Due to the restaurant being fully booked, we had to wait longer for our food, as previously announced. The facilities are less modern (no key card, just a key to lock the room, manual faucets, carpeted floors, heating, and some wear and tear on the bed), but everything works perfectly and is very clean. When we arrived at the breakfast buffet just before 10:00 a.m., they waited a little longer instead of clearing the table immediately. Very good, friendly service. A foreign guest whose car was hit received all the assistance the staff could muster, including video footage from the parking lot, contacting the police, etc. (They really took their time.) All in all, unbeatable service—but for the price range, I would have expected more modern furnishings. The location in Bielefeld is also relatively unattractive - probably because it's not Munich - the hotel can't help that and it's a personal impression.

Easily accessible from the train station by public transport. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and good food. Unfortunately, the heating is centrally controlled, so I couldn't adjust it myself. There was a strange smell in the room. Otherwise, everything was clean and okay.

I had booked a single room and upon arrival, I was given a double room, which I really appreciated. Even my early arrival wasn't a problem; the staff were very friendly and even let me check in early. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was also very sufficient and nothing was missing; everything was there. I can highly recommend the hotel. Great, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and it's not far from the city center. I stayed at your hotel for 5 nights last week and the elevator was out of order for the first 2 days. The bed sheets and duvet covers were changed for 4 days upon my request, and unfortunately, the toilet cleanliness was very poor, the toilet was not clean!

This isn't a hotel you'd choose specifically for a vacation. However, if you're looking for accommodation in Bielefeld for a specific event (in this case, an event at the nearby cycling track), this hotel is a great place to stay with excellent value for money.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and the entire building are quite dated, which doesn't reflect the value for money. Unfortunately, the breakfast isn't suitable for vegans and vegetarians. There's still a lot of room for improvement here. The hotel's location unfortunately doesn't lend itself to strolling through the surrounding area. Overall, the stay was functional, but too expensive.

Nice hotel, the room was clean, as was the bathroom. The reception was super friendly. We booked breakfast, and the buffet was extensive. Everything was delicious. We'd be happy to stay again. The price/performance ratio was good. For a small surcharge, I had a room facing the inner courtyard, which was also very quiet.

We were once again very pleased with the food and the friendly and attentive staff today. Since we were only there to eat at the Brennbar, we can't rate the rooms. Special praise goes to the new chef. See you next time.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed and shower, very clean, delicious food! On the street side, you can hear the traffic (obviously). With the windows closed, it's quiet. There are also rooms on the parking lot side, with less of a view, but quieter.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was good. The rooms were good; we were given a comfort room with a coffee maker and air conditioning. We booked a three-day package. Because of this package, we couldn't choose from the dinner menu, but what we did get was very good: three courses. We could ask for it ourselves, please. The senior portions were fine, but too large. Friendly staff. Parking and electric charging were good. Close to Bielefeld, parking in the city is no problem; the parking garage costs were reasonable.

We stayed one night as a family in a four-bed room and were completely satisfied. The room was very spacious, modern, and clean – perfect for a family with children. We would especially like to emphasize the friendly and attentive staff, who made our stay very pleasant. We also highly recommend the hotel's restaurant: excellent quality, delicious dishes, and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant stay – we would love to come back!

I can't recommend the single room. The carpet desperately needs replacing. There are no towels in the room. The breakfast is okay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. However, the price-performance ratio isn't right. I don't know where the good reviews come from.

Nice Hotel and nice workers. Clean Rooms, free parking behind the hotel. Only downside is Wi-fi not working properly (or veeery slow) Little bit outside of city (yet you can find markets and so on around) You can walk to tram for 5-6 min. easy.

The Brenner Hotel is in excellent condition: the rooms are relatively large, well-furnished, everything is renovated, the mattress is excellent, the lighting is bright, the walk-in shower is excellent, and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The breakfast is good, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I felt comfortable and will return. The price is a bit high for a family-run hotel, in my opinion.

The location is quite dull, but the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Even after we overslept, those lovely ladies gave us a champagne breakfast, even though we'd booked a regular breakfast. Fantastic! The hotel room could use a bit of a makeover, but the shower was fantastic.

They called our room at 4:30 in the morning asking us to keep the noise down. We had been asleep since 11 p.m. and didn't hear any noise ourselves, so why they were randomly dialing rooms at 4:30 in the morning is an utter mystery to me but if you want a good night of rest, this is not the place to do it.

The location of the hotel is great and easily accessible. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is extensive and has a wide range of choices. The room we had is spacious, but needs improvement. The pillow was so flat that you could have done without it. There was no coffee maker, and the bathroom was not hygienically clean. The bathroom could also do with a renovation.

Hotel is located on a main road and far from the center

First, the positive: the staff isn't the problem; everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hence, four stars for the service. The problem: Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell of drains. It was also very warm, which suggests that the windows, etc., aren't very well insulated. Upon further inspection of the room, I noticed that it had probably only been superficially cleaned. There were cobwebs in the corners and a lot of dust under a side table. The curtains weren't in order, weren't hanging on all the hooks, and couldn't be closed completely because the rail was jammed. The toilet brush holder wasn't cleaned either, which might have been the cause of the smell. The mattress is generally very firm, which is fine for me, but there was already a significant dip in the middle. It was very noisy at night. While free earplugs were available at reception, it would have been nice if the hotel had invested in new windows and doors to minimize traffic and hallway noise. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system doesn't disguise the glaring deficiencies. Although it worked, it was noisy. I would have liked to use the provided tea set, but I didn't dare due to the state of cleanliness of the room. I was staying there for a training course and didn't pay for the room myself; otherwise, I would have left. I will also inform my employer about this. However, I won't consider this hotel for another trip. The hotel parking lot is large, but the parking spaces aren't clearly marked. The location is quite good, but not in the city center. At least there is a tram stop nearby. I can't comment on the hotel's restaurant.

I can only warmly recommend this hotel. The reception was extremely polite and a parking space was immediately reserved for my coach in the hotel parking lot. FLAWLESS!! I expected a room with a bed and got a suite, mega big. From the bathroom you can access the balcony. Everything is Pikobello clean, very well maintained.🥇 The staff is extremely attentive and remembers small details that make the stay extremely pleasant. I would almost say it feels like you come home and someone is waiting for you. Thank you for everything!!!

Good and affordable hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly. Pillows are soft. But you can ask for extra pillows. Air conditioning works well. Eating in the restaurant is definitely worth it. And the beer tasting is highly recommended. It is very nice that you can park for free. And you can reach the city in no time by public transport. You don't need the car anymore.

Simple hotel, but ideal for visiting Bielefeld. The tram into the city is a few minutes' walk away and then the tram takes you to the center in ten minutes. The staff is friendly, the hotel clean and tidy. The restaurant was tasty and the breakfast sufficient. Free parking in front of the door.

Location is oké just out of the city centre. Rooms are oké but no more then that. Breakfast is very simple but oké. Nice that you can have lunchbag instead of breakfast. Parking back of the hotel is free

We were rebooked into this hotel and we were very surprised. At first we were a bit surprised because the frames were missing a bit of paint, but the room was great Nice and big, clean and everything you needed. The staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions. It was a pleasant stay, would happily return.

A very service-oriented hotel. I had advised late check-in in advance, no problem. Use of the restaurant for a short time in the evening, no problem. Service staff at their best, very friendly and helpful. The consultation was very pleasant. The room is spacious and everything is there. There are sufficient parking spaces available. Despite two events in the back area, the kitchen was perfectly organized. No waiting times and the portions were very large. The breakfast buffet is also adapted to the Easter weekend. I felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this hotel.

It was my first time at the Brenner Hotel Bielefeld and I really enjoyed it there at a family celebration. There are good parking options at the hotel and the hall is beautifully and modernly furnished for small to medium-sized events. The in-house kitchen is excellent! The buffet was very tasty and the food (meat, fish and side dishes) was high quality and healthy. For dessert there was homemade ice cream, which was presented with sparklers to create a visual highlight for all guests. Top! I also liked the communication with the boss and the good interaction between the service team. It was a successful and beautiful celebration. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

Overall a good hotel. Friendly receptionist. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, free parking. Near Kaufland and 30 minutes to the center. on foot, 8 minutes by car. Always again!

Very nice, modern and clean rooms. The service was great and all the employees were very friendly. The food was also delicious. I am very satisfied and can absolutely recommend the hotel. The immediate surroundings aren't particularly nice, but you rarely stay in the immediate vicinity of a hotel.

Overall I was happy with my stay at this charming little hotel. There were initially difficulties checking in using the machine at the hotel entrance because my booking could not be found. However, thanks to the support via the emergency number, I was finally able to move into my room. The interior of the hotel gives the impression that it is aimed at tradesmen. However, the room itself was spacious and had all the amenities you would expect from a good hotel room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the hotel's own restaurant, which serves delicious dishes. I would even come back just for the food from the Ruhr area! A real insider tip and highly recommended, especially for dinner.

This was our fourth time in Bielefeld at the Brenner Hotel. Nice, courteous staff. We had a comfortable room that was large with a window facing the inner courtyard. Bathroom and room were clean. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. Particularly worth mentioning is the very friendly staff, whether at reception, housekeeping or in the breakfast room. Super parking lot. Very friendly staff. Nice room. Tram stop nearby so we quickly got to the center. Small minus: we found 2 used towels in our room and the room was not cleaned during our 2-day stay. The manager very graciously apologized and provided a bottle of wine in compensation. The hotel is conveniently located for reaching the city center or the Teutoburg Forest. It's easy to reach by car thanks to its location on the main road and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The staff, whether at breakfast, in the restaurant or at check-in, are always in a good mood and friendly. The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent and the price is not too expensive. Seasonal offerings such as kale can also be found on the menu. Small drawback, the rooms are a bit noisy and the music from the bowling alley penetrates into the room. Overall, highly recommended.
