Unfortunately, I have to agree with the many negative reviews. The service isn't very good. In my opinion, the food quality used to be significantly better. If the service, friendliness, and quality had improved in line with the price, everything would be fine. I can no longer recommend it.

I had number 13 with noodles and chicken, and both were undercooked. The food was also cold, and the staff was rude. In the end, I had a stomach ache and had to vomit.

Strange staff. The owner told me to be careful because I supposedly looked at his wife the wrong way when I ordered (according to him, I ordered from his wife). Normally, when I speak to someone, I look them in the face, but there, for some crazy reason, you're not allowed to do that 👎😂

No words! The staff is truly unfriendly. I definitely won't go there again!

Customer friendliness is unthinkable here at the RRZ location. We haven't experienced anything so outrageous in a long time. Just because my grandson wanted two more noodles on his cardboard box, he was rudely yelled at. The Essen HBH location is far better! The service there is humane and courteous, and customer requests are taken into account. This will continue to be his regular shop, and he won't take any more chances with you in the future. 💜☮️

Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans as meat and vegetables/tofu are not separated. Service is very rude.

Tasteless and expensive, not to mention the diplomatically unfriendly staff. Thank God there is a very good alternative opposite.

It was clear to me that you don't have to have high expectations here. But if chicken smells like fish and has a consistency like egg white, then something is definitely wrong. After complaining, the money was thrown on the counter and I was told “never come back”. People….leave it alone. Food poisoning is included in the price here.

The food was below average, the service was unfriendly, and most of the meals were pre-packaged. Value for money.

Unfortunately, my experience at Asiahung was unsatisfactory. The food tasted rather mediocre, the portions were poorly presented, and the sauce overpowered the flavor of the dish. The meat was tough and lacked any particular flavor. The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated. Hopefully, the restaurant will undergo positive changes in the future to improve quality. It's advisable to consider the other reviews as well.

Worst Asian food I've ever tried. Food is inedible!!

I wouldn't even give it 1 star in the food, service or ambience category, but otherwise I wouldn't be able to post it. I haven't eaten something so disgusting in a long time!!! or had in the mouth. Simple fried noodle with "vegetables!?" These noodles ranged from cold to lukewarm to a little warmer. The taste was indefinable and the bad thing in it was probably the vegetables. On top of that, at my own request, a coconut curry sauce was even worse than the noodles. I put away almost the entire portion (€4.50). I then confronted the seller and the only thing he had to say about it was: Then that's it!!! I was not offered an apology or compensation for the disgusting food. I hope I don't have to worry about it today...

A case for the health department! Even one star is too many for this store. The display and all the equipment are covered in dirt, the sauce container is already moldy. Really disgusting!

Food is heated up in the microwave and doesn't taste very good. Vegetables are not fresh and wobbly. Not recommendable!

We were shocked to see that the noodles and vegetables were warmed in the microwave instead of being fried in a wok a meter away. The vegetables were of course frozen vegetables a la carrots and broccoli, which are atypical for Asia. No fresh vegetables! We definitely know this differently from our favorite Asian snack bar! And it's even cheaper and with more chicken. It's a shame, unfortunately a real disappointment and definitely not recommended!

Nudeln schmecken, dies Kokos-Erdnussoße auch, das frittierte Hähnchen hat eine eklige Konsistenz und einen seltsamen Geschmack. Es gab keine Serviette, keine Stäbchen, keine Soße zum mitnehmen. Bedienung unfreundlich.

Eigentlich leckeres Essen, bisher immer Box 1 gegessen, aber beim letzten Mal hatte ich einen Tag Blähungen

UPDATE 14.12.2019 Die Qualität sinkt leider etwas... Zum zweiten Mal Rotes Curry Nr. 33 gegessen. Sauce schmackhaft aber viel zu dünnflüssig... Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht... Egal, zu mit war das Personal freundlich und mein Gericht, Nr. 17, Rindfleisch mit Gemüse und reichlich frischem Zitronengras war für einen derartigen Verkaufsstand super ! Habe Asia Hung hier im RRZ zum ersten Mal ausprobiert, werde es aber sicher nochmals tun.

Für einen Imbiss sehr ordentlich!

Schnellimbiss auf asiatisch mit guter Speisekarte!

Entweder ich spreche so undeutlich oder die „Hungs „ haben was an den Ohren! Bin echt sauer! Hatte 2 mal Gerichte bestellt und wurde extra nochmal gefragt, ob mit Nudeln oder Reis. Und welche Sosse ich haben möchte. Extra deutlich und laut habe ich einmal Reis, einmal mit Nudeln und einmal Erdnuss-Sosse bestellt. Als ich zuhause die Boxen öffne, sind in beiden Boxen diese fiesen pissgelben Nudeln drin und anstatt Erdnuss-Sosse nur süss-sauere Sosse. Da könnte ich bellen! Wenn man so schlecht deutsch versteht, macht man hier keinen Laden auf! 🤨

Kein 5 Sterne Essen, aber wenn man schnell was braucht, ist es ganz ok.

Lecker , wenn Chinesen Essen möchten

Neben Immergrün meine Wahl für vegetarische Gerichte im RRZ, wenn es schnell gehen soll. Das Personal ist freundlich und geht sogar auf Sonderwünsche ein (z.B. Tofu in einem Gericht verwenden, wo auf der Speisekarte nur eine Auswahl von Fleisch angeboten wird). Natürlich wäre es schöner, wenn die Ramen Nudeln nicht in der Mikrowelle erhitzt werden würden, aber dennoch schmecken die Gerichte. Das Gemüse ist knackig und die Speisen werden nicht wie bei anderen Asia-Fastfood Ständen in Öl ertränkt. Die Portionen haben eine gute Größe und für Fastfood finde ich die Qualität absolut in Ordnung.

Grundsätzlich einer der besseren Essstände im RRZ. Vorallem die Suppe ist sau lecker.

Massentauglich gewürzt. Wer hier asiatisch pikant gewürztes Essen erwartet wird enttäuscht werden.
