Very charming service, extremely good food at a moderate price, a huge parking lot, but it's still loud at the moment. The arrival is rustic to idiosyncratic, unfortunately there are also steps in the house.

I have never eaten such unacceptable and bad pizza in my entire life - not even in the worst pizzeria in Turkey. The dough was paper thin and not even through, we had the feeling that we were eating fresh dough. The feeling was confirmed on the toilet this morning. Added to this is the fact that my cousin's pizza had long black hairs melted into the dough, which is why we asked for completely new pizzas, to which the telephone operator responded snidely. PLOT TWIST: The pizzas that followed felt even worse and there was hair in them too. I used to be more than happy with the old owner of Pizza-Live, but that with the new owner was the first and last time. My tip to you: It's better to buy a frozen pizza from REWE instead of ordering something there. Thanks for nothing.

The location is in the wrong place (some unimportant street) and tiny. Only two customers can fit in and it seems like a one-man show (the cash register is also a desk and office). No menu card with pictures. I turned around again and drove to the other Dominos in KR, even though it wasn't much better.

Selected menus were good and sufficient. Service was good, despite some pick-up orders and on-site guests. The owners are friendly and attentive. Ambience is functional. A recommendation.

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. I ordered food, but it never arrived. Even better: the restaurant had suddenly closed via Lieferando, even though the opening times were different at the time of the order. Contact was also not possible. Cheeky and completely unprofessional, not recommended at all.

Waited 25 minutes and still didn't get there. I had two customers in front of me, 30 degrees in the shade and I had to stand in the sun for over 25 minutes and there was no sign of my turn coming soon. Incredibly slow way of working, even if it's hot in the place, that's no reason not to serve customers. Then I just left and didn't get anything for lunch. It's disgraceful how they ignore the customers here!

We were there at lunchtime today and wanted to eat there with the voucher book. But we weren't given the lunch menu card because it supposedly wasn't valid for the lunch menu. But there is nothing about this in the voucher book. Please write in next time! Now to eat. Not good at all. Spring rolls undercooked and without any taste. All meat like rubber and the sauces - ready-made sauces - completely over-seasoned. We were there for the first and definitely the last time.

We live in a time where you can track such comments online via the police 😊 If you don't like our sauce, it's okay with us, but if you say something that's not true, you should be ashamed of it! This gives you time to take a stand or delete the post because we know exactly who is behind it! Otherwise the ad will go out 😊

The evening starts okay. But the raw chicken spoiled my evening. At first they offered to serve the food again, but I had already lost my appetite. When asked, the food was taken off the bill. Only after insistence also the water. I clearly expected a different recompense for playing with my health. This remains the first and last night in this hotel and especially in the restaurant.

Cozy pub. Host and service very friendly.

Update 2025: given enough chances now I've lost patience. The atmosphere is really nice and the seating is very cozy and comfortable. The food is good, no question, but nothing special and often came very late, with meat if vegetarian was ordered, or cold. Most recently, I waited a total of 40 minutes at the entrance door and then at the table for lunch and wasn't served. I then left without eating anything. Sorry, but that just doesn't work. There are really enough alternatives in Krefeld and the surrounding area that I would prefer to Purino.

Wir haben letztes WE unsere Goldhochzeit im Röckstöck gefeiert. Es stimmte einfach alles: die Tische waren toll eingedeckt, das Essen hervorragend und die Bedienung kompetent und sehr freundlich.
