This evening we had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant. The food was exceptionally tasty, fresh and served warm. We can highly recommend your restaurant and are already looking forward to our next visit.

A very exciting, very large company in the back of an industrial zone. Great selection of drinks and food. Service was really friendly, the food was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Great for groups, families but also individuals or couples.

Italian food in an industrial atmosphere. A great location, inside and out. The menu offers something for everyone. The food was good. So... definitely not a one-time visit.

We have just been to Purino Krefeld for the first time and are simply thrilled. At first the ambience is impressive, an old factory has been converted into a cozy restaurant, but how! Fabulous! Then the service: with Julia we had a super nice, but also not talkative, top service attendant who was super friendly and also had the time for small talk. She even had a great recommendation - would be happy to do so again. Why were we here? To fill up deliciously. Now to the main thing: The food was simply fantastic, whether starter, main course or dessert: really tasty! Freshly prepared and very nicely presented. That's what you want. A very nice and cozy restaurant. Not a standard Italian, not even the menu. My highlight here is always the meat or the steak counter where you can choose your own piece and the number of grams. Meat at the highest level!

Relaxed evening with friends The quality of the food was good, despite the relatively large selection. The seasonal dishes were also well presented. Overall waiting times acceptable. Drinks in the non-alcoholic segment can be expanded. Our waitress Nina was very courteous and attentive. Gladly again!

We had a lovely evening with friends at Purino Krefeld. Food was appropriate for the price, but not inspiring either. The service, however (thanks Nina), was excellent. Super nice, quick-witted and attentive. Therefore nothing stands in the way of another visit.

Extraordinary ambience in the converted former factory hall. Differently furnished areas, modern with vintage style. Very welcoming and cozy. Unusual food offerings, therefore higher prices. Open kitchen offers transparency. However, no free choice of seats. Tables are assigned, guests are called by the service staff and drinks are not poured.

Worst pasta and tuna pizza we have ever eaten. Italian pasta should be al dente. Here they were only partially cooked, and in retrospect I'm annoyed that I didn't complain. In the case of the tuna pizza, the tuna was probably only slapped on after it was baked. Unfortunately everything was very unprofessional. We definitely won't go there again.

Great ambience, and attentive and very polite service. Unfortunately, the food is bad, despite excellent equipment, stone oven, beefer, etc. The steak was bleu instead of medium rare, and not particularly tender. Even re-cooking it twice didn't help. The jus tasted like ready-made sauce. The pizza was cold and the onions were still raw. Unfortunately the pasta was not al dente but still raw. Unfortunately, the concept and good equipment do not replace the expertise of trained chefs. This might work when it comes to service, but not when it comes to food.

Mega great location, one of the best we have tested so far in Krefeld. Price/performance ratio unbeatable, service 1A, everything went quickly, we'd love to come back!

The selection of food is very good! Also recommended in terms of taste. Unfortunately, there have been several discrepancies regarding staff and the ordering process (food didn't arrive / too late / wrong). But the staff always apologized and took care of things. If you're looking for perfect service, you're probably in the wrong place here, but you can still go there for good food! I recommend the vegetarian pasta with peanut sauce :p

Have been to Purino Essen several times, not only in Krefeld but also in Mönchengladbach. What I noticed in Krefeld is that in order to refine the pizza with garlic oil or pepperoni oil, you get it in oil bottles that you actually need for the vinegar and oil for the salad. The problem is that you just pour oil over the pizza and it then becomes very oily and the taste of the oil is hardly like garlic or peppers because everything is at the bottom of the oil bottles. With clay pots and a spoon like before it was better because you also added pieces of garlic and hot peppers over the pizza, which also had more flavor and the pizza wasn't so oily. But that's just my opinion, but that needs to be changed again. Otherwise the food was great, whether before, main course or dessert.

Totally cool location (old factory hall) in Krefeld❣️ 👉 The food was delicious. 👉 Unfortunately the service was a disaster, it took forever to get the drinks, you only saw the waitress to bring the food and clear away the food, otherwise not at all, zero service - good staff is difficult to get and especially to keep. It's a shame, it's a really great location, but there's still a lot of work to be done on the service.

Really a very nice place. In this sense, nice means very positive! The service and the ambience was great. The food all looked very good. I had imagined my pizza to be a little different. Since the menu said after baking with cucumber, tomato and mint, I didn't expect to only have something in the middle of the salad😁 And I didn't like the fact that there were no current prices for the beef industry. Several people stood in front of the counter to find out the price. A daily menu per table would be sufficient. We'd love to come back.

Top ambience. A visit is worth it for the ambience alone. Very tasty and some good unusual food and drinks. As a non-pizza and pasta fan, I've only eaten pizza and pasta dishes here and that's saying something 👍 Staff super accommodating and super nice 😊 There are enough parking spaces available. Very friendly service, food after a long wait was sometimes only lukewarm (was served new), non-alcoholic shandy was served as follows: a bottle of non-alcoholic Pilsner with a glass a third full of lemonade. Of course the mixing ratio was no longer correct. This can be done better.

I wasn't aware of Purino until yesterday and without a recommendation, I'm not sure I would have ever found it since it's hidden away on a former industrial site. That would have been a shame because overall I really liked it there. The ambience in the store is rather new-fangled with flashy colors, but doesn't seem cheap or overloaded. I really liked it, it seemed well maintained, the toilet was also very well maintained. Now to the most important thing: the food and the service. I had a Pizza Tutto and beforehand there was bread with dips. The quality of the food on offer seems to be high, you can tell the products are fresh. This pizza has a very thin crust and is crispy. The dishes are not layered with fat and spices/salt, which means that the individual products taste better. Sometimes less is more, and this is definitely good for me, also because it's not that heavy on the stomach. My wife had the truffle ravioli (pictured), which were sensational and I can highly recommend them. Unfortunately, I make a few compromises when it comes to service. The waitresses were super nice and willing and tried to please everyone, but there were too few and the distance to the drinks counter was too long. We also waited a very long time for our food. It wasn't bad, but it has to be mentioned. However, this hardly changes my overall impression. I would definitely recommend this place for those who like steak or Italian dishes. I'll definitely be back!

The location is very modern and stylish. Good selection of food and drinks. The waiter who took the order was very personable and courteous, but the waitresses who brought the drinks in between seemed very listless and unmotivated. Starters and pizza were good, the gluten-free pasta with vegetables was even very tasty.

Although the place is cool, the service was not adequate, food came in 1h after the order and it was such a disappointment. If it was not a business dinner (therefore I was not paying), I would raise a huge complaint to the manager (if there is such thing there). I ordered a dry aged T-bone steak, medium cooked, and got charbroiled, half inedible super dry steak. The others ordered pizza which were all served cold. One of my colleagues sent it back and asked them to microwave it. Such a joke, I will never come back to this place.

Due to the 1.5 hour wait for our food, I unfortunately have to give 1 star for the service, even though our waitress was nice.

The restaurant was really a disappointment! No cutlery on the table, the food took forever, (90 minutes) they forgot the starter and the glasses and then they also sold cold microwave carbonara for 12 euros. Absolutely not recommended!

First time at Purino Krefeld and I have to say totally pleasantly surprised 😄 By the size of the location, the ambience, the nice guests and the very professional staff. I will definitely come again, even if the journey is a bit far.

We were there last night and were completely satisfied :) We would be happy to come back at any time.

The ambience is great, but that's about it. At the entrance we waited at least 5 minutes to be shown to the reserved table. Almost 2 hours had passed by the time the food arrived and then 2 of 3 pizzas were almost cold and some of the meat wasn't cooked through. We also had to ask for the bill several times. And that on a Tuesday evening. Conclusion: never again

The building and ambience were really top class with the furnishings - it didn't feel like "now Krefeld". Nice audience, you didn't feel bothered by anyone. People who regulate etiquette dominate as an audience 👍🏻 However, we were there as a large group and everyone had problems with the food. At the fish and meat counter you had the feeling that the gentleman wanted to sell as much as he could, even if the customer knew how much he could eat or not, that was a disturbing factor for me. The preparer at the counter was very kind and accommodating. However, unfortunately my food didn't taste as good as I had hoped. My side salad arrived later than my tuna steak but hey it arrived and was better than my steak 😅 The waiter seemed to be slightly overwhelmed by the large group and at times appeared to be overly friendly. Does not have to be. Ambiance as I said, great. I think I'll give it another chance and try to visit it in a small group 😊

Was there on a Saturday evening. It was really great, the food was good and the price was completely reasonable. The service was very friendly and attentive, I was there with friends who use a wheelchair, it was handled very nicely and I am very satisfied. I can only recommend the restaurant.

Friendly service and great ambience. Unfortunately, the dish we ordered was partly cold as it was served. The steak was incorrectly cut and therefore very tough. Doneness level was not maintained. The only positive thing was the service, which apologized after consultation and offered new food. Too bad it was probably our first and last visit to this restaurant. Not that anyone would believe there was a lot to do while we were there. There were only 6 customers to be served in the restaurant. What will it be like when the restaurant is full?

We cannot understand the positive reviews. We were guests at this restaurant 2-3 years ago and had an extremely negative experience. Nevertheless, we decided to give Purino another chance - to no avail. I can't remember ever eating such bad pizza. In addition to the poor quality of the pizza, the toppings didn't even match what was stated on the menu; Instead of grainy cream cheese we received Camembert. The iced teas tasted like watered down syrup and the cola was stale. The service was average, but by no means outstanding. When we said goodbye, we were wished a pleasant evening, but without eye contact or a similar gesture - it seemed to be more of a standardized phrase, probably on the instructions of the boss. Also, the food could have been served quicker. All in all the visit was a disappointment. Regardless of the quality of the food, the prices are quite high for a restaurant located in a remote industrial hall in Krefeld. These prices correspond to those in downtown Frankfurt, where rental costs are certainly many times higher than in Krefeld. Since we live close by, we were hoping to make Purino our local spot. However, due to repeated disappointing experiences, this is not possible.

The food was very tasty and the atmosphere is really great. But unfortunately I find waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for your pizza after ordering really disappointing. We had better luck with dessert, it was "only" 40 minutes..... Unfortunately that ruins the entire experience!!!

Unfortunately, our visit to you on Valentine's Day was an absolute failure. After we were brought to the table, we had to wait until a waitress came. At that point we were at least able to order food straight away and had enough time to think about it. Surprisingly, the starter even came before the drinks, which wouldn't have been a problem if we had to wait longer. If only it hadn't happened that you had to wait another good hour for the main course. In summary, in terms of the time and service waited, it was technically a disaster. It seemed that several waitresses were responsible for our area, but none of the people had any idea about tables and their orders. It should be mentioned here that we were now past 9:30 and the neighboring table, who arrived later, had already ordered dessert. Even the long-awaited pasta as the main course couldn't steer things in a positive direction. Disappointingly, the “light” white wine sauce was clearly too strong for both. In addition to the general questions about the food and when it will be there, we asked for salt, pepper and parmesan, but all good, we didn't get that at all. It's a shame because this restaurant is really beautiful in terms of ambience, but it's a disappointment in terms of food technology and, above all, the competence and organization. After clearing the dishes: No sorry for the long wait No questions about food or anything like that… It was paid for in full and we wished you a nice evening. Thanks, but the evening was simply forgettable!

Nice store, but that's it. A pizza here takes about an hour, even though there are hardly any guests in the restaurant and the man at the pizza oven has little to do. Drinks are simply forgotten. The (albeit hard-working and friendly) service team seems uncoordinated overall. The food is below average, at least during our visit on February 13, 2024. Typical concept catering with lots of temporary staff and no management on site. We won't go there anymore.

The ambience is really nice, but there are two people sitting at the next table... If you show up about 15 minutes before your reservation, you will be made aware that you can order drinks, but that the order for food must be placed on time because there are still a few people ahead of you... No problem if the store had been full... Back at the table relatively quickly, this is then revised…. We wanted bread with olive oil in advance and had chosen fillet steak, with side dishes... the bread didn't arrive before the main course and the main course was instead of medium, well done... Waiting time impossible... The mayonnaise for the fries came in the jar and was stale (with a yellowish layer) and when the portion of fries was almost gone…. The grilled vegetables weren't good at all, especially when it came to the eggplant... it only saw the pan or grill to warm it up... The Pinot Gris was great and we had to wait forever for the second bottle of water... the staff was probably the least responsible, they always tried to keep the damage under control... For me the first and last visit for now!!!!

Miserable food. If it came as described in the card it would certainly be fantastic. Fresh and homemade? Sticky spaghetti with greasy sauce and noodles warmed in the microwave. Dry sticky pizza. Meat is grossly overpriced and the price/performance ratio is absolute disgrace. The ambience is great and partly the friendly waitresses. But here, too, the staff is sometimes unmotivated and with grim facial expressions. Please eat well and don't support such fancy shops that are only after your wallet and feed you garbage.

Location great, service very attentive, the food not worthy of the lofty name on the menu. If an Italian restaurant can't even do a "good" pizza, that's bad. Maybe the purino should think about a change in concept and act more as a cocktail bar from eleven o'clock instead of a restaurant.

Very chill factory look. Service and food were great. The only negative thing we noticed here was the noise. Conversations are a little more difficult and a little comfort is lost as a result. As a first-time visitor, I also think the directions need a little improvement

We were just there and the three of us wanted to eat something. We couldn't get a place because the service told us they weren't allowed to accept more than 22 people at a certain time. The store was less than half full. Well, if you don't need any guests... I can't recommend it

Als Tierschutzverein haben wir für eine Weihnachtsfeier einen großen Tisch für über 20 Personen bestellt. Wir haben bei der Bestellung angegeben, dass einige Personen evtl. ihren Hund mitbringen. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns dann der Zutritt mit Hund verweigert, da Hunde im Restaurant angeblich nun verboten seien. Aufgrund dieser organisatorischen Vollkatastrophe seitens der Lokalität kann ich schlichtweg nur Null Sterne vergeben...

Hält, was das Ambiente verspricht. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam, Vorspeisen wie auch Pizzen und Nachspeisen sehr gelungen. Gerne wieder.

Der 1 Eindruck bei Ankunft war super. Großartige Lokation! Leider fing es dann bei der Bestellung an, das Bier wurde Kohlensäure frei gebracht aber anstandslos umgetauscht . Leider konnte das Personal die kohlensäure nicht wechseln . Nach 45 min kam dann das Bier . Essen war super, außer das leider Walnüsse fehlten . Dann dauerten die Kindergetränke auch nochmal eine Ewigkeit. Dann am.ende nochmal 30 min auf die Rechnung gewartet .... Essen super,.genau wie das Ambiente. Service leider eine Katastrophe

Eine schöne, einladende Location. Wir waren spontan zu Zweit dort... Samstagnachmittag. Am Empfang schon große Verzweiflung, wo man noch 2 Personen unterbringen könnte... das Restaurant war überwiegend leer. In den 1,5 gingen und kamen andere Gäste, aber es war nie voll. Wir bekamen einen 2er Tisch. Der war verklebt und nicht sauber, habe die Kellnerin gebeten, den Tisch abzuwischen. Sie war gerade auf dem Weg mit einem Putzlappen zu einem Nebentisch um ihn abzuräumen. Statt den Tisch einmal abzuwischen, hat sie mürrisch den klebrigen Fleck entfernt. Nun ja, Vorspeise kam sehr schnell, Bruscetta und Focaccia... war sehr lecker. Auf das Hauptgerichten, 1 Pizza und 1x Ravioli haben wir 45 Minuten gewartet. Das Restaurant war leer. Pizzateig war grottig und lauwarm, die Ravioli waren ganz gut. Mit dem bitteren Beigeschmack eines kleinen Papieretikettes. Meine Freundin ist nicht so empfindlich, hat es aus dem Essen genommen und weiter gegessen.... Habe den Kellner darauf hingewiesen "Oh ja, das gehört da nicht hin. Ich sage das mal der Küche" seine Reaktion. Fazit: Wir gehen dort nicht mehr hin!

Wir waren hier im Winter mit 13 Personen, Sa 19:45 (kurzfristig reserviert) für ein Familienessen. 7 Kinder/6 Erwachsene Beim Warten am Eingang kam uns ein Paar entgegen mit dem Kommentar: „1h aufs Essen warten, geht woanders hin!“ Das haben wir direkt angesprochen beim Personal, was uns freundlich und transparent bestätigt wurde: Engpass in der Küche, der muss abgearbeitet werden. Workaround: Vorspeisen gehen schneller, zum Überbrücken bei viel Hunger 👍 Das hat auch gut funktioniert. Der Service kam dann schnell, war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen wurde für alle zeitgleich serviert ! Die Getränke (Softdrinks) wurden warm (??) serviert. Ansonsten waren Wein, Bier und andere Getränke richtig temperiert. Pasta etwas zu „al dente“, aber lecker. Bowls ansprechend, Pizzen dünn, sehr groß und knusprig. Fleisch von guter Qualität. Eher grosse Portionen - wir waren definitiv satt. Die Karte beinhaltet ansprechende und ausgefallene Gerichte, dafür kaum/keine Klassiker. Die Kinderkarte war erfreulicherweise OHNE Pommes etc. 👍👍 dafür dort die italienischen (kenn-ich-mag-ich Varianten für die kritischsten Gäste unter 18) Vegan/vegetarisch/glutenfrei: Alles vorhanden Das Ambiente war top! Angenehme Lautstärke (nicht zu laut, aber auch nicht einschüchternd leise) Nette Musik und viele Stimmen. Lebendig. Die Einrichtung und das Gebäude sind absolut stimmig und schön mit guter und abwechslungsreicher Raumeinteilung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine schöne Lokalität. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Leider ist die Wartezeit (Bestellung Freitag um 17.45 Uhr) bis das Essen kam, sehr lang gewesen, eine Stunde für 2 Pizzen fand ich sehr lang / deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Service sehr nett. Eine mega Pizza, geschmacklich Top, und gross. Bei kleinem Appetit eher eine halbe Pizza bestellen. Preise " noch " angemessen.

Sehr ausgewogene Karte mit italienischen Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichten und Desserts! Der Service ist aufmerksam und unglaublich freundlich! Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden! Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass es auch Fleisch vom Wagyu Rind und dry aged Fleisch. Man wird aufgefordert es sich am desk selbst auszusuchen und wird auch dort von fachkundigem Personal beraten! Ein rundum gelungener Abend! Kinder zahlen für ein bambini Gericht 4,20€ und ein 0,1l Getränk 1,40€ mehr geht nicht!!

Das Essen war einfach super. Wir hatten 1 Steak und 4 Nudelgerichte. Die Nudeln waren superlecker und das Steak war absolut auf den Punkt gebraten und einfach superlecker und eindeutig den Preis wert. Die Nudelgerichte waren im Preis alle völlig ok. Unser Sohn (5 Jahre alt) hat gratis gegessen und getrunken. Der Service war schnell und total freundlich und sehr kinderlieb.
