Die besten Restaurants in Essen

Decent basic Japanese restaurant in a small town of Essen. I was told the better ones are in Dusseldorf. Service was slow on a Sunday night. All food seems to be sweeter than normal.

The concept is not often found, the range (also in terms of price) is unusually wide, as if they wanted to reach everyone: from basics of the best quality to impeccable veggie dishes and impeccable meat dishes. In a positive way, the menu is not extensive but focuses on freshness and the seasons. For travelers and the curious, there are occasional themed evenings with wine and food from European regions. Decent wine list. The service is friendly and attentive and fulfills all small extra requests. Price level very reasonable. The location, hidden in the culinary diaspora of the north of Essen, enriches it (5* for that) but makes you shy away from the spontaneous journey from the southern districts.

Fresh and high-quality food is guaranteed here! It's always a pleasure to stop by, very good food and the price-performance ratio is right!

Der Burger wird Standard mäßig mit einem Patty serviert. Das Verhältnis zwischen Bun und Patty überwiegt leider zugunsten des Brotes. Preise sind für das was man bekommt viel zu hoch angesetzt. Würde empfehlen alle Burger mit 2 Patties zu servieren. Die Pommes sind knusprig, leider fehlt aber ein ordentliches Pommesgewürz, die Portionen scheinen auch etwas klein zu sein. Alles in allem, kein gutes Burger Erlebnis.

It was nice to spend the evening at this local restaurant. The vibes are calming and all the foods and drinks were outstanding! We had the mango rice and the bun sa ot! The dessert knduln were fantastic!

You can sit inside the restaurant and outside when the weather is nice. The staff is super friendly. There were two of us around dinner time and we weren't really hungry. We received excellent service, even though we only ate a little something. I know it quite differently from other restaurants. The food itself is very good.

We booked via the website, when we got to the place it was closed and 1 minute after the time we had booked we received an email saying that the booking was canceled. This is not acceptable

The food was very good and the treatment was very nice. Most important of all is that it opens at night and on holidays until 2:30 at night. We had no parking problems when we arrived and were able to park right in front of it. The inside is very welcoming and clean. There is seating outside. The raw meatballs were also very good, I recommend them to everyone. It's a nice family business and the atmosphere is very comfortable.
