Nice Hotel and nice workers. Clean Rooms, free parking behind the hotel. Only downside is Wi-fi not working properly (or veeery slow) Little bit outside of city (yet you can find markets and so on around) You can walk to tram for 5-6 min. easy.

The Brenner Hotel is in excellent condition: the rooms are relatively large, well-furnished, everything is renovated, the mattress is excellent, the lighting is bright, the walk-in shower is excellent, and the bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The breakfast is good, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I felt comfortable and will return. The price is a bit high for a family-run hotel, in my opinion.

The location is quite dull, but the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Even after we overslept, those lovely ladies gave us a champagne breakfast, even though we'd booked a regular breakfast. Fantastic! The hotel room could use a bit of a makeover, but the shower was fantastic.

They called our room at 4:30 in the morning asking us to keep the noise down. We had been asleep since 11 p.m. and didn't hear any noise ourselves, so why they were randomly dialing rooms at 4:30 in the morning is an utter mystery to me but if you want a good night of rest, this is not the place to do it.

Over night on our way back to Sweden after hike in Mosel valley, nice hotel w good restaurant, service was excellent, breakfast was good - slightly smaller than what we have been spoiled w in other hotels - missed some of the hot food like bacon/eggs/sausages.

The location of the hotel is great and easily accessible. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is extensive and has a wide range of choices. The room we had is spacious, but needs improvement. The pillow was so flat that you could have done without it. There was no coffee maker, and the bathroom was not hygienically clean. The bathroom could also do with a renovation.

Hotel is located on a main road and far from the center

First, the positive: the staff isn't the problem; everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hence, four stars for the service. The problem: Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant smell of drains. It was also very warm, which suggests that the windows, etc., aren't very well insulated. Upon further inspection of the room, I noticed that it had probably only been superficially cleaned. There were cobwebs in the corners and a lot of dust under a side table. The curtains weren't in order, weren't hanging on all the hooks, and couldn't be closed completely because the rail was jammed. The toilet brush holder wasn't cleaned either, which might have been the cause of the smell. The mattress is generally very firm, which is fine for me, but there was already a significant dip in the middle. It was very noisy at night. While free earplugs were available at reception, it would have been nice if the hotel had invested in new windows and doors to minimize traffic and hallway noise. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system doesn't disguise the glaring deficiencies. Although it worked, it was noisy. I would have liked to use the provided tea set, but I didn't dare due to the state of cleanliness of the room. I was staying there for a training course and didn't pay for the room myself; otherwise, I would have left. I will also inform my employer about this. However, I won't consider this hotel for another trip. The hotel parking lot is large, but the parking spaces aren't clearly marked. The location is quite good, but not in the city center. At least there is a tram stop nearby. I can't comment on the hotel's restaurant.

I can only warmly recommend this hotel. The reception was extremely polite and a parking space was immediately reserved for my coach in the hotel parking lot. FLAWLESS!! I expected a room with a bed and got a suite, mega big. From the bathroom you can access the balcony. Everything is Pikobello clean, very well maintained.🥇 The staff is extremely attentive and remembers small details that make the stay extremely pleasant. I would almost say it feels like you come home and someone is waiting for you. Thank you for everything!!!

Simple hotel, but ideal for visiting Bielefeld. The tram into the city is a few minutes' walk away and then the tram takes you to the center in ten minutes. The staff is friendly, the hotel clean and tidy. The restaurant was tasty and the breakfast sufficient. Free parking in front of the door.

Good and affordable hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly. Pillows are soft. But you can ask for extra pillows. Air conditioning works well. Eating in the restaurant is definitely worth it. And the beer tasting is highly recommended. It is very nice that you can park for free. And you can reach the city in no time by public transport. You don't need the car anymore.

Location is oké just out of the city centre. Rooms are oké but no more then that. Breakfast is very simple but oké. Nice that you can have lunchbag instead of breakfast. Parking back of the hotel is free

We were rebooked into this hotel and we were very surprised. At first we were a bit surprised because the frames were missing a bit of paint, but the room was great Nice and big, clean and everything you needed. The staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions. It was a pleasant stay, would happily return.

A very service-oriented hotel. I had advised late check-in in advance, no problem. Use of the restaurant for a short time in the evening, no problem. Service staff at their best, very friendly and helpful. The consultation was very pleasant. The room is spacious and everything is there. There are sufficient parking spaces available. Despite two events in the back area, the kitchen was perfectly organized. No waiting times and the portions were very large. The breakfast buffet is also adapted to the Easter weekend. I felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this hotel.

It was my first time at the Brenner Hotel Bielefeld and I really enjoyed it there at a family celebration. There are good parking options at the hotel and the hall is beautifully and modernly furnished for small to medium-sized events. The in-house kitchen is excellent! The buffet was very tasty and the food (meat, fish and side dishes) was high quality and healthy. For dessert there was homemade ice cream, which was presented with sparklers to create a visual highlight for all guests. Top! I also liked the communication with the boss and the good interaction between the service team. It was a successful and beautiful celebration. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

Overall a good hotel. Friendly receptionist. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, free parking. Near Kaufland and 30 minutes to the center. on foot, 8 minutes by car. Always again!

Rooms are fine and clean, breakfast is very good, food in the hotel restaurant is also very good. Staff very friendly. The location at the crossroads made the nights very restless, maybe ok for 1-2 days, but very tiring for 1 week.

Very nice, modern and clean rooms. The service was great and all the employees were very friendly. The food was also delicious. I am very satisfied and can absolutely recommend the hotel. The immediate surroundings aren't particularly nice, but you rarely stay in the immediate vicinity of a hotel.

Overall I was happy with my stay at this charming little hotel. There were initially difficulties checking in using the machine at the hotel entrance because my booking could not be found. However, thanks to the support via the emergency number, I was finally able to move into my room. The interior of the hotel gives the impression that it is aimed at tradesmen. However, the room itself was spacious and had all the amenities you would expect from a good hotel room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the hotel's own restaurant, which serves delicious dishes. I would even come back just for the food from the Ruhr area! A real insider tip and highly recommended, especially for dinner.

This was our fourth time in Bielefeld at the Brenner Hotel. Nice, courteous staff. We had a comfortable room that was large with a window facing the inner courtyard. Bathroom and room were clean. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. Particularly worth mentioning is the very friendly staff, whether at reception, housekeeping or in the breakfast room. Super parking lot. Very friendly staff. Nice room. Tram stop nearby so we quickly got to the center. Small minus: we found 2 used towels in our room and the room was not cleaned during our 2-day stay. The manager very graciously apologized and provided a bottle of wine in compensation. The hotel is conveniently located for reaching the city center or the Teutoburg Forest. It's easy to reach by car thanks to its location on the main road and there are plenty of parking spaces available. The staff, whether at breakfast, in the restaurant or at check-in, are always in a good mood and friendly. The quality of the food in the restaurant is excellent and the price is not too expensive. Seasonal offerings such as kale can also be found on the menu. Small drawback, the rooms are a bit noisy and the music from the bowling alley penetrates into the room. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel offers comfort and service that you don't notice from the outside. Simple and clean rooms. Restaurant Brennbar and cellar bar with bowling alley and conference rooms. Food great and service excellent. It couldn't be better for a simple hotel!!!!!

Great hotel for an overnight stay. Luckily I had to get up on time because at 830 am the cleaning lady was already banging on the door and then chatting with her colleagues in the hallway.

Easily accessible and friendly staff

The staff are polite and courteous, the hotel has enough parking space and the rooms are absolutely satisfactory. It's actually pretty good to sleep in the beds. The shower and exit function perfectly and cleanliness is ensured. The Wi-Fi reception is good, and in principle this is an absolutely suitable hotel for the run-of-the-mill business traveler. The only negative points that stand out are the old-fashioned 1990s interior design and the presence of thick, heavy keys as an opening mechanism for the doors. A shockingly large proportion of our fellow human beings don't seem to have the idea to open and close the doors quietly out of consideration for other guests, even at 11:30 p.m. Other hotels have switched to cards and that would also make sense here given the noisy room doors. Otherwise, I think the solution with the intermediate doors in the hallways, which close very slowly and quietly, is very successful. I don't find the restaurant in the hotel convincing in terms of price/performance, but at least it's nice that there is the option to eat something on site. Otherwise there are some good restaurants in the area. In summary, I would come again, but I would hope that I have normal people as my roommates and not some Neanderthals who have to slam the doors in the middle of the night.

A small but very lovingly run hotel, suitable for groups. Restaurant and breakfast very good.

There are great shopping opportunities in the center, where you can also visit very beautiful buildings and museums. The Botanical garden is highly recommended, but you need to have good legs because the garden is laid out on a slope with steep paths and many stairs.

Neat hotel, good rooms, sufficient breakfast, friendly service. Good public connection to the city. In short, nothing to complain about and highly recommended for a visit to Bielefeld.

Decent hotel room clean staff very friendly

You shouldn't be guided by the first impression when you see the hotel from the outside. It's getting a little old. But when you come in, this thought quickly disappears. The furnishings are very tasteful and modern. Apart from the hallway, there is air conditioning everywhere, including in the rooms, which was very beneficial given the temperatures. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very rich and was filled up. In the evening we ate in the restaurant and the food was also very good. The hotel is located at an intersection and there is normal street noise. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Perfect hotel at a reasonable price. We have nothing to delay. Air conditioning, both stationary and mobile. TV with all the channels you could want. Free parking. Nice bathroom and fridge. Straßenbahn close by. We did not try the restaurant, so we cannot comment on it.

Sometimes the service is so great, that all other things don’t matter. I don’t think the rooms are the best (they are fine) or the locations is fantastic (it was on our route) but i would chose it again, just because of the great service we got. A note. There is only 1 ev charger.

This hotel is good for a basic overnight stay on the way south. Restaurant and breakfast are quite ok. Super value for money, so therefore good recommendation - I would like to come again 👍

First I was supposed to go into a room where there was only a small corner table, no room for a laptop, with a mouse it would fall down the side. With luck, I got a different room with a table. (great service). But then the internet kept crashing. I went towards the hallway with the laptop. It got better there and at least stayed there, but after a while it tore down again. I rearranged the furniture and got through the week with Netflix in the evenings. The room: has a lot to offer: refrigerator, dessert, an air conditioning unit (really great thing), bedside table, a cupboard, an armchair and a chair but the room is simply too small for this amount of furniture + bed. Especially if you are forced to move the furniture because of the internet. The bathroom is modern, clean but narrow. Chubby people could have problems between the sink and the wall. In the shower there is no plate on the wall where you can put shower gels. The breakfast in the hotel costs €13 but also has something to offer: delicious.

The room was ok, but I've stayed in many better hotels. Cleanliness was also relatively ok. Unfortunately there was no warm water coming out of the shower. Judging by the conversations at the neighboring tables, I wasn't alone with the problem. The breakfast was also OK. The staff was friendly. The parking spaces are not that good. And the location is Bielefeld.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms with everything you need. Good and plentiful breakfast buffet. The charging station for electric cars was a real plus. Since the reception is usually no longer staffed on Sunday afternoons, the charging card was left in the room. Everything worked perfectly.
