.

Very tasty vegan pizza! The cheese substitute tasted excellent and the pizza trays were all generously filled. The food arrived on time and hot.

They've never been this bad! We were able to throw away almost everything. Inedible. I definitely won't order from them again!

So we ordered a hollandaise potato without broccoli, we got some with broccoli, we then called the restaurant and explained what came 20 minutes later, fried potatoes hollandaise instead of a hollandaise potato without broccoli very very disappointing and that still without meat so now I'm thinking about it As a regular customer, I wonder if I would order again 3 times

I ordered food to be taken home... I ordered baked potato wafers with hollandaise, chicken, broccoli and asparagus but it came without broccoli and I called and said ksm then 20 minutes approx Only without broccoli but unfortunately it didn't work with everything else... everything else was ok.. but I know you differently... I've never had anything so bad from you. It's a shame...

The hut is completely finished. It's a shame, I used to really enjoy being there. Eating completely unloving, half of it is forgotten. People, except for one, super unfriendly. Today was the last time I was there. I'll look for something else.

They used to be good. Disaster today. I get the message that the delivery will be delivered soon and the status remains for over 30 minutes. Call and ask where the delivery is and am told that there is a lot to do and that the driver is on the way. I say that I'm afraid the food will be cold when it gets here and it will take another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. I accept the food and the burgers and fries are cold and the fries are sticky and unsalted. I call again and am told that the delivery will be delivered again. Since the food is not edible, I throw the food away. The delivery comes again, this time warm. The delivery person says I should check the goods and I confirm that this time it is warm and the fries are ok. Then the driver wants to take the first delivery back with him. I let him know that I threw the goods away and am no longer sorting them out of the trash. I'll send the driver away. I finally want to enjoy my dinner. However, I then discover that the wrong burger with cheese was delivered. I don't eat cheese. That was my last order from the store.

It's a shame that you have to give one star We ordered two salami baguettes and a New York burger (tasted like wet cardboard), the things were supposed to be delivered in 40-50 minutes, but they only came after 70 minutes and the things were all cold. When we asked the delivery person about it, he just gave it in a cheeky tone, said it was because of the cold salad, turned around and disappeared, that was definitely the last order from this shop. Absolutely not recommended and especially not with a delivery driver like that!

So far I've always had good experiences with the pizzeria. Friendly on the phone, responsive to special requests and quite reliable in delivery. The pizza rolls are unbeatable. Keep it up!

It's actually a shame, it's getting worse and worse. Everything is cold and only 2 kilometers away. Was probably the last order today. It used to be good. April 3rd, 2022 2 chances today, unfortunately not used. The food was cold again and I threw everything in the bin. I then made Dr. Oetker pizza for myself and it was hot and delicious. American Way deleted I will never order there again.

Ursprüngliche Bewertung 1 Stern. Siehe Nachtrag am Ende der Bewertung. -Original Bewertung: Bis zum heutigen Abend waren wir sonst immer zu frieden. Bei unserer heutigen Online bestellung ist jedoch ein Fehler unterlaufen. Eine VOLLKOMMEN andere Pizza wurde geliefert! Bei dem anschliessendem Telefonat erwies sich das Personal als uneinsichtig ... der chef sei nicht anwesend und auch keine Telefonnummer von Ihm vorhanden. Das Personal konnte die richtige Pizza nicht nachliefern, da dies vom system her nicht funktionieren würde und das Personal die Pizza dann aus eigener Tasche bezahlen müsse. So etwas habe ich noch niergendwo erlebt. Wenn etwas falsch vom Lieferservice geliefert wurde, dann wurde bei anderen das richtige ohne große Probleme nachgeliefert. Mein Fazit daraus: ich werde hier leider nie wieder bestellen, wenn es dort solche Probleme geben kann und ich dann zu hause ohne essen sitze. Nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich. -Nachtrag: Es sind 6 Jahre vergangen zwischen dem ursprünglichen Beitrag und diesem Nachtrag. Im letzten Jahr hatten wir uns dazu entschlossen dem Lieferservice doch noch eine Chance zu geben. Seit dem waren die Lieferungen bisher Korrekt. Essensmäßig hat diese Pizzeria ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Da wir in letzter Zeit keine Probleme mit diesem Lieferdienst mehr hatten heben wir unsere Bewertung auf 3 Sterne an. - Nachtrag 2: Mittlerweile hat die Pizzeria mein Vertrauen zurückgewonnen. Die Bewertung geht wieder hoch auf 5/5

Gestern etwas bestellt. Leider extreme Magenkrämpfe + Durchfall nach dem Essen. Die anderen fanden das Essen solide, aber leider fehlte etwas in der Lieferung. Chicken Wings bestellt und auch bezahlt, kam aber nicht an. Nächstes mal wird woanders bestellt.

Die Lieferung kommt immer pünktlich, das Essen ist dann noch heiß und es wird immer freundlich unser Essen übergeben. Besonders die große Auswahl an veganen Gerichten ist sehr lobenswert.

Im Rand fehlt Käse, chicken Nuggets fehlen aber es gab eine mysteriöse weiße Soße dazu Nuggets sind dann aber doch noch aufgetaucht Gruß die Churchies

Habe irgendwann aufgehört dort zu bestellen, Qualität hat abgenommen. Fehler können immer mal passieren, aber das passierte so oft... nein, danke. Es werden Sachen bei der Lieferung vergessen, trotz Handynummer und Email wird keine Rücksprache gehalten und es werden einfach andere Sachen mitgebracht - eine Rückerstattung wird gar nicht erst angeboten. Und es kam häufiger vor, dass das Tiramisu extrem trocken und ranzig/sauer schmeckte. Als wäre es beim Auftauen schlecht geworden. Ekelhaft. Manchmal dauerte die Lieferung über 90 Minuten, während andere Pizzerien mit dem gleichen Weg und mehr Bewertungen (also mehr Verkehr) zum Teil nur ein Drittel der Zeit benötigen. Sehr schade.

Wir sind dort spontan hin gefahren und haben dort unser zu essen bestellt. Es wurde zügig fertig gemacht. Der Chef des Ladens war sehr freundlich und hat uns gut beraten. Wir hatten Burger und curly Fries. Alles heiß und super lecker. American way Burger mit Spiegeleier und einmal ohne Spiegeleier. Selbst der crispy Chickenburger war top. So eine hilfsbereite und freundliche Art ist man selten gewohnt. Als unserm Kind das Wasser ausging gab er uns ohne zu überlegen Wasser umsonst. Was für uns eine positive Handlung und als Menschlichkeit auszeichnet. Ich kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Die Lieferung dauert manchmal länger, wenn zur stoßzeit bestellt wird. Sie haben ein Signal, was ertönt sobald eine Bestellung eintrifft und es wird sofort weiter gegeben. Die Lieferanten sprinten permanent rein und raus und helfen sogar noch im Laden mit. Teamwork ist dort wirklich groß geschrieben und Zusammenarbeit. Wir werden wenn wir wieder Burger wollen, unsere dort bestellen, da wir sehr zufrieden sind. Natürlich schmeckt nicht allen alles gleich gut. Aber der Chef passt genau auf, dass das Essen sehr gut zubereitet wird und alles stimmt. Wir waren etwas länger vor Ort und haben dementsprechend mehr mitbekommen. Probiert es aus :) am besten dort anrufen oder vor den abendlichen stoßzeiten bestellen, was natürlich nicht immer funktioniert. Dort gilt: Mitnehmen oder nach Hause bestellen. Lieferung über 90min an einem Donnerstag. Essen unterstes Niveau

War früher mal gut, vor allem die Cheesys waren damals phantastisch. Nach langer Zeit mal wieder dort bestellt: Den Käse in den Cheesys musste man suchen, Brötchenteig sehr hart und trocken, die Kräuterbutter war in den Becherchen komplett flüssig, konnte man weggießen. Pizzen waren ok, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Es gibt für mich keine Bessere Pizzaria wo ich bestellen kann nach einem langen Tag. Die Preise sind gut und das Essen ist Top nur der Lieferant fährt immer zum falschen Haus, weil das Navi es sagt aber andere Lieferanten haben dies nicht. Trotzdem bestelle ich am liebsten dort und würde die kleinen Frühlingsrollen und die Dönercalzone weiterempfehlen. 👍

Ein schönes Restaurant, schnelle Lieferung und leckerer Geschmack

Als wir beim ersten Mal bestellt haben, war alles soweit in Ordnung, die zweite Bestellung war jedoch einfach nur traurig. Erstmal hatten wir 1 1/2 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, wir hatten nochmal angerufen und gefragt wo das Essen bleibt. Er meinte es wäre in 2 Minuten da und trotzdem mussten wir nochmal 15 Minuten warten. Das Essen kam an, erstmals war die bestellte Ofenkartoffel mit den gewünschten Zutaten nicht da, sondern einfach eine reine, trockene Ofenkartoffel... die dazu bestellten Nuggets wurden wohl heiß in die Schale gelegt, weswegen die Plastikschale etwas durchgeschmort ist. Außerdem hatten wir dann noch eine vegane Pizza bestellt, als extra Beilage sollte vegane Salami und veganer Schinken drauf und noch ein paar extra Tomaten. Die Pizza wurde hinterher einfach mal 8€ teurer als eigentlich. Ich kann ja verstehen, dass vegane Zutaten teurer im Einkauf sind, aber sorry... wenn ich dann für eine Pizza 20€ zahlen muss, mach ich sie mir lieber selber. Wir haben auch wegen der falschen Bestellung nochmal angerufen. Jedoch wurde nach 2 Mal klingeln an unseren Telefon der Anrufbeantworter angemacht, weswegen wir das da nicht besprechen konnten. Sehr schade, dass da nicht auf Kritik reagiert wurde. War für uns das Zweite und letzte Mal, auch wenn ich mich eigentlich sehr über einen Lieferservice gefreut hatte, der vegane Pizzen anbietet. Schade.

Vegane Nudeln mit Schinkenersatz waren ungenießbar. Man hat lediglich Sojamilch über die Nudeln gekippt und ein paar Stücke Mortadella-Ersatz reingeschnitten. Ungewürzt und nicht richtig aufgekocht, wodurch die Nudeln in einer flüssigen Suppe schwammen. Durchfallgarantie! Keine Pizzabrötchen bei Nudelgerichten dabei. Schade, da das Gericht viel Potenzial hat, man muss es aber halt richtig in einer Pfanne zubereiten. Für 9 Euro schon eine Frechheit.

Absolut empfehlenswert Drei mal bestellt und immer wieder übertroffen worden Das Tiramisu ein absolutes MUSS!! wenn es mehr sterne als 5 geben würde wären es min. 10 sterne wert!! Wer daran was auszusetzen hat weiss nicht was frisch und verdammt lecker ist!! Also es ist und wird mein american way sein

Bestellung über Lieferando: - Spare Rips - Chili-Cheese-Chicken-Burger - Kartoffeltaschen - Tiramisu Positiv: + Schnelle und freundliche Lieferung + Preis angemessen für die Menge der Spare Rips + Kartoffeltaschen lecker + Menge Tiramisu mehr als ausreichend Negativ: - Viele Zutaten [Kaffee im Tiramisu o. Süß-Sauer-Soße auf'm Burger] von billig[st]er Qualität - Spare Rips neben BBQ-Sauce mit Curry-Pulver unpassend gewürzt - Preis-Leistung des Burgers unangemessen - "Chili" des Burgers: Viel Zwiebeln - Mag evtl. bei den Pizzen so sein, doch sonst kein "American Way" FAZIT: Wer den Magen nur kurz füllen möchte, ist hier nicht ganz falsch. Doch wer gewisse Ansprüche auf sein / ihr Essen hat, sollte woanders bestellen - dabei müssen diese nichtmals groß sein. Denn hier gilt Quantität über Qualität. Wir werden definitiv nicht mehr hier bestellen.

Also ein Baguette Salami kostet genau so viel wie ein Baguette Vegetarisch und der unterschied besteht darin, dass beim Baguette Vegetarisch die Salami fehlt.... seltsam.
