The evening started well. But the raw chicken ruined it for me. At first, they offered to re-serve the meal, but I'd already lost my appetite. Upon request, the food was removed from the bill. Only after insistence was the water removed. I clearly expected some other compensation for playing with my health. This will be my first and last night in this hotel, and especially in the restaurant.

Violstraße 1It's been a long time since we've been back in Krefeld. The renovations have made it look really cozy. The food was OK, and the service was great.
