Found it by chance, very tasty food and very friendly service.

Doner kebab plate (veal) with salad and rice. The sauces served with salad and kebab are not very tasty ready-made sauces. The salad was completely covered in it. Unfortunately the meat was a bit gristly. The rice was ok. I found the atmosphere rather uncomfortable: snack bar atmosphere, walk-in customers coming in and out. The service made an unkempt and unmotivated impression, and even the worn white “Wiwa” T-shirts were of no use.

I have to say, in the beginning they were much better in terms of service and cleanliness. We were there today and the employees constantly touched the food with their bare hands without gloves and then cleaned their hands on their aprons. We had to place our order 3 times at the checkout then again during preparation and still something was forgotten. The problem is that they speak to each other in a different language and try to take the order at the same time. I didn't finish all of my food and wanted to take it with me, but now I see that they simply didn't include my salad. It comes in a burger box. It's a real shame that people become careless over time.

I was a regular guest at your restaurant for years and have always been happy to recommend it to others as I have always been completely satisfied. But my last visit was a complete disappointment. The employee who served us was not only extremely rude but also disrespectful. I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant. What was particularly annoying was that he also made fun of something my wife said. Such insolence is unacceptable and ruined our entire evening. To make matters worse, the food was unfortunately not good this time either. The food was bland and carelessly prepared, far from the quality I am used to in your restaurant. I'm sorry to say, but after this experience I will not visit your restaurant again nor will I recommend it to others.

We were here with the kids for the first time. Koko Kebab came highly recommended to us. The street life atmosphere is great. Ordered food and went to the table football first. We received a generous kebab plate with excellent veal, a rich salad and 2 children's plates. Everything is tasty! We would be very happy about another store in the center of Bielefeld. P.s. We got food there for the first time today. Our order was easy. No extra requests. Still wrong (instead of rice there were fries - the staff asked several times for rice or fries, but still wrong!). Just yesterday ordered a kebab plate with veal and got one with chicken - it was corrected afterwards, but still annoying. Ordered Tavuk Sis with rice to take away and got Tavuk Sis with fries… If the food wasn't so good I wouldn't go there anymore - if the service wasn't so chaotic I would go there much more often.

Ordered kebab bag with veal. The meat was still raw, the bread from the kebab bag was splitting open on all sides, which I was soaked in after eating. All the toppings went down into the bag. There was hardly any sign of the tzatziki sauce despite the 50 cent surcharge.

Arrived at 9:30 p.m. The store wasn't full and I had to wait 15 minutes to place an order. Toilet had no soap and chicken meat was already gone. Veal doner was small for 7 euros and nothing special.

The staff wasn't particularly nice either, they were totally overwhelmed. The food was ok, but nothing special considering you have to drive over 25 kilometers like we did. I arrived and had to wait forever. I was then served rudely without greeting or eye contact, my order was only taken with a mumble. I ordered a kebab with cocktail sauce. Conclusion: Meat was dry, didn't taste like anything and wasn't particularly warm (it had probably been lying around for a long time). What's more, the guy, seriously and not metaphorically, put maybe a teaspoon of sauce on the kebab. The thing was so dry that it hurt to swallow and I had such severe stomach pain afterwards that I drove home straight away. The kebab cost €6.90, which is an absolute disgrace for its small size. I wouldn't go there again for any money in the world. If you need a sick note from the doctor, you should go there because you'll definitely get a week off for the stomach pain you have afterwards.

Homemade Ayran. And there is avocado sauce. I haven't tried that. But I actually think it's a cool thing. So actually something with potential. Quality is getting worse and worse. At the beginning of the reopening it was tasty, but now I can't get what I ordered plus raw meat and burnt veal in my kebab box. It's happened too often now that I've ended up here.

The ambience and selection of food looked very good at first glance. I was excited to have found a very good kebab restaurant. Unfortunately that was over after I ate the kebab. The meat was limp and gnarly.

I was there today and would never go there again. First you were ignored for 5 minutes until you were allowed to order. After 20 minutes we only realized when we asked that we were waiting for our food. The order was simply forgotten (even though there was hardly anything going on, few guests). Then it took another 10 minutes until you got a simple doner dürum. The bread from the Döner Dürüm was completely cold and the food overall didn't taste good. Very bad service. Eternal waiting. Not recommendable. When the dissatisfaction was addressed, there was a “Sorry, colleague forgot.”

Als wir reinkamen, war es schon sehr voll und relativ eng, aber das war nicht schlimm. Auf dem ersten Blick bietet, der Laden eine breite Auswahl an Gerichten an. An der Kasse bediente uns ein sehr freundlicher junger Mann, der ständig von einem glatzköpfigen Mann angemacht wurde, angeblich bräuchte er nicht ausführlich unsere Bestellung aufnehmen. Dabei hatten wir ganz normal, wie in jedem Dönerladen bestellt. Da wurden wir bereits stutzig. Natürlich hat er auf Türkisch gesprochen, weil er dachte wir verstehen es nicht. Aber falls du das liest, wir haben jedes einzelne Wort verstanden:) Bestellt hatten wir zwei Dürüm Versionen, und einen Döner. Die Bestellung wurde komplett falsch herausgegeben. Es wurden Soßen drauf gemacht, die wir nicht haben wollten. Aller drei Gerichte waren kalt und ungenießbar. Wir hatten danach starke Bauchschmerzen. Wir vermuten, dass man die Reste aus der Ablage genommen hat und das Fleisch nicht frisch geschnitten hat. Also wer gerne eine unfreundliche Bedienung, falsche Bestellung, und enge Sitze genießen möchte, kann das gerne machen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen vorallem nicht für diesen Preis! Einmal Koko Kebab, nie mehr Koko Kebab! Die positive Bewertung der anderen, kann ich hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen

Hab essen zum mitnehmen genommen. Döner war eher eine Salattasche. Der Mitarbeiter hatte null Bock mir zuzuhören und hätte wenn ich nicht aufgepasst hätte die komplette Bestellung falsch gemacht. Zuhause angekommen, stelle ich fest, dass er vergessen hat mir meine Pommes einzupacken… fast 22€ für zwei Döner (eher Salattaschen) und eine Dönerbox. Niewieder !!!?

Es ist okay. Die Portionen sind sehr mager gewählt trotz bei nicht zu niedrigen Preisen. Habe es schon sehr oft genug ausprobiert z.b die normale Dönertasche plus der Dönerteller ist einfach zu wenig döner Fleisch enthalten dazu kommt noch das wenn man zum falschen Zeitpunkt kommt, bekommt man sehr trockenes Dönerfleisch da es schon zu lange in der Döner Maschine bei hoher Hitze gedreht hat, und das sieht man deutlich. Teilweise sogar schon schwarz. Wenn diese zwei Sachen sich bessern würden, wäre ich bereit öfters Bei Koko Kebab zu Speisen..

Koko Kebab hat mich positiv überrascht. Das Ladendesign war ansprechend, obwohl es sich um einen Imbiss handelt. Geschmacklich war das Essen hervorragend – überdurchschnittlich lecker. Ein großartiger Ort, um einen schnellen Kebab zu genießen
