Very, very tasty cigköfte, it's been a long time since they tasted this good. I'd gladly order again. The price is also quite good. I had menu item number 9.

Good cigköfte. The price is just about right. Side dishes (salad, etc.) could be 30-50% more, though. For example, some items are only enough for two wraps instead of four for the 500g meal. Cigköfte dürum could easily be better if the cigköfte were distributed more evenly. As it is, it doesn't taste as good because of the distribution.

We ordered cigköfte as a midnight snack for our wedding. It was simply outstanding. It was delivered on time, and the owners are incredibly sweet and kind people. We were served several platters of cigköfte, salad, lemons, parsley, mint, pomegranate syrup, and lava bread. It was incredibly delicious and more than enough to last us the next day. I'm absolutely thrilled with this place! The cigköfte are incredibly fresh and flavorful, just as they should be – perfectly seasoned and prepared with love. The lahmacun is crispy, well-topped, and has an authentic flavor you rarely find. And the falafel? Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside – simply heavenly! What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. An incredibly warm and friendly lady who takes her time with each guest, serves with a smile, and simply creates a wonderful atmosphere. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. Everything is just perfect here – taste, quality, price, and above all, the service. I'll definitely be back! 🧡

I can't recommend the mixed plate (consisting of 5 cigköfte, 5 hot falafel, 2 lemon slices, and 2 mini tubs of pomegranate syrup = €13.50!!!) at all: Cigköfte is traditionally eaten wrapped in a lettuce leaf, drizzled with lemon and sauce. There's nothing there, just the dry ingredients! I've never been served cigköfte without a lettuce leaf and parsley, etc. That's what makes the dish special! When I asked, I was told it was a "quick meal," but the main goal of a meal should be flavor, not to leave half out. In any case, I can only recommend not eating cigköfte or falafel dry on their own, but always with some fresh greens and, ideally, a piece of lavash/bread. Given the hefty price of €13.50 under the "Menu" heading, I assumed that at least the cigköfte would be served on 2-3 lettuce leaves.

I've never eaten such delicious cigköfte! The service and the waitresses were also excellent and very friendly. The atmosphere is fantastic; I'll definitely eat there more often 🤌🏻🤌🏻

The food in Cigköfte tastes really good and the staff is very friendly and generous♥️. I am deaf, but communication with the employees always works well. I've tried other places that aren't as tasty as (House of Çigköfte) so I always order them there. I go there almost always 1 to 3 times a week and order. greeting from the deaf🙌🏽

Unfortunately our visit was disappointing. The Cigköfte tasted ok (my girlfriend didn't like them), although WAY too little for the price of 6 euros, but the perceived false friendliness and the unpleasant discussion about the NeoTaste prices severely spoiled the experience. What was particularly unpleasant was that because of my hearing impairment, which I pointed out, I had the feeling of being considered ‘stupid’ (“can you hear me?”). An offer of tea at the end and exuberant farewells couldn't make up for it.

I rarely write reviews. But I have to give full stars here. Very nice staff and also the best Cigköfte I have ever eaten in Germany. We chose menu 5 and 10 and were completely satisfied. For the price you can't always talk about such good food these days. We'll definitely be back. 👍🏽

We were really pleasantly surprised that all the dishes were vegetarian/vegan, as you couldn't tell from the outside of the shop. We had incredibly delicious vegan lahmacun with cigköfte - even the non-vegetarians were thrilled. The family that runs the shop is really very welcoming and was very happy about our positive feedback on the food. We felt very comfortable and welcome! It is definitely a big recommendation, both for takeaway and for eating on site. We come back regularly!

I only have two reference points so far, as I rarely go to vegan places, but the quality of the ingredients stands out from the other Çığköfte places I know personally. Since I live next door, I've been here several times over the last 18 months; the ingredients are consistently fresh and high quality, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the family behind this business is friendly and charismatic - after relatively few visits you feel like a valued regular customer. I can only recommend everyone to give this welcoming family business a chance.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben schon öfter bestellt (Lieferung & Abholung) und sind sehr zufrieden. Es sind die besten Cigköfte, die wir bisher gegessen haben. Der beiliegende Salat ist auch immer sehr frisch und auch die Sushi Cigköfte sind ein Highlight. Die Besitzer des Ladens sind auch sehr nett. Besonders schön finde ich dass eigtl. immer eine kleine kreative Botschaft mit zur Bestellung gehört (von Guten Appetit, Halloweenbemalung, bis zu Weihnachtsgrüßen,...) Das kennt man sonst eigtl. nirgendwo. Danke! :)

Der Cigköfte Laden ist einfach großartig! Die Cigköfte hier schmecken fantastisch und sind immer frisch zubereitet. Die Besitzer sind stets freundlich und aufmerksam, was den Besuch zu einem rundum angenehmen Erlebnis macht. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher und kann diesen Laden nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

erster eindruck war beim betreten recht positiv.. relativ kleiner laden - alles gut sortiert und sauber.. bestellt habe ich mir einen double falafel wrap für 11.50 !! .. die taler werden in einer mini heissluft friteuse warm gemacht .. die hatte garantiert keinen gastro standard sondern eher teleshopping niveau.. der wrap war sehr übersichtlich . und die falafel kalt.. für diesen stolzen preis absolut nicht akzeptabel.. hätte es nicht geregnet wär ich direkt zurück gegangen.. - dann doch besser ein paar meter zum stern und dort essen ....

Es gab mehr als genug von allem und wir konnten jegliche Kombinationen ausprobieren. Zum Schluss gab es noch einen leckeren Tee und Baklava, welches der Beste war den wir bisher hatten. When we looked up this place we thought "these reviews has to be bots" since the rating was 4.9 with 106 reviews. Then we went to the place and it was awesome. Very good and fairly priced food. Delicious baklava with lots of nuts. I appreciate that there are good vegan options. Super nice lady working at the place. Friendly atmosphere! Would recommend, maybe the best place to eat in Essen.

Hatte dort sehr gute vegane Lahmacun, eine Änderung bei den Saucen wurde ohne Zusatzkosten problemlos umgesetzt. Die Leute dort sind ausgesprochen freundlich, die Location hell und äußerst sauber. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Malesef bugün (23.06.2023) aldığımız çiğ köftenin uzaktan yakından çiğ köfteyle alakası yoktu. Daha çok mercimek köftesi olmuş. Yiyemedik ve öylece kaldı. Verdiğimiz paraya yazık. Normalde çok sevdiğim bir mekan ve çiğ köfteyi başarılı buluyorum. Malesef böyle bişeyi çiğ köfte olarak satmamalısınız!
