Very tasty food and a really great atmosphere thanks to the location on the lake. While you can eat really well there, it is also possible to just get a coffee to go (or other drinks), which can be ordered and paid for in advance using a QR code. This means you can easily combine a visit there with a walk. The parking lot is free for customers.

Card payment didn't work at the ordering terminal. I then tried to pay normally at the cash register, but the employee told me that cash payment wasn't possible, even though it was available as an option at the ordering terminal.

Very tasty kebab. Low waiting times. Highly recommended kebab plate in the restaurant with fries. The absolute highlight is the grill plate! Sure, the meat is cooked through, but it's seasoned so deliciously! It's best to order the hot sauce with it. Extremely delicious!

Were in Osnabrück today and had reserved for today, July 14th, 2024 I have a voucher and even made a booking request yesterday. Today we arrive here and Closed, I'm pissed. An absolute disgrace. I would like to have my voucher replaced because the nearest store is much too far in Cologne or Hamburg. I come from Salzbergen and am severely disabled And can't drive that far anymore. Osnabrück is the limit of what is bearable for driving. Sorry but henssler never again

I don't really like giving bad reviews, but it has to be done here: maybe it's personal bad luck, but in my last 4 visits the currently advertised promotional product was “sold out” 3 times. It's stupid if you go there specifically for that. The on-site employees tend to appear absent-minded. Service is hardly available at Burger King anyway, but the app and the self-service terminals are far too complicated for so few products. And the prices are sometimes outrageous (70 or 75 cents for a mini dip? €5.20 for a milkshake?). During my last visit the floor was sticky, something was constantly beeping somewhere in the kitchen and I'm actually always happy when I'm out of there. Why am I actually going there?

The food was disgusting; I threw up several times during the night afterward. It was by far the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! You can't eat that crap.

We sat outside on the terrace, ate pizza and had a few beers. Perfect location in the Altstadt. Cozy and friendly service. The pizzas tasted delicious.

On site you are forced to order 0.33l cans for €2.50; for delivery and take-away you can take a 1.25l for €3.90. I think it's kind of cheeky that you have to pay twice as much for drinks if you eat there. The food itself is absolutely average and nothing special. I won't eat here again.
