It's nice there; we were there after a Leoni concert. It wasn't crowded. I prefer sitting on the sofa there. We just had a drink.

Hasan was a very friendly and nice waiter, he was very attentive and served us promptly. He was also very friendly and always smiling! Alex's favorite waiter.

Cocktails taste like water and take much longer

I was warmly welcomed at the sidewalk café, served promptly, and found a place to relax after a day of traveling more than 700km. My criticism of a lukewarm espresso was also openly received, and I was promptly given a really hot espresso. I highly recommend this café. Thank you for the pleasant visit.

I've never been so shocked as I was there. A rather corpulent waiter with glasses approached my underage daughter and repeatedly looked into her undressed. The other tables nearby said they'd also noticed that he was often intrusive towards women and was looking after them. Absolutely unacceptable. In general, Alex isn't what it used to be. With staff and management like this, Alex will go under.

I'm actually there every Sunday. I'm slowly realizing that things have gotten worse. You're ignored when you try to order. The breakfast buffet isn't as extensive as it used to be. It could have been set up differently. Too expensive for the price. It's also refilled quite late. I wouldn't recommend it anymore. Unfortunately, I also got a large coffee that was too salty. I informed a member of staff and explained to him that I wouldn't pay for the coffee. I had to pay because I'd already drunk half of it. He could have brought me a new one, he said. Disrespectful behavior towards customers. I had to pay the full price. And all I got was complaining. Would I change the staff?

A solid restaurant where the price-performance ratio is definitely not right. The food is nothing special, but expensive, as are the drinks. The atmosphere is very pleasant, but there are some outside creatures creeping in. The biggest problem here is the service: inexperienced and unfriendly!

I had just been sitting outside for 20 minutes, waiting for someone to serve me. Then I called inside and let them know that no one was coming. After five minutes, someone came out and wanted to serve people who had only been sitting there for four and five minutes first. Then I pointed out that I was the first one there and had already been waiting for 20 minutes, and even though I said it twice, so you could hear it, I was simply ignored, and then I left.
