We go there regularly during our lunch break. Basically good quality. The salad dressing is way too sweet. They have to change that. People who eat a salad at lunch don't want that instead of a piece of cake.

I ordered through Lieferando and was called back because they couldn't find my address. But then I was suddenly insulted, and my food never arrived.

Ordered via Wolt, arrived very quickly, had pizza with pizza rolls. That was the worst meal I've ever had. no recommendation

Food only tastes mediocre. What is not possible is a minimum order value of €30 for an order in the city center plus a €2 delivery fee. Unless this is heavily discounted, this will be my last order!!

Et Leve is a traditional Cologne pub, and we'll keep it that way. Not everything is perfect, but those seeking perfection often end up in a kebab shop where they might eat spoiled meat. I'd rather eat a schnitzel here than consume junk like doner kebabs and the like. If we don't support the long-established businesses, we'll soon be extinct, and our beautiful Europe will be flooded with... So stick together and don't complain if you find a tiny hair in your schnitzel. We're all for it ;) Cologne!

I've been to this McNuggets' drive-thru several times in the last few months – unfortunately, parts of my order are regularly forgotten. Sometimes the fries are missing, sometimes the sauce – today, even an entire 20-pack of Chicken McNuggets wasn't wrapped. It's annoying in the sense that when you get home, you find the fries are missing, or the salad dressing, or one of us, like today, is only supposed to eat three of the sauce instead of 20 McNuggets. Because it happened frequently, and although I called to let them know, I expected at least a sincere apology. No way! After my call, they kindly and politely promised me a replacement, but when I drove back (another 6 km one way and a 15-minute drive), they suddenly didn't want to hear anything more. An employee who introduced himself as "Mr. Hoffmann" and wasn't wearing a McDonald's name tag or uniform insisted that everything was wrapped correctly – as is often the case, there was no receipt. This kind of thing is annoying, time-consuming, and absolutely not good service. I'll probably switch to other branches in the future. My 5 stars from four years ago are no longer appropriate here.

We were there alone and waited more than 20 minutes just for the menu. They didn't ask for a drink, etc. After another half hour of waiting, letting us know, etc., we left. It wasn't busy, and the employees were on their phones, talking nonsense to each other, instead of taking care of the customers. We won't go there again!

Absolutely unfriendly and rude. We actually wanted something to eat, but the service was so unfriendly that we paid for our drinks and left.

The place was good but the burger I ordered was not good.
