I ordered a pizza to pick up. I haven't experienced such unfriendly people in the catering industry for a long time. Since I had a coupon for a free pizza in the app (meaning I have already paid for several pizzas at full price and collected enough points for a free pizza), I was approached in a very rude manner as to why the bill would say 0 euros (by the way, it said 0.50 euros, which I had already paid separately). When I said that I paid with an app coupon, all I got was a dirty look and my pizza was literally thrown at me. The pizza wasn't good either, it was very thinly topped. Maybe “because I didn’t pay”? Something like that is impossible! Will never come to this store again. I can definitely understand the bad reviews.

Dominos Pizza should think about what kind of employees they should hire, I was there last night to order something, then the old man with the glasses was so unfriendly and said we don't do card payments for €5, basically I don't mind cash but because he was so disrespectful and just left without waiting, this store didn't even deserve a star. Very unfriendly employee! I called them because I received the wrong size pizza. The employee just said that it wasn't his problem and that I should contact someone else. The phone then hung up. On June 13th, 2024 I went to eat pizza with my father and his girlfriend to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment and the food was ice cold even though we were there. The pizza wasn't baked properly and we complained about everything, but we still didn't get the money refunded even though we are entitled to this because we were even forced to pay in advance really just disappointed I want my money back Kind regards A.Seesko

Ordered online for delivery. 1 pizza, 1 pasta dish and snacks. Our order came without the pasta dish. When we called to ask, the employee told us the driver had forgotten the dish and that he would be back in a minute. When the driver still wasn't there after 10 minutes, we called again. Again the employee on the phone assured us that the driver would be there shortly. When he still didn't come, we called again. This time the employee explained to us in a defiant, annoyed and reproachful tone that the meal would take a while because he still had to prepare it. When asked if we would get anything as compensation, he responded with "I'm not the boss and we're not in America." After about 20 minutes of this phone call, the driver came again with the pasta and a 0.5 Diet Coke as compensation. So we had to wait another 45 minutes from the time of delivery until the order was finally complete. The driver was absolutely not to blame; he was absolutely friendly and obviously tried hard. The employee on the phone was unfriendly, completely unaccommodating and rude throughout the entire process. It can happen that something is forgotten, but instead of trying to come towards us, he tried to blame the driver for the mishap. Then he was rude and bold. Not to mention that he has to answer the phone every time Lost weight without saying a word. He couldn't even say "hello" or "Dominos". Unfortunately, the pasta with vegetables and tomato sauce tasted like it came from a can and hadn't been warmed up properly, so everything was soggy. All the vegetables consisted of 2 small pieces of mushrooms and 4-5 corn kernels, the promised tomatoes were not there at all. I really find that a disgrace, especially since the few vegetables and the sauce were absolutely not as fresh as described. Unfortunately you have to describe it as a sticky pile of mud... It wasn't edible. The large pizza we ordered, which wasn't really large, was also cold and sticky. Absolutely expected something different for the price. Tasted like unheated ready-made food.

Es wurde nicht wie im Angebot geliefert. Auf Nachfrage am Telefon unfassbar unfreundlich behandelt worden. Sie hätten jetzt auch keine Zeit mehr zum telefonieren. Auf die Frage mach dem Namen(des Mitarbeiters am Telefon) kam die Antwort:"Ich habe keinen Namen. Tschö." Alles klar. Das war dann das letzte Mal bei Dominos und wir werden das entsprechend weitergeben.

Hallo Herr Thander. Nach einem Missverständnis bei der ersten Bestellung versprachen Sie mir eine gratis Salami Pizza. Heute bestellt mit zwei Zusatz Zutaten (die ich selbstverständlich bezahlen wollte) 1 x rote Zwiebeln und 1 x Jalapenjo Mix für je 1,59€, also insgesamt Zusatzkosten von 3,18€. Die roten Zwiebeln waren tatsächlich auf der Pizza aber von den Jalapenjo‘s keine Spur und für 1 Zutat 5,16€ zu berechnen, absolute Frechheit (siehe Kassenbon). Ich hab es bezahlt weil der Junge Mann der uns die Ware geliefert hat gar nicht wusste wovon ich rede. Er meinte nur ich sollte anrufen und mich beschweren. Dann geht die Diskussion von vorne los, nein danke😅. Ich hoffe nur das der junge Mann auch sein Trinkgeld bekommt was ich ihm gegeben habe, denn er kann ja gar nix dafür. Nie wieder sag ich nur , denn vera…….. kann ich mich selbst🤷‍♀️

Tische waren nicht sauber gemacht, es war noch Schmutz vom vorherigen Gast drauf. Freundlicher Angestellter, der allerdings sehr schlecht deutsch verstand und sprach. Etwas anstrengend, die Bestellung (Pizza Bombay und Jalapeno Happen) aufzugeben. Geschmacklich ok aber nicht der Burner.

DAS hätte ich gar nicht erwartet. 😃Ich habe mir eine Döner Pizza mit BBQ Sauce und Chicken Kicker bestellt. Wahnsinn! Absolut köstlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder 🙏

Freche Mitarbeiter, da ich das Geld nicht Bar hatte wurde ich direkt angemeckert. Das Essen wurde auf den Tisch geschmissen, als wäre es Hundefutter. Pizza war verbrannt und nicht geschnitten. Nie wieder!!!

Leider waren Röstisticks aus, weshalb uns rohe Kroketten aus dem Supermarkt geliefert wurden. Als wir unser Geld für die Röstisticks wieder haben wollten hat man uns angeschrien und wurde aggressiv. Das Produkt nicht von der Karte zu nehmen und dann Kunden anzumachen, denen es nicht gefällt… wirklich unmöglich.

Schlechtester und unfreundlichster laden. Bestellung für Folgetag konnte ich nicht abholen. War im "System" nicht vorhanden. Dominos nie wieder

Tolle Dominos Filiale und netter Chef, der immer wieder Aktionen anbietet und bei Kritik auch reagiert und was ändert. Lustigerweise wohnen meine Eltern und mein Bruder in Rodenkirchen um die Ecke der "Schwesterfiliale" - auch dort immer alles top! Lecker Essen, netter Service und Blitzlieferung!

Essen hat nach Menthol Zigarette geschmeckt und hatte Durchfall des Todes direkt nach dem Essen. Kam so raus wie es reingekommen ist.

Besser geht es nicht! Domion´s ist Domino´s! Man weiß was man bekommt und das nahezu weltweit. In dieser Filiale ist der Service aber herausragend. Die Mitarbeitenden vor Ort und die Lieferanten sind immer nett und freundliche. Leider ist das heute keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Egal ob an anruft, online oder per App bestellt, innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist das Essen geliefert. Vielen Dank! Bleibt wie ihr seid! :D

Sehr leckere Pizzen zu mega günstigen Preisen!! Einfach eine mega große Weiterempfehlung. Der Store ist sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, man kann in die Küche sehen und die Pizzen sind sehr schnell fertig. Was will man mehr?

Bestelle eine Cheeseburger Pizza bekomme eine Dänisch und beim Anruf in der Filiale heißt es nur : ich kann nix machen, es gibt keine Cheeseburger Pizza mehr. So einen Service wünscht man sich. Haben wir nicht, gut dann bekommt der Kunde etwas anderes und wenn es ihm nicht gefällt, einfach sagen man könnte es nicht ändern!

Nutzlose Filiale! Wenn man etwas über Dominos Aktionen wissen möchte lauten die Antworten der Mitarbeiter dort immer: weiß ich nicht, haben wir nicht, machen wir nicht, bestellen sie doch online. Und das wird einem in genau dem Ton gesagt wie es klingt. Leider kann ich nicht online bestellen, da zu meiner Adresse kein Dominos liefert. Neue Kunden gewinnt man so jedenfalls nicht. Bei den Preisen sollte man es sich vielleicht sowieso zweimal überlegen ob die Qualität stimmt und dann doch lieber in ein richtiges Restaurant gehen.

Das essen ist lecker. Fehlt nicht viel für die 5 sterne.

Pizzen sind oftmals leider nicht oder kaum geschnitten und dazu ist die Lieferung häufig verspätet. Der Kundenservice ist mangelhaft und die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich. Ich kann diese Filiale keinem empfehlen!

Die Pizza kam erst 1 Stunde später an (Die Pizza war auch noch schlecht geschnitten und verbrannt) und die als Entschädigung versprochene Pizza wird auf einmal nicht gegeben. Der Chef höchstpersönlich war unfreundlich, hat mich aus dem Laden geschmissen und mich nicht mal bestellen lassen. Keinem würde ich diesen Laden empfehlen

Die Pizza hat nicht geschmeckt kommt mit späten Lieferung,alle Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich zu Kunden,schlecht geschnittene Pizzen und die Pizzeria hat nichtmals einen Stern verdient,wirklich die schlechteste Pizzeria die ich jemals gesehen habe. Würde die Pizzeria niemanden weiter empfehlen.

Nach anfänglicher Skepsis bestellte ich für meine Familie und mich sowohl Pizzen als auch Nudeln hier. Ich hatte die Sorge, dass alle Wünsche/Anmerkungen nicht beachtet werden, jedoch lag ich da falsch. Man kann nur sagen, die Mitarbeiter/innen haben einen perfekten Job gemacht. Ich bestellte zur Lieferung 7 Pizzen und 3 Nudelgerichte. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war sehr zuvorkommend und kam mir sogar mit einem Gutscheincode entgegen, womit ich sparen konnte. Die Gerichte wurden trotz der langen Bestellung schnell und sehr heiß geliefert. Obendrein erhielten wir aufgrund der heißen Tage 2 Getränke und 1 Eis geschenkt.

Einfach nur ein Traum! Wenn man keine Lust auf 0815 Pizzen hat ist man hier genau richtig. Verschiedenste Auswahl und sehr Knusprig. Ob man nun telefonisch, via App oder vor Ort bestellt ist die Pizza immer frisch. Neben der Pizzaqualität sind die Mitarbeiter super nett und zuvorkommend.

Die Lieferung erfolgt in der vorgegebenen Zeit. Die Preise sind akzeptabel und die Qualität sowie der Geschmack ist hervorragend.

Abzocke mit irreführender Werbung, betrifft also nicht nur die Filiale. Keine klare Rechnung, voucher steht auf der Rechnung. Rabattlink führt nicht automatisch zum beworbenen Angebot, sondern zu den Standardeinstellungen für die die Angebote nicht gelten. Pizza ist Durchschnitt, dann unterstütze ich lieber die Kleinen. Die Pizza war leider total durchnässt will ich mal sagen. Hatte das Gefühl das der Mais mit Flüssigkeit auf die Pizza gegossen wurde. Von knusprig keine Spur ! Von dem Knoblauchrand habe ich auch nicht viel geschmeckt und die Pizza war leider auch schon fast kalt :/

Haben selbst abgeholt und waren sehr zufrieden. Günstige Preise. Teig genau nach unserem Geschmack. Dazu gibt es vielfältige Möglichkeiten die Pizza zusammenzustellen, z.B. mit Käserand oder extra Knoblauch. Gerne wieder.

Ich hatte soeben nach dem Angebot (3+1 Pizza Gratis) gefragt, womit aktuell auf der Dominos Internetseite geworben wird. Allerdings konnte der Mitarbeiter mir nicht helfen und bat mich das online zu machen..da ich bereits im Laden war und es mir beim letzten Step den Coupon einfach nicht akzeptieren wollte, versuchte ich meine Frau vergebens anzurufen um ihre Bestellung aufzunehmen und die Pizzen auch ohne Angebot zu kaufen. Während ich sie versuchte zu erreichen, hat der ältere Herr an der Kasse seinem Mitarbeiter erzählt, dass ich ja nur wegen 2€ seit 10 min da stehen würde, wodurch ein Gelächter seitens der Mitarbeiter kam. Ich glaube man sollte ohne zu wissen worum es geht keine voreiligen Schlüsse ziehen. Vor allem ist dieser Herr seit längerem in dem Laden und ist anscheinend immernoch nicht in der Lage, jemanden durch deren eigene Seite zu führen. Dann sollte man auch nicht mit Produkten werben, bei denen man nicht unterstützen kann! Auf gut Deutsch gesagt pfeife ich auf diesen Laden mit den Angeboten und habe mir direkt im Anschluss bei Pizzaboy für die Familie bestellt. Ich hoffe das wird seitens Dominos gelesen so dass die erkennen, dass ich gerne 40% mehr zahle und vernünftig bedient werde. Selbst dieser eine Stern ist schon zu viel für den Standort!

Wir haben heute Abend 2 Pizzen und zwei „Kleinigkeiten“ (Pizzabrötchen-/Brot) bestellt. Als der Fahrer ankam, erklärte er uns, dass er eine Pizza „vergessen“ habe und versicherte uns in ca. 15 min wieder da zu sein. Nach fast 40 min warten riefen wir dann mal an, um zu erfragen wo die zweite Pizza bleibt. Als Antwort konnten wir uns anhören, man hätte uns versucht anzurufen. Definitiv hat niemand angerufen, was wir auch so kundgetan haben! Der Mitarbeiter würgte uns äußerst unfreundlich ab, fragte nach der fehlenden Pizza und sagte dann die Pizza wird fertig gemacht. Einfach unfreundlich und definitiv nicht kinderfreundlich. Ist auch nicht das erste Mal, dass etwas fehlt…nutze die Wartezeit für die Rezension und bin gespannt, ob die Pizza wenigstens richtig und eventuell heute noch ankommt.

Am Sonntag bestellte ich telefonisch 2 Pizzen. Eine Fungi und eine mit Broccoli und Bacon. Eigentlich eine simple Bestellung, wo auch nicht viel schief gehen kann. Allerdings wurde eine komplett andere Pizza geliefert, die nicht nur den falschen Belag hatte sondern auch statt 7,49€ uns dann 11,50€ kostete. Wir beanstandeten die Lieferung mit der bitte, dass wir den Differenzbetrag zurückerhalten möchten. Der Lieferfahrer, der übrigens sehr höflich war, erklärte uns, dass der Chef den Differenzbetrag nicht zurückerstattet, mit der Begründung, dass die Pizza genauso teuer gewesen sei, als die gelieferte. Unabhängig davon muss man auch bemängeln, dass die Pizza geschmacklich einer Tiefkühlpizza ähnelte. Franchise kann gut sein, aber bei mangelnder Qualitätskontrolle geht es halt schief, wie bei dieser Filiale. Tut mir leid, aber mehr als 1 Stern hat der Laden nicht verdient

2 Sterne eig zu viel !! Bei JEDER meiner Bestellungen wird einfach def Dip vergessen - JEDES MAL ! und heute auch noch falsche Lieferung erhalten ! Bestellte Pizza Brötchen Käse plus Dip, Fahrer kam wieder ohne Dip and und ich habe Pizza Brötchen mit Thunfisch drin ?!!! Kann man nicht mal LESEN was in der Bestellung steht !!! RICHTIG SCHLIMM werde nicht wieder Bestellen sondern eher lieber bei der Konkurenz!

Nach der Arbeit mega Hunger gehabt und zeitlich kurz angebunden. Pizza auf dem Heimweg bestellt und der Fahrer war auch relativ zeitnah da. (Alle Fahrer sehr freundlich) Hatte aber nicht genug Wechselgeld. Den "Chef" angerufen und dieser bittet den Fahrer die Pizza wieder mitzunehmen, um mir später die Pizza mit Wechselgeld wieder mitzubringen. Warum wird mir die Pizza nicht dagelassen und mir eine Gutschrift gutgeschrieben? Oder der Fahrer bringt mir mein Wechselgeld später, meinetwegen am nächsten Tag.. aber die Pizza wieder mitzunehmen, finde ich echt nicht in Ordnung. Nicht falsch verstehen.. gebe dem Fahrer absolut keine Schuld daran. Suche ich mir halt was neues ✌

Wegen Corona mit den üblichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen bedient worden: Pizza ' smokey Chicken bekommen. Mann, die war lecker. Richtig gut!
