We had a really great evening with our group of friends today. Despite the packed house, the food came quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. The Lotta Burger was amazing. Our server, Sarah, in particular, did a fantastic job—friendly, attentive, and in a good mood. Highly recommended!

The waiter was super friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent. I highly recommend the bruschetta as a starter, and the pizza is a real treat. The waiter's wine recommendation was perfect—exactly what we were looking for.

If it's right, then it's here. The food isn't exceptional, but it's decent. The ambiance is urban, casual, and cozy. The service is charming and smart. Thanks to Timo, an average evening can be transformed into a little feel-good experience. Maybe less tomato and a little more enjoyment from the sumptuous shrimp with the spaghetti. No matter. I'll definitely go back. Oh yes... the red wine is good... even if the illegible menu says Mandurio. Try it!

The ambiance is ruined by several electronic billboards, making it impossible for me to enjoy a meal without being stimulated by constantly changing advertisements that are far too bright for the dim surroundings. I've never experienced anything like this before, unbelievable. It ruins any sense of integrity. The appetizer arrived after about an hour, the main course after another 30 minutes. We were almost ready to leave at one point. The food wasn't bad, and the service was friendly. But it wasn't a good experience, and it was significantly overpriced for the snack bar vibe.

We ate at Lotta last night. The service (Timo) was very friendly! The appetizer selection for two was delicious. We'd love to come back.

Sat outside for the first time today. It's really delicious. We had an appetizer for two and a bottle of Lugana. Everything was perfect. I also really like the ambiance on the terrace. We were served by Timo. This is definitely the kind of service I expect when I go out to eat. Thank you very much. We'll be back.

Delicious, clean, and beautifully presented. We had to wait quite a while after ordering. But for me, that's more of a sign of quality. The brushetta was different from what you'd normally expect from an Italian restaurant. Truly delicious. The drinks are relatively expensive. Payment is cashless only. There's free parking right around the corner. The fries and sweet potato fries were incredibly good. As were the accompanying sauces. The service is relaxed and friendly. They forgot something once.

I was there for the third time today because the amazing team at Lotta invited the SKM homeless assistance organization. It was, as always, sooooo delicious!!! I wish I could give it even more stars!!! Everything was simply amazing!!! The meat, the pasta, the pizza!!! Definitely recommended!!! When I've saved enough money, I'll stop by and try something from the regular menu!!! ;) The staff was also super nice, as always!! Keep up the good work!!! You're amazing!!!

The service was super friendly and attentive – special requests for the food were no problem at all and were implemented immediately. That's what you want. The pizza was really delicious – crispy base, good ingredients. The shrimp one was particularly impressive, and the arugula one was just right and nice and fresh. The atmosphere is cozy, and you immediately feel at home. The beer was a small downside – the first one was unfortunately too warm, the second was perfect, and the third one was too warm again. There's still room for improvement. The tiramisu was okay, but the chocolate sauce was a bit too much and overpowered the actual flavor. Overall, the price is on the higher end – a bit expensive, but with the friendly service and the quality of the food, it's worth it. I'd definitely come back!

We celebrated our birthday there with around 60 guests and were very satisfied. Ms. Berndt provided us with extremely competent and attentive advice right from the planning stage. The selection of food and drinks, the table placement, the decorations, and the choice of DJ—everything was top-notch. The same applies to the execution of the celebration; everything went as promised and hoped. Our guests were also full of praise for the excellent food, the friendly service, and the wonderful ambiance. We give it full marks. We would celebrate there again anytime.

We ate at "Lotta" for the first time and had a fantastic time. After a friendly welcome, we enjoyed a delicious pizza with fresh ingredients. Upscale Italian cuisine. A lovely atmosphere. It's definitely worth a visit!

We ate here for the second time today and were very satisfied again. The beef fillet was cooked to perfection. The spaghetti with the Gorgonzola sauce was excellent. The salad is crisp and fresh, with a very tasty yogurt dressing. To top it all off, we had panna cotta and a very tasty strawberry tiramisu for dessert. In addition, the service is very warm and attentive. We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed it, the location is great, even if I found the table for 4 a bit small. Our dog was also lovingly thought of, there was a bowl of water and a few treats for our mouse. The important thing is that you can only pay cashless there, no problem for me, but everyone should keep that in mind. The waitress pointed this out before ordering so that there could be no misunderstandings. We'd love to come back.

We went to LOTTA with our basketball team after our away game and we really enjoyed it. The food was very tasty, the service got to us in a very short time and our birthday child got two surprises 😊. Only the portion size was a bit too small for me personally. But apart from that it is really recommended, even for larger groups. Thank you 🫶

Guided by good reviews, we went to Lotta. Unfortunately, although only 2 tables were initially occupied, we had to wait 1 hour for the 1 starter. After 1.5 hours the food came. My spaghetti was fridge cold (probably not freshly prepared). They were then warmed up in the microwave and only occasionally lukewarm. It's a shame, we were looking forward to a nice evening. There was a wordless small discount Addendum from 03/24/25: Today the restaurant manager at Lotta Westerberg called me to find out exactly how the evening went. Respect for bravely facing my criticism without trying to manipulate my rating. Just a friendly, objective conversation to draw conclusions from. We will give the restaurant a second chance and see if it has improved.

It's worth eating there, but what bothered me was that it was a bit noisy and my salmon wasn't cooked well. Everything else was good.

The food leaves a lot to be desired. The bruschetta tasted musty and the tomatoes were way too cold. The chicken burger was carelessly prepared and not worth the money. Coleslaw ice cold and pre-made. Honest? Lotta? No more.

There were four of us in the Lotta. A few months ago everything was great. Yesterday, well. With the hint of more space, they kindly placed us on the podium. Everything's okay, but a wobbly outdoor table with a slipping synthetic blanket can't be what Lotta wants. The food/pizzas were okay, the ones with rocket and buffalo morzarella were great. Lukewarm white wine in the wine cooler. A dispassionate waitress served us our food without a word and cleared it away. No kind word or the obligatory question about whether it was tasty. The service cube is a great idea, but the blue and green, omnipresent billboards that you always had to look at don't work at all in terms of the atmosphere. Conclusion: We have a completely different experience of Italian hospitality in a pizzeria with a bit of pretension. It was also different. But you can easily change that on your behalf. Do that and everything will be fine again.

Very great evening... everyone put in a lot of effort.

As we sat at the table, tables were carried past us outside and we sat with the door wide open. The table was pre-booked - it could have been done long ago. The food came at the same time for everyone and it was good. When we didn't want to order anything else, someone came and asked if one of us could sit on the bench because we needed one of our chairs. Was fine because we were finished eating. Then we (7 people) wanted to pay, but they couldn't do it. So one of us paid everything and we estimated what we would have had to pay to get us apart. Two of us still had drinks in our glasses when one of our tables was wanted. Which of course we no longer accepted. That was simply impossible and we certainly won't go there again. It couldn't be more uncomfortable.

The four of us went to Lotta for the first time at the weekend. We became aware of the restaurant because of its high Google ratings. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our table opposite the bar. Unfortunately, the passage between the table and the bar was so narrow that some of our friends, who were sitting with their backs to the bar, were bumped into each other. You can call service using a cube-shaped device at the table, which is very practical, but in my opinion it shouldn't be necessary given the size of the restaurant. We each ordered the mixed starter plate (for two people), which was definitely very generous in quantity. The dips and bread were delicious, as were the grilled vegetables. The olives and the tomato mozzarella were not convincing, so we found the price of almost €30 too high. The main courses (pizza, pasta and salad) were good value for money. What should be highlighted positively is that special requests were taken into account. During the payment process we were presented with a QR code asking us to leave a Google review. As a courtesy, my friend scanned this so I could leave a review later. However, when the waitress saw that an assessment was not made immediately, she asked if my friend did not have internet access. The manner was very unpleasant and invasive, so that you were almost forced to make an assessment. It is best to have the staff approve this beforehand. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression on us. If this is done this way with every payment process, I can also see the high number of reviews. We decided not to eat there again.
