A small family meal in a slightly different restaurant. Delicious preparations, with unusual flavors and presentation of the dishes. Attentive and friendly staff. The price-performance ratio is appropriate. We enjoyed the meal and the evening. We'll be back.

Thank you for the food poisoning and a night in the hospital! I ordered beef fillet, the meat had a fishy aroma. I asked the waitress whether it had been fried in a pan with fish or perhaps stored together with fish. Both were denied and I was said to have adulterated taste. Outrageous statement! What was even more outrageous was that the food was not taken back and we had to pay the full price. We then left the restaurant immediately. NEVER AGAIN! A good friend of mine is a chef. His opinion was that bad restaurants pickle meat to disguise the taste. Sounds plausible given my experience, but I can't prove it. However, it is proven that I was in the hospital a good 3 hours after eating some food. I hope the place gets shut down for you!

We went there for dinner and ordered a chicken curry that had no flavor and tasted like water. No taste of curry, almost none on the plate...

Die Bewirtung mit einzigem einfachen Gericht hat über 45 Minuten gedauert und mit einfachem „Entschuldigung, ist mein Fehler“ begründet.

Original sushi and Vietnamese specialties including 100% beef fillet (cow on pasture). Seldom eaten as tasty and high quality as here in Krefeld. The quality is outstanding. Both the pho and the udon noodles taste authentic. We'd love to come back. Thank you!

Yesterday we were guests at Taumi Krefeld. We visit the restaurant regularly as the food is really good and tasty. But my God, where do they get this staff from? Certainly not from hotel management school. They just walk around in sweatpants and don't know anything about serving. Pure inattention. This lady had to clear a table because the guests had just left, and that was more important than looking around to see if anyone else needed anything. I would have liked to drink something more, but had to survive on one Coke all evening. It's very difficult to get attention there to order anything else.

The ambience is very striking, but fits the restaurant and cuisine that is presented here. The staff seemed distracted and it took several attempts before we could order or finally pay. However, after ordering, it arrived pretty quickly. In terms of taste, everything was fine and also such that another visit can be considered.

The Taumi in Krefeld offers a large selection of Asian fusion cuisine. We were curious and got involved. Many vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are offered as starters. I ordered edamame (beans) and my companions ordered gyoza and mussels. Everything tasted very good and was plentiful. The beans were so big and so large that I couldn't finish them all despite sharing them. For the main course I ordered the mango duck and my companions ordered pasta with chicken. The duck was very delicious and can only be recommended. The others' noodles were also very good! The service was very friendly even if a bit slow at first. But the ambience is also very nice. You quickly feel comfortable. The toilets are also very modern. Unfortunately there are no on-site parking options, so you either have to park in the parking garage or, if you're lucky, on the streets.

We went to Taumi in Krefeld for the first time on a recommendation. The food is really great. Of course we sat outside in the nice weather, but what was unfortunately very annoying were the noticeably big cars that were driving at 30 km/h and every 3-4 minutes. The police also drove past every minute: in addition, a few “homeless” drunks ran/staggered past you. Unfortunately that took the good food down a bit and was a bit annoying. Sushi was very tasty😊

We have been to Taumi many times and mostly satisfied. What bothers me is that the portions of some dishes are never the same. My favorite salad "Golden Mango Salad" sometimes has 4 shrimps, sometimes 8 shrimps, sometimes no peppers, sometimes no roasted peanuts on top, sometimes everything is right. In some dishes, the vegetables are just way too al dente and the pieces are cut way too big. I find this really annoying now!! Otherwise it tastes quite good.

Food is okay, I've had better sushi but also much worse. Service is a complete disaster, waiters are nice but don't come to the table after you order your food. Even when you want to pay the bill they take ages. You can see the waiters sitting behind the drinks counter on their cell phones and one waitress is even talking loudly on her cell phone over the loudspeaker. If you didn't draw attention to yourself, you would wait 30 minutes or longer until you got your bill.

As always, good food, friendly staff, good wines too, you can feel very comfortable here.

Asia Fusion, der Begriff sollte grundsätzlich jeden erstmal abschrecken. Leider beweist mir auch das Taumi nicht das Gegenteil. Die „Fusion“ aus wild durcheinander gemischten asiatischen Spezialitäten schmeckt zu keinem Zeitpunkt lecker oder authentisch. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Huge Asian restaurant with quite bizarre decoration but it's just taste. I wonder why they need so much space. Unfortunately, I have to realize again, like all Asian restaurants, that they become extremely poor after a while. Great at first, then the food got worse and worse. Quality is now medium level. However, what's really cheeky is leaving the kitchen until an hour before the end... okay... but then starting to clean (bar and floor) straight away while guests are still sitting there is really outrageous. In addition, you have to bill shortly afterwards, even though it is still open for three quarters of an hour. So cozy and hospitable is something different. Well, also a question of how long it will still be around.

One of the best sushi I ever had in my life and the guys (viet phe )are really polite and so friendly and this is my second time and I love to visit again & again….really comfortable space and toilets are really clean and the way they decorated is just amazing…. I would definitely recommend this place to all 🫶

We were forgotten while eating. The dishes could have been warmer. Drinks were also forgotten.

On the recommendation of a colleague, I ate here for the first time recently and unfortunately I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to others. The drinks came promptly, but the food took a long time. Wait a very long time. The starter came after 45 minutes and we waited another hour for the main course. Since the starter was supposed to be cold anyway, there was nothing to complain about, but the main course should have been warm and arrived cold. Especially annoying with meat. But we weren't the only guests who felt that way about the long wait. Various tables around us kept asking about their food. The reason given was that there would be an unusually large number of visitors. But despite this, guests continued to be accepted without reservations(?). The waiters were polite and friendly, perhaps just a little inexperienced and inattentive, as they could have noticed how long we had been sitting there without eating. The location was nice too. But unfortunately the food was very disappointing, apart from the waiting time. Unfortunately, 2 hours for a starter and main course is a no-go for me. I don't know whether it was really an exception or a general problem on the weekend. But I won't try it out either, because I don't want to take the risk of being disappointed again if I know things work better somewhere else. Unfortunately, there wasn't even anything on the house as an apology, which would have been appropriate and would certainly have lightened our mood.

I went out to eat here for the first time with my friends following a recommendation. The ambience from the outside and inside was very nice and well decorated. You slumped down so much on the chair that your legs weren't really comfortable in relation to the table. On the way to the toilets one floor up, the floor from the steps up was very sticky. The menu looked very promising and sounded great. We each ordered drinks, appetizers and a skin dish. The drinks, especially the lemonades, were very tasty. My cocktail had little alcohol but was good. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our starters, but it was also very busy. We all liked the starters and looked great. Unfortunately we then had to wait more than an hour for our main course. After we asked politely once, we were told they would let us know again. A short time later the waitress came to our table again and asked us about our main courses. It sounded as if we had been forgotten. They apologized politely and brought it to us about 10 minutes later. Two of our meals were served almost cold, which was a shame. We all had a lot of salad on our plates. On two plates it was refined with dressing and on the other two plates there was only salad without dressing, spices or oil. This was a great shame. The main courses were also very nicely presented. In the meantime, a Coke and Coke Zero were also ordered, where the waiter unfortunately started sweating which one was what. Overall it was ok, but unfortunately not worth another visit. I would be happy if a few points from my review could be implemented, changed or paid attention to.

Sushi is definitely much better. Prices are not justified. Portions small. Unfortunately it didn't taste as good as we thought. It's a shame about the money that was spent. You can eat much better sushi in Krefeld. The atmosphere is rather cold. No music. Service was nice and made an effort.

Basically recommended Asian fusion cuisine with good service. Subjectively, the food is not always equally good, from very good to quite OK. But I've never been dissatisfied. Sushi is particularly recommended.

An original facility with lots of details. Thanks to the niches it is no longer as loud as it used to be in the Vapiano. The service was very friendly and professional. The food tasted excellent. Through the open kitchen, the clothes smell of a visit. You should work on the ventilation. Nevertheless, we would like to come back.

Essen war nicht richtig heiß, das Gemüse nicht wirklich gar. War jetzt auch nicht voll das man sagt weil keine Zeit. Die Bedienung war freundlich aber ich würde nicht wirklich nochmal hin

Essen war okay, es hat irgendwie was gefehlt, portionen waren angemessen. Service war sehr sporadisch nur da, man hat sich fast vergessen gefühlt hin und wieder. Gut wenn man verschiedene asiatische gerichte mit seiner Familie oder Freunden essen will. Wenn alle etwas aus der selben Küche haben wollen lieber zu spezialisierten Restaurant (bspw. Green chili für vietnamesisch), da kann Taumi nicht mithalten. War aber trotzdem ein schöner Abend, Location und ambiente toll.

Ja luft nach oben ist immer. Jedoch netter Service. Essen war gut denke für den Preis kann man nicht viel mehr erwarten. Dier laden ist wirklich nett gemacht. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr gepflegtes Restaurant mit gutem Service und noch besserem Essen

Einen Stern Abzug beim Service, da die Mitarbeiter zu 100% pünktlich Feierabend machen wollen und die Leute raus scheuchen. Als Guter Wirt macht man das nicht. Das Essen war durchweg ein Traum. Der hausgemachte Tofu ist der Beste den ich je gegessen hab. Waren mit der Firma dort. Alle waren begeistert.

I really liked this place. It was new to Lieferando and there is a serious lack of Asian takeout places in Krefeld. The food arrived very quickly, it was fresh and was hot when delivered. We were surprised how quickly it arrived. The surf and turf was very delicious, the steak was well cooked and all of the sides were very good. The udon noodles were also nice. It is clearly restaurant quality food delivered to your door. We would definitely order here again, I hope they are successful on Lieferando as there is definitely a lack of good options in Krefeld. Overall, definitely worth 5 stars!

Tolles Essen, mal etwas anderes

Today I went there for the second time, last time was exactly year ago, when I was attending Gaming event in TakeTV in Krefeld. I loved the food so much (pumpkin curry) that I wanted to return to that restaurant. I will come back next year again :) Everything is very nicely served and elegant looking. Beautiful decor and lighting. Super polite waiters.

Hat sehr gut geschmeckt und das Restaurant sah auch schön aus. Allerdings war das Asia Flair überdeckt von Ausstattungen wie Kajaks, Rädern und einem Piano (sind evtl Reste vom Vorgänger Restaurant?)

Nettes Ambiente etwas rustikal aber sehr warm. Personal freundlich kompetent. Essen steht in einem guten Preis- Leistungsverhältnis und schmeckt auch noch sehr gut. Zunächst mit vorbehalten hin gegangen aber vollkommen überzeug heraus gegangen. Gehen bestimmt wieder hin. Asian Food das überzeugt.

Super schönes lokal, mit sehr zuvorkommenden Angestellten und absolut köstlichen Essen. Die Speisekarte ist vielfältig, und jeder sollte auf seine Kosten kommen! Sehr empfehlenswert

Nun es ist leider etwas schmudelich.Essen ist aber ganz 👌 ok.

Große Räumlichkeit, stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Speisen scheinen im Baukastensystem zubereitet zu werden, sodass Gemüse , Reis und Salatbeilage bei unterschiedlichen Gerichten identisch sind. Die Sauce macht dann den Unterschied. Geschmeckt hat es prima, auch wenn das Huhn nicht durchgebraten war.

Sehr leckeres und gutes Sushi, Rest glutamatfrei. Absolut zu empfehlen 👍

Ich war schon viele Male dort, egal ob mit einer Freundin oder der ganzen Familie, wir wurden bisher noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist nur super lecker, sondern auch wunderbar verträglich... Normalerweise habe ich Probleme vom Magen her im Restaurant irgendetwas zu essen, hier ist das nicht der Fall! Ich glaube das Restaurant wirbt auch damit, sehr natürlich zu kochen. Ich bin ein großer Fan, macht weiter so :)

Super Bedienung und leckeres Essen 🥰

Im letzte Jahr waren wir ein paar mal hier. Damals waren wir begeistert. Bei unserem aktuellen Besuch wurden wir von der Qualität und dem Geschmack des Essens sehr enttäuscht. Das wird dann auch unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein. Atmosphäre und Personal war angenehm.

Ich war hier schon 3x essen. Beim ersten Mal war der Service eine Katastrophe (draussen). Die Hauptgerichte kamen mit 20 Minuten Unterschied. Wir haben aber einen Nachlass auf die Rechnung bekommen und haben dem Taumi eine weitere Chance gegeben. Da war dann alles okay. Das Menüangebot ist vielfältig und gefällt mir gut. Das Sushi schmeckt gut und ist schön angerichtet. Suppe und Reisgericht habe ich auch schon probiert. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Eine große Entttäuschung. Die Speisekarte ist aufwendig mit Fotos gestaltet, entspricht leider nicht dem, was serviert wird. Die "Mango-Ente" hatte nichts von Mango und lag in einem See von Kokosmilch. Die Spieße mit Sate waren lecker und knusprig, die Sate-Soße hatte selbst mit großer Fantasie keinen Erdnuss-Geschmack. Service:"Das ist unser Rezept". Keines der servierten Gerichte entsprach den Fotos bzw der Beschreibung in der Speisekarte. Nein, danke. Auf den Etikettenschwindel verzichten wir gerne.
