In terms of evaluation, this restaurant presents me with a difficult task. On the one hand, the food is authentically Italian and I like the ambience. On the other hand, there is also the latently invasive and patronizing manner of the boss, which is partly adapted by the staff. I have never experienced the boss telling the guest what size drink to order. It's also new to me that the boss reprimands the waiter in front of the guest. In fact, I had my plates and drinks stolen several times by the staff as soon as they thought I was finished. Overall, it was an unusual but unfortunately not exceptional experience.

Food doesn't taste that good, the workers don't speak German and forget what you ordered. We're not allowed to decide which salad or sauce to make so we just puke. We spent 7 euros for 3 pieces of dry breaded chicken so really bad never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I regularly order from Pizzeria Hero and am thrilled every time! The varied and very tasty lunch options are a particular highlight - there is something new every day and the food is always fresh and delicious. Delivery is always very quick and everything arrives warm and in perfect condition. I particularly like the filled pizza rolls, the pasta and the fresh salad - always of high quality and perfectly prepared. I can only warmly recommend Pizzeria Hero and am already looking forward to the next delicious lunch. Thank you for the great service and the excellent food!

The shelves are once again horror

Food only received after two hours. When asked after just over an hour, the online order apparently hadn't arrived. Order confirmation including proof of payment was initially ignored with the statement that it was not their problem. Food was delivered after two hours, but it wasn't worth the stress.

A visit to the “Poseidon” restaurant was like a little trip to Greece – a real treat for the senses! As soon as we entered we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The loving decoration, the soft light and the quiet Greek music in the background made us immediately forget everyday life. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The staff always tried to fulfill our every wish without seeming intrusive. We were particularly impressed by the warmth with which we were welcomed and served. But the real highlight was of course the food. The grilled octopus was simply spectacular – tender, perfectly seasoned and with a hint of smoke that rounded out the dish. Every bite was an experience that brought us closer to the taste of the Mediterranean. The side dishes, such as the fresh tzatziki and the crusty bread, were also excellent. The menu offered a wide selection of authentic Greek dishes, each of which promised a culinary delight. Our evening was perfectly rounded off with a homemade dessert and a glass of ouzo. “Poseidon” is a place we will definitely return to. It's not just a restaurant, but a little oasis where you can unwind and feel the Greek joy of life. Absolutely recommended!

The restaurant is very nice. Unfortunately, the service was a complete disaster, it took 20 minutes before we could order drinks, we received the wrong food and when we brought it up the employees were annoyed. Visually the food looked great, but unfortunately the taste was only a 4/10

We were there on February 14, 2025. The food was really tasty, but the highlight was the great service (Alex). The woman really had everything under control and was extremely friendly and accommodating.
