Dear team, I had lunch with you today with four work colleagues, and unfortunately our visit was anything but satisfactory. Due to the limited choice as no tomato sauce was available and therefore we couldn't order a pizza, we opted for the Olio. To our surprise, however, it was served without olive oil. The dish did not live up to expectations in any way and we were very disappointed with the quality of the food. In addition, the service person who served us was visibly overwhelmed as she had to take on the entire service alone - and that at lunchtime at 1:00 p.m. Although she did her best, the overall situation seemed chaotic. It's a real shame because your location is very attractive, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to it. I hope you take this feedback as an impetus to improve your processes and quality, because the potential of your gastronomy seems to be great.

Always happy to come here - during the day with kids after the climbing hall. The service in particular was always extremely attentive, friendly and approachable. See you next time.

Update 2025: given enough chances now I've lost patience. The atmosphere is really nice and the seating is very cozy and comfortable. The food is good, no question, but nothing special and often came very late, with meat if vegetarian was ordered, or cold. Most recently, I waited a total of 40 minutes at the entrance door and then at the table for lunch and wasn't served. I then left without eating anything. Sorry, but that just doesn't work. There are really enough alternatives in Krefeld and the surrounding area that I would prefer to Purino.

Super delicious food in a great, pleasant atmosphere. Lina, our waitress, was always present with a smile but not intrusive. Would love to come here again.

Food was supposedly warmed up again but was just as cold as before and unfortunately not a bit of accommodation... a small coffee for free or something like that... it didn't really matter, which was a shame!!! Restaurant in an old factory complex designed by Mies van der Rohe. This makes it very stylish. Interior modern and varied. Impressive bar area. "Crossover Kitchen": Food very good, wide selection for vegetarians and meat lovers. Service very friendly, quick and personable. The visit was really fun!

We were here for Christmas dinner in a larger group. Both the food and the service were very good. The prices were okay for quantity and quality. However, no one had ordered steak either. The prices were a bit too high. I can't judge whether they are appropriate for the quality of the meat, but they were the more exclusive types.

The restaurant is located in the middle of a commercial area. It is probably a converted former factory building. The rededication was visually very successful. In the winter months you may want to protect the entrance area with an additional curtain. Most people apparently don't have doorknobs at home and generally leave the door open, so it was always noticeably cold at the tables right at the entrance. As reported in many other reviews, the food was delicious and the service was very friendly. We were there on a Sunday evening and the tables were well occupied. Regarding the waiting times, I can only say that we had our drinks 15 minutes after arriving and the food didn't take long to arrive either. So overall, a completely successful visit to the restaurant.

Went there for dinner with a small group based on a recommendation from friends. Quite nice but the prices are too high for a simple pizzeria. The ambience was certainly great at one time, but now it was rather old, dusty and partly broken. The service was attentive and friendly. Overall, nice but not good.

The food is prepared to a high quality and tastes great. The waiters rarely walked past the table. After a while it became very cool at our table. But in itself highly recommended!

The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy, so that my companion and I immediately felt at home. However, I found the idea of ​​table lamps a bit impractical - stronger, warm ceiling lighting could have rounded off the overall picture. About the food: As a vegan, I ordered the pizza, which unfortunately didn't impress me either in terms of taste or appearance. The dough was so thin that it felt like I had stacked six layers of paper on top of each other. Fresh basil was advertised on the menu, but unfortunately I didn't see any of it. The starter, the bruschetta, was disappointing. It was simply a large slice of bread overloaded with tomatoes - the bread wasn't even toasted yet. The taste didn't appeal to me at all. To be honest, I would have done better with both the pizza dough and the bruschetta at home. Conclusion: The restaurant is definitely suitable for a nice date or a generally feel-good atmosphere. However, other restaurants can offer significantly more in terms of price and taste. Price/performance could be significantly revised..

The shop was completely empty at 5 p.m. and we couldn't be offered a table for 2 adults and 2 children. We had cleared the space for rush hour and just wanted to grab a bite to eat. Absolutely unprofessional. I can therefore relate to the poor service. It's a shame about the great location, but I certainly won't be advertising it anymore.

The ambience is great but the rest is a total disaster. Food came way too late or wrong, the steak was burnt on the outside and completely raw on the inside, the second attempt didn't manage to get the steak medium rare either. First and last time.

“Actually” terrible… Booked a table for a professional lunch. Once there, the entrance door is locked. Everyone stands in front of the locked door; Luckily a guest inside saw this and let a waitress know…. Finally inside 🙏….., the huge restaurant was only occupied by 2 tables and the room temperature kept it quite cool.. Unfortunately, the menu didn't offer much, which was probably our mistake as we probably didn't narrow down the time period of the meal correctly on the homepage? After asking whether the very sparse range of dishes could possibly be expanded, even at additional cost, the following answer came: “No, in order not to harm myself or the kitchen team, we have no opportunity to offer you any other options...., my boss is on his way here right now, but I won't call him to ask, after all, he is traveling in the car.”…? Maybe he even has a speakerphone? The optimum option was then ordered from the options available! Unfortunately, with 8 people, the process has now taken more than 2 hours (to be fair, including serving), drinks, ordering, starters, main course and invoicing... Wonder why there were only one or two tables occupied here at lunchtime? In retrospect, understandable, since probably no entrepreneur wants to sacrifice 3 hours... or more, of their working time in order to be able to enjoy a bruchetta and a pizza (the menu doesn't offer much more than that) for their customers? Whether everyone involved in an obviously business meeting should be called “on the first name” is probably not relevant here. Long story short; if you would like to eat here with your own employees; gladly:… quite cheap, hello “la la” unfortunately the period cannot be defined. …. Stupid if you still have a follow-up appointment...😇. But if you want to make an “impression” on a business partner, could it be counterproductive?

How disappointed we were on Monday (November 4th). I had reserved a table for 3 people for 1 p.m. and also received a confirmation. One of my two acquaintances came from Herungen to get to know Purino. When we got there, a nice service worker regretfully told us that due to technical problems we could only get cold dishes and coffee. It is conceivable that something like this could happen. We were just very disappointed that no one notified me beforehand. The stars and other information refer to my last visit because otherwise I can't post. Hopefully see you next time.

We were there for the first time with friends and were impressed by the atmosphere. Unfortunately it was very crowded here on the public holiday and we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. Surprisingly, we were not charged for part of it because of the waiting time. The food was very good and at least the wait was worth it. The service was friendly and never impatient after repeated inquiries about our food. It's a shame for the waiting time but there's nothing wrong with the ambience, food and service. We'll be back.

Unfortunately, our service wasn't that quick. We got the wrong drink twice and we had to wait a long time for the food, which unfortunately meant that it wasn't that hot anymore. Nevertheless, the food was, as always, very, very tasty and that's why you go there because you know it's tasty :) Despite a reservation, we were taken to a table in a side room, which I personally didn't think was so nice, but you could definitely have said something about it , then it would have been changed.
