Burger Loop offers a wide selection of burgers, sides, and sauces—including the Samurai sauce, which I first tried in Belgium. I ordered the Joppie Burger and chicken popcorn. The Joppie Burger impressed me with its fluffy bun, juicy Angus beef patty, and intense flavor. The chicken popcorn was also delicious—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. They also serve Elephant Bay iced tea here. In my opinion, it's the best iced tea ever. I'll definitely be back.

The food is delicious and the orders come quickly, but this time we had to go to the store and place the orders ourselves, so it happens sometimes, the location, layout and decoration of the shop are also very nice 👍

The service was simply terrible! You walk into the restaurant in a good mood and are greeted with a really bad mood, so you don't even want to eat there anymore. The way that guy with the long curls talks is just so unfriendly! Customer service is absolutely essential! The food itself was good, though.

We spontaneously decided to try it out today because I had a Groupon voucher. Normally, people give you strange looks when you do that, but that wasn't the case at all. We got a table, were served immediately, and didn't even wait 15 minutes (despite it being a busy day). The burgers were incredibly good (truffle burger with sweet potatoes and Joppy burger with fries). Cooked to perfection, the fries were super crispy and really delicious. We'll definitely be back, even at the regular price, because even that's unbeatable for a meal deal! Thank you so much for the great service and the delicious food.

After two and a half hours of waiting for our delivery and three phone calls with the store staff, during which they informed us that the driver was on the way, they told us in the last phone call that our order had apparently never been received correctly. They then asked us whether we wanted to order again or cancel the order. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional in my life!! I cannot recommend it at all. Good food is of no use to me if the food is so abysmally bad. It's a shame that the staff seem to be dragging the store down so much.

The burgers are great, and there's truly something for every taste. Everything was freshly prepared, and you got a drink of your choice, a basket of great fries, and a dip of your choice. The restaurant is owned by a Lebanese family, so Muslim visitors will also find their money's worth. However, the parking situation leaves a lot to be desired. And the area itself didn't bode well at first. But I was proven wrong, and I will definitely go back!

A solid meal. Typical burger joint; you smell of fried food after you leave. The prices are too high for the portions. Not enough seasoning in the food. The sauces are okay, not great. It's okay for a quick snack, but definitely lacks some features compared to your regular place.

1. No ventilation in the store. You immediately smell of deep-fryer oil! The smoke is all over the place. 2. We placed our order. Then the people who came after us received theirs. When I asked, the waiter forgot to leave our order in his pocket, so we couldn't eat for 40 minutes! 3. The burger bun is too big for the meat. The meat is a bit dry, and there's not enough sauce. 4. The chicken tenders are also too dry and not tasty. Goodness, maximum 3 stars.

The best burger for miles around. I regularly test food spots and have tried all the "good" burgers in North Rhine-Westphalia, and BurgerLoop is my number one. There's nothing to complain about: the patty is large and juicy, the meat is halal, the bread is good, the ingredients are amazing, the fries are amazing, and the sides and sauces are well-balanced. I come here often and can only recommend it.

Disastrous service – never again! We arrived at the restaurant at 12:35 AM, even though the official closing time is 1:00 AM. The employee with long, curly hair was extremely rude, disrespectful, and refused to serve us simply because he wanted to "go home early." Instead, he literally told us to "eat at another restaurant." This behavior is an absolute disgrace, disrespectful to paying guests, and completely unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like this before—a disgrace for any restaurant!

Top burgers!!! Especially the taste! It's not really a restaurant, more of a fast-food joint, but that's not a bad thing; the cozy interior quickly takes away the feeling that you're in a snack bar. So if you want to eat a great burger quickly but still comfortably, I can definitely recommend this place.
