Pleasant atmosphere. The server was very friendly and attentive. However, it's baffling why, on a Saturday evening with a full restaurant, there was only one person handling everything (taking orders, serving, and drinks/the bar). It's astonishing how calm he remained. It wasn't until much later that someone from the kitchen seemed to help with serving. The beef fillet and pasta were delicious. The pizza had tasty toppings, but the crust was so hard it couldn't be cut with a knife. Bruschetta is not recommended: cold, hard pizza bread in pieces, not very flavorful, and sparsely topped. The strawberry tiramisu was delicious.

We spent New Year's Eve here with friends. The buffet was fantastic, especially the shrimp and the beef in red wine sauce. The service was excellent, always there when we needed anything. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet atmosphere, this is the place for you. ✅

We had a truly wonderful time at Lotta's. The ambiance is both modern and cozy; you immediately feel at ease. The service was very friendly, attentive, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. The food was outstanding: freshly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the excellent selection on the menu. The wait was also short. Overall, a fantastic restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere that we would definitely recommend and would gladly visit again.

Unfortunately the 'City for Two' voucher was not accepted. The voucher states that it is valid on any day of the week. However, we were told in the restaurant that this information was incorrect and that the voucher could only be redeemed on three days a week. Unfortunately our visit fell on a Friday when the voucher was not valid.

We were there for a Christmas party! Service: AMAZING! No one went thirsty. Very friendly and fast! Food: There was a buffet. Delicious! Tender beef fillet, tortellini, spaghetti, appetizer platters. Amazing tiramisu! Atmosphere: A small, charming place! Beautifully decorated. I'd love to come back again sometime!

The three of us reserved a table and ordered three pizzas. The pizzas were very carelessly topped. My tuna pizza had very little tuna, four thin onion rings, and three thin slices of tomato. Completely overpriced. Unfortunately, it didn't taste good either. The service is poor on weekends; we wanted to order more drinks, but no one came. When we asked to finally pay, as the LED cube system wasn't working, we had to wait over an hour before someone finally came. We had heard only good things about it and were unfortunately disappointed. We won't be coming back.

I have to say, we were really disappointed with the food. The quality is nowhere near that of a real Italian restaurant. Overall, the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right. However, the service definitely saved the evening. A cheerful waiter was always open for a chat and a joke. He also worked really quickly and reliably.

I also like that the menu isn't so full, yet there's a good selection. The only thing I didn't like is that the tables are very close together, so everyone can hear everything. If it's right, then it's here. The food isn't exceptional, but it's decent. The ambiance is urban, casual, and cozy. The service is charming and smart. Thanks to Timo, an average evening can be transformed into a little feel-good experience. Maybe less tomato and a little more enjoyment from the sumptuous shrimp with the spaghetti. No matter. I'll definitely go back. Oh yes... the red wine is good... even if the illegible menu says Mandurio. Try it!

The ambiance is ruined by several electronic billboards, making it impossible for me to enjoy a meal without being stimulated by constantly changing advertisements that are far too bright for the dim surroundings. I've never experienced anything like this before, unbelievable. It ruins any sense of integrity. The appetizer arrived after about an hour, the main course after another 30 minutes. We were almost ready to leave at one point. The food wasn't bad, and the service was friendly. But it wasn't a good experience, and it was significantly overpriced for the snack bar vibe.

Delicious, clean, and beautifully presented. We had to wait quite a while after ordering. But for me, that's more of a sign of quality. The brushetta was different from what you'd normally expect from an Italian restaurant. Truly delicious. The drinks are relatively expensive. Payment is cashless only. There's free parking right around the corner. The fries and sweet potato fries were incredibly good. As were the accompanying sauces. The service is relaxed and friendly. They forgot something once.

I was there for the third time today because the amazing team at Lotta invited the SKM homeless assistance organization. It was, as always, sooooo delicious!!! I wish I could give it even more stars!!! Everything was simply amazing!!! The meat, the pasta, the pizza!!! Definitely recommended!!! When I've saved enough money, I'll stop by and try something from the regular menu!!! ;) The staff was also super nice, as always!! Keep up the good work!!! You're amazing!!!

The service was super friendly and attentive – special requests for the food were no problem at all and were implemented immediately. That's what you want. The pizza was really delicious – crispy base, good ingredients. The shrimp one was particularly impressive, and the arugula one was just right and nice and fresh. The atmosphere is cozy, and you immediately feel at home. The beer was a small downside – the first one was unfortunately too warm, the second was perfect, and the third one was too warm again. There's still room for improvement. The tiramisu was okay, but the chocolate sauce was a bit too much and overpowered the actual flavor. Overall, the price is on the higher end – a bit expensive, but with the friendly service and the quality of the food, it's worth it. I'd definitely come back!

The selection of food and drinks, the table placement, the decorations, and the choice of DJ—everything was top-notch. The same applies to the execution of the celebration; everything went as promised and hoped. Our guests were also full of praise for the excellent food, the friendly service, and the wonderful ambiance. We give it full marks. We would celebrate there again anytime.

We ate here for the second time today and were very satisfied again. The beef fillet was cooked to perfection. The spaghetti with the Gorgonzola sauce was excellent. The salad is crisp and fresh, with a very tasty yogurt dressing. To top it all off, we had panna cotta and a very tasty strawberry tiramisu for dessert. In addition, the service is very warm and attentive. We will definitely come back.
