The evening started well. But the raw chicken ruined it for me. At first, they offered to re-serve the meal, but I'd already lost my appetite. Upon request, the food was removed from the bill. Only after insistence was the water removed. I clearly expected some other compensation for playing with my health. This will be my first and last night in this hotel, and especially in the restaurant.

Unfortunately, I have to change my top rating today. As a regular customer, I've always felt very comfortable. Today, however, it's been the opposite. The staff, who apparently haven't been working at the restaurant for long, or rather, aren't part of the staff I've seen often, were blatantly gossiping about guests and ensuring that any joy of visiting Cafe del Sol Krefeld has been lost. Until now, great importance has always been placed on hospitality, and they have always ensured that bullying of any kind is prevented (I was there myself when such behavior between guests was stopped). However, the fact that it's now being initiated by the staff themselves is very disappointing. Unfortunately, I can't even give the food a good rating anymore, as this kind of behavior takes your appetite away. What a shame.

Sports bar, very uncomplicated - came spontaneously with 20 people, food was ordered from outside, great service!!
