Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren in dieses Restaurant, und seit den letzten zwei Jahren hat sich der Service, das Essen, die Atmosphäre ins Negative definitiv verändert. Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Das Fleisch, was wir dieses Mal auf unserem Teller hatten war extrem trocken. Bei unserer Frühlingsrolle hatten wir nicht mal eine Sauce. Wenn ich die Teller bewerten soll, kann ich nur sagen die Hälfte war Deko Gemüse. Wir waren fünf Personen. Zwei Personen hatten ihr essen dann mussten wir 5 Minuten warten. Dann bekamen die nächsten zwei Personen ihr Essen und dann erst der Reis. Sehr schlechter Service. Von der Sauberkeit im Restaurant nicht zu sprechen. Spinnengewebe in den Ecken und dreckige Fenster innen und außen. Bei unserem letzten Besuch war es schon schlecht, aber diesmal war’s unterirdisch. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

We had our 40th graduation meeting at LOTTA and everything was perfect: the organization ran smoothly over the phone and email, the evening itself was great with delicious food and, above all, extremely attentive service that you rarely experience today. Clear recommendation for a nice meal for two or for a celebration and the like! The location is also perfect, just a few steps from the old town.

Staff disgustingly unfriendly, you think they all don't want their job. You are ignored for 10 minutes while you just wait for your food, which is already packaged and starting to get cold. The salad is bomb and the noodles and the chicken itself wouldn't be so dry. To top it all off, after this unfriendly treatment, I found a thin red hair that belonged perfectly to the super cheerful lady who served me at the checkout. From now on this wok will be avoided because there were enough chances that it no longer has anything to do with a “bad day” for me. Also, if I expressly say 3 times that I ONLY want pasta and chicken, I would like this to be implemented, but it didn't quite work out. The 2 stars are for the fresh salad and the delicious spring rolls but otherwise only 1 star for the unfriendliness and the hair in my food.

Super tasty. I ordered the chicken sushi bowl with peanut sauce and lychee via Lieferando. Food was there within the promised 60 minutes (which is very short for a Saturday evening). The bowl was perfectly warm and incredibly tasty. Definitely ordering again. Great value for money👍🏼

Sobering experience with a lot of room for improvement We were guests recently and were hoping for a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, the visit started disappointingly as the restaurant only opened its doors at 5:30 p.m. despite the official opening time (5 p.m. according to Google). We were finally granted entry with little enthusiasm. Overall, the service seemed uncoordinated and not very attentive. After a wait of over an hour, the food was finally served. Unfortunately, the tomato salad we ordered was disappointing: a single beefsteak tomato, just sliced and served with a few onions, lacked a lot of creativity and generosity for the price of 7.50 euros. The drinks prices also seemed disproportionate: we were charged 9.50 euros for a bottle of water that was obviously tap water, which the waitress also served to us. The main course itself had good beginnings, as the noodles with mushrooms had a solid taste, but the tofu ordered as a topping was hardly tasteable and was charged separately for 4 euros, an additional expense that did not seem justified for the result offered. Finally, we tried the mousse au chocolat, which tasted appealing. Unfortunately, the portion was extremely small and was more reminiscent of molecular cuisine. The atmosphere also seemed a bit loveless and uncomfortable, a wobbling table where we had to remove the beer mats ourselves and extremely hard chairs made sitting a challenge. The relaxed atmosphere could be inviting if you just want to stop by for a quick glass of wine. However, a longer visit to a restaurant for a hearty dinner seems less recommended here. For the total amount of 55 euros per person, we would have expected a significantly higher quality and a better price-performance ratio.

We had something delivered. Unfortunately, I discovered that the amount of meat specified was significantly lower. I pointed this out over the phone, was pushed away, they simply hung up on me and I was given stroppy and customer-unfriendly answers. I'll probably wait forever for a promised voucher that was supposed to be sent to me by email at the end.

I ordered online, food arrived quickly and it was delicious! For a burger, fries and a drink, including the delivery fee of €3, that's over €20 but a bit much. But now it's so expensive almost everywhere.

The burgers were okay, bacon wasn't tasty, tasted slightly fishy. The fries were very tasty.
