Great find in the neighborhood! Burger Loop offers a solid burger experience with a quick and easy ordering process. The meat was juicy and flavorful, although I'd recommend asking for medium if that's your preference (mine came well-done). The choice of toppings was very good - the cheese was perfectly melted and the fresh vegetables added a pleasant bite. The fries were crispy and the dipping sauce was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. Good value for money in the €10-20 range. Overall, a satisfying meal and definitely worth another visit. Would recommend their classic burger with a portion of their specialty fries!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The driver had no change So we paid €30 for a burger and two drinks. The driver wanted to bring the money later, but nothing happened.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We ordered food that took an extremely long time to be delivered. Initially, no one responded to repeated calls - it was only after the tenth attempt that someone answered. The employee was extremely unfriendly and simply hung up after a short, curt answer (“The driver is already on the way”). When the food finally arrived it was cold and the fries were hard. It's a real shame, we were looking forward to good food, but unfortunately we were completely disappointed. So we definitely won't order again.

Outrageous. Ordered food, arrived after almost 80 minutes instead of the stated 30 minutes. The wrong food arrived and it was completely cold. I called and instead of correcting my order they just wanted to change the amount of money I paid online. I received food that I did NOT order. I offered that they should pick everything up simply because I didn't order what was delivered and therefore didn't want to eat it. I was laid on my face. - Extreme waiting time - Disrespect - Misdelivery - Cold food

As well as the sauces and dipping bowls were full to the brim. We tried the mayo, the samurei sauce and the Joppie sauce. All great. We also ordered chicken sticks. Very tasty, very fresh and important: juicy!!!! We are thrilled. Every cent is earned here. Great job by the workers!! Clean work. Great service. We didn't even wait 10 minutes for the food. We drove an hour after discovering the restaurant through TikTok, and the food did not disappoint. However, we felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome due to the behavior of a particular waiter who calls himself the "fittest burger master" on TikTok. Since we were among the last guests to arrive for Iftar, we only spent a few minutes at our table before our order was taken. When I was asked about the dip for my fries, I asked what the options were, and was told, "You've had enough time to look." Later, when I was ordering my drink, my friend recommended an alternative, which caused me to change my mind at the last minute. The waiter then commented, "Yes, you have to tell me, not her." We found this behavior rude and unprofessional, and it made us feel unwelcome at the restaurant. As a waitress myself, I know that guests change their minds or consult while ordering, and it would be unthinkable for me to respond to them in this way. Although we originally planned to order dessert, this experience led us to leave the restaurant and enjoy our dessert elsewhere. Despite the good quality of the food, we will not return. Instead, we prefer to continue on to a place where we feel welcome.

I ate a cheeseburger with extra jalapenos in the menu for about 14€, fries were delicious, burger very light 140 grams according to the cashier, unfortunately my first visit was disappointing for me. Ingredients were ok but just not a burger experience. You shouldn't expect much for the money, the cashier said, and he was absolutely right. I don't want to get into the math, but 30 grams more meat and it might be good. I hope I could help, a big thank you to everyone who served me. Insallah you will be even more successful but don't skimp on the amount of meat.

Hello, Unfortunately it wasn't a satisfactory experience. First to the positive things… the waiters and atmosphere were great. We felt comfortable, even though it was full and therefore loud, it was still possible to have a normal conversation. But the burgers? The burgers looked amazing. Fluffy and juicy... But when I bit into it (a burger with bacon, egg, onions etc) I had anything but taste.. it tasted like nothing. As if none of the components were seasoned. Every now and then I tasted a bit of mayonnaise. It was similar with the spiciest burger (hot chip). Unfortunately there was no taste at first, but the spiciness was great. It was pleasant to eat and definitely labeled correctly. Thanks for the lovely evening, but unfortunately the burgers were disappointing. greeting Nico

Delicious burgers, although I wasn't particularly impressed with the beef quality of the Smash Burger, but my husband's chicken burger was very tasty. The fries were very tasty and crispy, but the sauce was far too small for the size of the portion of fries. After half of it there is nothing left for dipping, but you can certainly work on it.
