Wir haben unsere standesamtliche Hochzeit in diesem Restaurant gefeiert und sind rundum begeistert! Von Anfang an haben wir uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Auf unsere Wünsche beim Essen wurde individuell eingegangen und alles wurde genau so umgesetzt, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Qualität der Speisen war hervorragend – auch unsere Gäste waren durchweg begeistert und haben sowohl das Essen als auch den Service sehr gelobt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Annemarie: Sie war während der gesamten Planung immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und absolut professionell. Man hat gemerkt, dass ihr wirklich am Herzen liegt, dass alles perfekt wird. Der Service am Tag selbst war aufmerksam und reibungslos – genau so, wie man es sich für einen so wichtigen Anlass wünscht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Tag. Wir können das Restaurant von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder! Karo & Carmelo

So. Jetzt wird's mal Zeit für ein bisschen Feedback :) Wir haben bisher bereits 2x mit unserer Firma im Lotta gefeiert - und das zweite mal auch nur, weil's beim ersten Mal riiiichtig gut war! :D Also könnte es durchaus sein, dass wir dort noch ein drittes, viertes... Mal feiern. Der Service war super; sowohl vorher, als auch während dessen und auch danach. Das Essen hat uns allen wunderbar geschmeckt und auch vom Ambiente ist es dort für unser Team genau richtig - auch vom Platz her hat's gut gereicht (wir waren in der Spitze ca. 50 Personen).

Sehr gemütlich, klein und fein! Herzlicher Empfang, total lieber Service! Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker und groß!Uns hat es sehr gefallen!

Reservieren ist erforderlich und war unproblematisch. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, das Essen kam nach 25 Minuten. Man kann nicht bar bezahlen, an jedem Tisch gibt es Buzzer, um den Service zu rufen. Die Preise sind angemessen und mit 4,72€ für Schorle ungewöhnlich. Wir waren früh da, es war relativ leer. Danach wurde es voller und auch lauter. Parkplatz in der Nähe ist Glückssache hat aber geklappt. Das Essen war lecker und reichlich.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend! Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und einladend. Das Essen war gut: frisch, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der großartige Service. Unser Kellner Timo war unglaublich nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Er hatte stets ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, hat uns kompetent beraten und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt!

Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht. Der Service war sehr angenehm, das Ambiente ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Zum Essen: Wir hatten Tortellini mit 4 Formaggi und Rinderfilet mit Süßkartoffelpommes, Rotweinsauce, Pilzen und Zwiebeln. Tortellini qualitativ nicht gut, waren wie die getrockneten Tortellini aus dem Supermarkt mit einer Sauce die ok war. Rinderfilet (43€): Qualität vom Fleisch war sehr gut, allerdings war die Sauce vollkommen versalzen. Ich hab es zurückgehen lassen. Als es wiederkam war die Sauce vollkommen verändert und sah so aus, als ob sie schon 5x aufgewärmt würde, Pilze waren dabei, aber auf Zwiebeln wurde dann verzichtet. Das Rinderfilet wurde lediglich von der Sauce befreit und umgedreht, es war durch die Sauce an der Seite nach wie vor versalzen. Espressi war eher ein Ristretto und sauer. Alles in allem waren wir zum ersten Mal da und das war es. Trotz meiner Anmerkungen zum Essen haben wir neben einer Entschuldigung keinerlei entgegenkommen gehabt. Da gehen wir für das Geld lieber auf die andere Straßenseite und werden besten umsorgt.

Hallo, wir hatten Anfang Januar 26 einen Firmenabend im Lotta abgehalten. Wir waren begeistert, von Anfang an haben wir uns gut aufgenommen und bedient gefühlt. Das Essen war lecker und reichlich, die Getränke kamen schnell und prompt. Das Personal war super und nett. Schon die Planung lief einfach und angenehm…. Nettes Ambiente. Der Servicemitarbeiter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unverständlich ist jedoch, wieso an einem Samstagabend bei vollem Restaurant nur 1 Person im Service war, der für alles (Essenbestellung, Servieren und Getränke/Bar) zuständig war. Erstaunlich, wie ruhig er dabei blieb. Erst viel später half anscheinend jemand aus der Küche auch mal beim Servieren. Rinderfilet und Pasta war sehr lecker. Die Pizza war zwar lecker belegt, der Rand aber so hart, dass man ihn mit dem Messer nicht schneiden konnte. Bruschetta kann man nicht empfehlen: kaltes hartes Pizzabrot in Stücken, wenig geschmackvoll und wenig belegt. Erdbeer-Tiramisu lecker.

Wir haben Silvester hier mit Freunden verbracht. Das Buffet war super, besonders die Garnelen und das Rindfleisch in Rotweinsauce. Service war top, immer da, wenn man was brauchte. Wer ein gemütliches ruhiges Ambiente sucht, ist hier genau richtig. ✅

Der Service war nett, alles okay. Das Essen war vorwiegend convenience und dementsprechend sicherlich nicht authentisch italienisch wie jemand anders schrieb. Für das gebotene zu teuer.

The wait was also short. Overall, a fantastic restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere that we would definitely recommend and would gladly visit again.

Unfortunately the 'City for Two' voucher was not accepted. The voucher states that it is valid on any day of the week. However, we were told in the restaurant that this information was incorrect and that the voucher could only be redeemed on three days a week. Unfortunately our visit fell on a Friday when the voucher was not valid.

Fantastic service, a lovely owner, and a great team! The food was good, but nothing special; however, it was a buffet, which might explain why some of the food was a bit dry. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful evening, especially because of the amazing staff!

We were there for a Christmas party! Service: AMAZING! No one went thirsty. Very friendly and fast! Food: There was a buffet. Delicious! Tender beef fillet, tortellini, spaghetti, appetizer platters. We had a wonderful company Christmas party with 26 people at Lotta. The buffet was delicious and the organization was excellent. We're already looking forward to our next Christmas party at Lotta.

The three of us reserved a table and ordered three pizzas. The pizzas were very carelessly topped. My tuna pizza had very little tuna, four thin onion rings, and three thin slices of tomato. Completely overpriced. Unfortunately, it didn't taste good either. The service is poor on weekends; we wanted to order more drinks, but no one came. When we asked to finally pay, as the LED cube system wasn't working, we had to wait over an hour before someone finally came. We had heard only good things about it and were unfortunately disappointed. We won't be coming back.

I celebrated my 60th birthday here with around 40 people. The food was outstanding. The organization, service, and ambiance were absolutely perfect for this number of people. I highly recommend Lotta for such celebrations.

I have to say, we were really disappointed with the food. The quality is nowhere near that of a real Italian restaurant. Overall, the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right. However, the service definitely saved the evening. A cheerful waiter was always open for a chat and a joke. He also worked really quickly and reliably.

Today, three of us were guests, and it was our first time. We really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and the service incredibly good, competent, and very friendly. We felt very comfortable. I also like that the menu isn't so full, yet there's a good selection. The only thing I didn't like is that the tables are very close together, so everyone can hear everything. If it's right, then it's here. The food isn't exceptional, but it's decent. The ambiance is urban, casual, and cozy. The service is charming and smart. Thanks to Timo, an average evening can be transformed into a little feel-good experience. Maybe less tomato and a little more enjoyment from the sumptuous shrimp with the spaghetti. No matter. I'll definitely go back. Oh yes... the red wine is good... even if the illegible menu says Mandurio. Try it!

The ambiance is ruined by several electronic billboards, making it impossible for me to enjoy a meal without being stimulated by constantly changing advertisements that are far too bright for the dim surroundings. I've never experienced anything like this before, unbelievable. It ruins any sense of integrity. The appetizer arrived after about an hour, the main course after another 30 minutes. We were almost ready to leave at one point. The food wasn't bad, and the service was friendly. But it wasn't a good experience, and it was significantly overpriced for the snack bar vibe.

Sat outside for the first time today. It's really delicious. We had an appetizer for two and a bottle of Lugana. Everything was perfect. I also really like the ambiance on the terrace.
