1. No ventilation in the store. You immediately smell of deep-fryer oil! The smoke is all over the place. 2. We placed our order. Then the people who came after us received theirs. When I asked, the waiter forgot to leave our order in his pocket, so we couldn't eat for 40 minutes! 3. The burger bun is too big for the meat. The meat is a bit dry, and there's not enough sauce. 4. The chicken tenders are also too dry and not tasty. Goodness, maximum 3 stars.

The best burger for miles around. I regularly test food spots and have tried all the "good" burgers in North Rhine-Westphalia, and BurgerLoop is my number one. There's nothing to complain about: the patty is large and juicy, the meat is halal, the bread is good, the ingredients are amazing, the fries are amazing, and the sides and sauces are well-balanced. I come here often and can only recommend it.

Great burgers, friendly staff. Unfortunately, 2 stars due to cleanliness; they need to work on that. Leaving ready-made sauces in bowls on the counter in temperatures over 30 degrees is unacceptable; they definitely need to be refrigerated. Please change, then I'll give it 5 stars.

I ordered through UberEats. The food was delicious, especially the chicken popcorn and the Smash Burger! There was a slight misunderstanding due to UberEats, but it was resolved immediately without any problems – great service.

Disastrous service – never again! We arrived at the restaurant at 12:35 AM, even though the official closing time is 1:00 AM. The employee with long, curly hair was extremely rude, disrespectful, and refused to serve us simply because he wanted to "go home early." Instead, he literally told us to "eat at another restaurant." This behavior is an absolute disgrace, disrespectful to paying guests, and completely unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like this before—a disgrace for any restaurant!

Top burgers!!! Especially the taste! It's not really a restaurant, more of a fast-food joint, but that's not a bad thing; the cozy interior quickly takes away the feeling that you're in a snack bar. So if you want to eat a great burger quickly but still comfortably, I can definitely recommend this place.

We came on recommendation, and what can I say: The burgers were juicy and delicious, the selection was varied, and the portions were generous. Excellent value for money! The chili cheese fries were also highly recommended. Everything was freshly prepared. Definitely worth a visit.

There are much better burger joints where the meat doesn't just taste spicy due to too much pepper (in my opinion). It would also be more relaxed if the young man serving wasn't on the run and waited for your order.

The burgers were super fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I particularly enjoyed the chicken burger – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, just as it should be! The fries were also crispy and hot, and the homemade sauces gave the whole thing that extra something. You can tell that attention to detail is paid here. The staff was very friendly and gave us helpful advice. Ordering was quick, and everything was perfectly packaged. The shop itself is clean and modern – a pleasant atmosphere for a quick burger break. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair for the quality you get. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend Burger Loop!

Price-performance ratio is a disaster. Burgers are way too small for the price. You'll just be even hungrier afterward. I'd rather get a grilled plate next door for the same price.

I've eaten there a few times now, both in person and by ordering food for home delivery. The taste was always excellent. But the last order was a complete no-go. They forgot the fries. My order arrived an hour late... and the Coke was already warm at 30°C. No wonder, though, when the driver drove around for 35 minutes before getting to me...

The Super Smash Burger at Burger Loop was delicious, although the patty was smashed better and wider last time, so the meat was visible. Unfortunately, the entire experience was completely ruined by the abysmal service from the waitress. We sat down outside, and less than 10 seconds later, the waitress came over and asked us directly what we wanted to eat – without us even having a menu in our hands. When we asked for the menu, she asked if we wanted to sit inside. When we said we wanted to stay outside, she said, "Come with me." So I had to get the menu myself inside – that's cheeky enough. Barely 1-2 minutes later, she came back and asked if we already knew what we wanted to order. While my colleague was still thinking about it, she said, "If you want to order, come in and see me." So I was supposed to get up and walk back into the shop to order – what kind of service is that? When the food arrived, she placed it on the table and said, "If you want napkins or cutlery, you can take them from the tables inside." Unbelievable – you're supposed to get everything yourself, and that lackluster tone to go with it. The food itself was, as I said, excellent. But what the waitress served was an absolute disgrace.

The food was cold and delivery took a long time. The ingredients in the burger didn't look fresh, the bacon smelled unpleasant, and the lettuce was very wet and looked outdated. The fries were also cold and hardened. One of the burger patties also had a hair in it. 🤢 Very disappointed considering we paid around €45. Never again.

If there were zero stars, I would have chosen this instead. Aside from the fact that I had to wait an exorbitantly long time for my food to arrive cold, I seriously had a hair in my patty, which naturally raises questions about the hygiene standards of this place.

I chose the super Smash Burger menu. The Smash Burgers aren't extremely thin, so they're not your typical Smash, as the individual patties weigh 140 grams. They still taste delicious. The fries are okay, but I would skip the weird seasoning mix and just use salt, as it tastes too much like chicken seasoning. Overall, 4.5 stars from me.

The burgers look great, but unfortunately, that's about it. The waiter took detailed notes of everything we wanted, and yet two things were missing. When we pointed it out, he just said, "It wasn't noted," and "Do you want to order it again or not?" No apologies, nothing! The place has very poor ventilation, so you smell of oil afterward, and your eyes burn.
