Wir waren bei Koko Kebab und wurden positiv überrascht. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert und auf alle Sonderwünsche wurde problemlos eingegangen. Genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Ich hatte einen klassischen Dönerteller mit Hähnchenfleisch, Reis und Cocktailsoße, ganz ohne viel Schnickschnack. Und genau das habe ich auch bekommen – ehrlich, simpel und richtig gut umgesetzt. Das Fleisch war sehr lecker: saftig, nicht zu trocken und nicht zu weich, mit stellenweise schön knusprigen Stellen. Der Reis war ebenfalls top – perfekte Konsistenz und geschmacklich genau auf den Punkt. Alles in allem ein wirklich guter Laden – ideal für zwischendurch, aber auch, wenn der Hunger mal größer ist. Klare Empfehlung!

Leider war mein Besuch sehr enttäuschend. Die Qualität der Speisen entsprach in keiner Weise dem Standard, den man hier erwarten würde: Speisenqualität: Beim Steak-Döner schien das Fleisch bereits erschöpft zu sein; wir erhielten lediglich trockene, extrem zähe Reste. Das als Ersatz gereichte Hähnchenfleisch war teilweise noch roh und wies zudem einen sehr unangenehmen Eigengeruch auf, was auf mangelnde Frische hindeutet. Service & Kulanz: Uns wurde ein Gratis-Nachtisch angeboten mit der expliziten Bitte, eine Rezension zu verfassen. Leider war dieser jedoch verbrannt. Auf unseren Hinweis hin folgte zwar eine mündliche Entschuldigung, jedoch wurde keinerlei angemessene Lösung angeboten (wie z. B. ein Preisnachlass oder ein ordentlicher Ersatz für das ungenießbare Hauptgericht). Fazit: Angesichts der vielen positiven Bewertungen hatte ich eine deutlich bessere Erfahrung erwartet. Aufgrund der hygienischen Bedenken beim Fleisch und dem wenig kundenorientierten Umgang mit berechtigter Kritik kann ich diesen Laden aktuell leider nicht empfehlen.

Bin das erste Mal in dem Laden essen gewesen,erster Eindruck sehr freundliches Personal und Hygienisch auch gut.Der Dönerspieß ist auch ganz frisch gewesen. War sehr erstaunt was für eine gute Atmosphäre der Laden hatte. Besonders nach dem Essen die Toilette wie im 5sterne Hotel . Von mir bekommt der Laden einen TOP + Und Ich werde jedesmal wenn ich in Bielefeld bin dort Essen gehen

Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen, aber ich möchte gerne die Gerichte (die wir hatten ) loben. Durch Zufall heute das erste mal dort gewesen. Der Auflauf mit Hänchenfleisch hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt ! Ich hatte das Gericht mit der Knoblauchwurst und Käse und bin voll zufrieden. Lange nicht so lecker gegessen. Wir haben beschlossen, wenn wir erneut in Bielefeld sind, lohnt sich der Weg und wir kommen wieder.

Musste mehrmals drauf hinweisen dass das Fleisch bitte nicht roh abgeschnitten wird. Er wollte tatsächlich das Fleisch abschneiden als es roh war und kalt. Danach schien der schlecht gelaunt. Mein Döner bestand dann anschließend aus 70% salat und 30% Fleisch. Dönerbrot ist dann auch noch kaputt gegangen. War insgesamt drei mal bei euch, erste Mal war vor 3-4 Jahren, war ok. Aber letztes Jahr und dieses Jahr war absolut katastrophal.

Ich bin hier sonst eigentlich immer gerne hingekommen und war meistens zufrieden. Beim letzten Besuch war es allerdings schon nicht so gut. Heute habe ich dem Laden noch eine zweite Chance gegeben, leider ohne Erfolg. Das Fleisch war teilweise roh und sehr dick geschnitten, sodass es kaum genießbar war. Besonders enttäuschend fand ich, dass es weder eine Entschuldigung noch irgendein Entgegenkommen gab. So ein Umgang mit Gästen ist wirklich schade. Hoffentlich wird in Zukunft mehr auf Qualität und den Service geachtet.

The best doner kebab around. We regularly come all the way from Herford. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent value for money, impeccable quality. The only problem is that while the doner is always generously filled, a decent portion, occasionally there's less in it. The staff should definitely discuss this and ensure that the doner always contains the same amount of food, as customers expect the portion they're used to and are naturally disappointed when there's suddenly a significant reduction.

This was my first time here, and the service was terrible. They didn't even say "Enjoy your meal," and they didn't even bother to look at us while we were ordering. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I ordered kokoreç (lamb intestines), and it even had chicken in it! This is an absolute disgrace...

I went to eat kokorec today, and while we were ordering, the waiter asked me about our order without even looking at me. We ordered two kokorec, and he turned his back on me and repeated, "Two kokorec." I didn't realize he was talking to me since we had already ordered. Apparently, he kept asking. Even though I told him several times, he didn't listen and kept asking. I had promised my girlfriend months ago that we would come here to eat kokorec, and when we arrived, it was an absolute disaster. I traveled all the way from Detmol to eat kokorec, and what they gave me was chicken; it had absolutely nothing to do with kokorec. I'm sorry I had to have this negative experience with my girlfriend.

I've lived nearby for a few years and have been here quite often. The place is usually packed – they're definitely good at advertising. But the quality varies wildly: sometimes everything's fine, the food arrives quickly, and the guys are in a good mood. Other times it takes forever, the bread is dry, or the meat isn't cooked properly. And the staff makes it clear they're not interested. The selection is decent, especially the köfte, which are almost always good. Overall, it's so-so – sometimes good, sometimes not so much.

I always enjoy driving there from Minden for the kokoreç. It always brings back a little feeling of home. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean. The prices are reasonable. Definitely worth a visit and highly recommended.

When you come to Bielfeld, you should definitely visit Koko Kebap 😊 It adds color to your day with its friendly service and variety of flavors.

I had the yaprak döner. It's edible, but for 8 euros I can get much better.

You have to leave a review to supposedly receive free food. When you scan the code, three dishes are pictured: a doner kebab, kokoreç, or a bratwurst, which you were supposed to receive as a gift. Instead, you get a small rice pudding. Ridiculous. Not even worth the time. You have to show the owner the stars first. You have to pick up the food yourself. The restaurant itself is nice and recommendable. The food is also tasty. Two points/stars, just because you have to leave a review first, and you get something different than promised/pictured, and you only get a small rice pudding.

The Falafel Dürüm for €7.50 was delicious. The bread was good, moist, and not dry. The wait was short. The service was friendly and topped the Dürüm with whatever you wanted. There's a wide selection of sauces, which is a plus.

Finally, a kebab shop that's anything but run-of-the-mill! At Koko Kebab, they serve really good meat, fresh ingredients, and you can tell the love and effort goes into making it. The food tastes great and stands out from the standard fast food joints – a definite recommendation!

Disastrous service! I ordered a chicken doner kebab with vegetables, but they didn't ask for any sauce or salad. Instead, they smeared cocktail sauce on it, forgot the vegetables, and just crammed everything in with the salad – even though I didn't want any. When I complained, there was no apology or fresh doner kebab. Instead, the wrapped doner kebab was ripped open, hastily replaced, and returned with the sentence, "Cocktail sauce is the same as coconut sauce." That's no way to treat guests – definitely the last time for me!
