The atmosphere was cool, and the heaters made it pleasant outside in milder temperatures. Cocktails very good, service good, food mediocre. Japanese shredded beef – I'll be honest, there was nothing right about this dish. The flavors were anything but Japanese. I was expecting typical salty-sweet à la gyudon and instead got German pieces of beef in sauce – also quite overcooked. The rice wasn't ideal either, rather dry than fragrant. The price was also rather mediocre for the amount of "shredded" meat. The kimchi was also rubbish – dressed with dressing instead of properly "made," i.e., fermented. If I can't or don't want to do that, I'll just buy it. The same goes for the mini spring rolls, which were obviously convenience foods. To round off the negative experience, these also had too little of the standard sweet chili sauce. I have no idea. I'll come back for the smashed burgers. There aren't many choices in Bielefeld, so we'll see.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful restaurant for breakfast and dinner, very good quality. Rooms are spacious and have good air conditioning.

I know every kebab from Germany & this one is the best! We've already become friends with them and I could eat here every day and sometimes I eat this kebab for days in a row. We always get something to drink and snack (Sigara Börek and fries) for free. Even at 10 p.m. everything is still super fresh, cheap, simply great. I just love it.

Very good quality and cheap. Unfortunately the waiting time for food is too long. Despite the reservation, we had to wait for a free table. I didn't like that at all.

The meat was already cold, and the bread was only heated for 5 seconds, so it was also cold and not even remotely crispy. Also, the kebab is smaller than at any other place in Bielefeld. There are plenty of alternatives nearby, so definitely don't go here.

We arrived a bit early and the staff was friendly. The room was big and clean, nice view. At the checkout we hade some difficult with our booking voucher. The staff that was checking us out was really impatient. Thought she would explode.

Very tasty, nice staff and the pizza is crispy thin with good toppings on it.

Unfortunately I don't understand the good reviews. We ordered a pizza. There was almost no cheese on it, the dough didn't taste good at all and you actually had something like bread with a topping. The pizza arrived cold and warming it up didn't change the taste.
