The food is always delicious with a wide selection! There are also excellent options for vegetarians and vegans! The service is excellent! Always friendly and courteous, even when it's busy.

The three of us paid around €64 for four dishes (two main courses and two starters) and three drinks. The food was delicious. The burgers looked and tasted great. The bowls and starters were also beautifully presented. We're always happy to come back! The place was busy, and we didn't have to wait long for our drinks or food. The premises are very clean and tidy.

I had a delicious café au lait there. Good coffee, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. We sat outside in the nice weather.

We had chicken tikka and rösti with shredded salmon, which tasted good. However, the salmon sat heavy on my stomach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The food is delicious and the atmosphere is welcoming. However, be aware that the service is slow and you'll have to ask several times to pay.

My husband and I enjoyed visiting Alex for years. Every waiter knew that I like my latte macchiatto with less foam and more milk because I don't tolerate caffeine well. I tried a decaffeinated latte macchiatto, but unfortunately, I didn't like it. The waiter, Fatih, brought me a latte macchiatto with half foam and snapped at me, saying it was the standard portion and they didn't serve anything else. I went into the bistro to get some milk for a fee. The waiter, Fatih, followed me and snapped at me, telling me to talk to him and not to anyone else! It would have been fair if I could have talked to him... When I started, he covered his ears and made noises like, "lalalalala..." Then he snapped at me, telling me about my special requests, saying I should disappear to Spain or somewhere else. 🤔 Besides, I was banned from everywhere (which is a blatant lie), and that was the only reason I always came to Alex's. I was petrified because Fatih wouldn't let me get a word in. Then he rushed off. I asked the waiter, Ali, if I could have some milk for a fee. He shrugged and told me Fatih was in charge today and that Fatih had taken our order... When I left, my latte macchiato wasn't on the table. My husband said Fatih had taken it away and my husband thought he was bringing a new one. Nothing of the sort... 😟 I ordered a new latte macchiato, but didn't get one. 🤔 When my husband went inside to pay for his drink, Fatih waved me off and said it was okay... He didn't have to pay for his latte macchiato... What kind of waiter is that???

Super friendly service, very accommodating. The food was 10/10. The homemade lemonades (passion fruit lemonade 🫶🏻) are especially recommended.

We had a lovely and enjoyable stay with the girls. The food was delicious, and we even had a fountain sprinkled on our cake upon request. Hassan, the waitress, was very nice.

It was always nice at 9 a.m. sharp. Today we were there at 10 a.m., breakfast is from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Unfortunately, by 10 a.m., everything was already eaten. My husband ate fried potatoes with quark, and I had two fried eggs. It takes a while for the food to be delivered, and when it is, you get cold cuts without a roll, or a roll without cold cuts. It's a sad yet simultaneously amusing sight to watch people having to search for something to fill themselves instead of taking what they want. At least there's 2 cl of orange juice 🙂

Unfortunately, there have been long waits for food and drinks lately. Last time, we waited 20 minutes to be taken in and then an hour for the food. Otherwise, the service was still nice.

It's nice there; we were there after a Leoni concert. It wasn't crowded. I prefer sitting on the sofa there. We just had a drink.
