Very good pizza, we would like to come back again.

Can't be reached by phone at all! I just wanted to order a table for 8 people, called 8 times, no one answered! Too bad It is not a “normal” pizzeria, the prices are like in a star restaurant. And the service? Less like in the kebab shop!

Never again . Wanted to buy a fake wine that supposedly costs 25 euros. I paid this amount until I found out from other guests that a flat one actually only costs 7 euros.

An absolute recommendation for all pizza lovers in Osnabrück! I visited this pizzeria after a meeting with a local friend and loved it. The ambience is inviting, clean and stylish - you immediately feel at home. The pizza was outstanding in terms of taste and had a certain sophistication that sets it apart from many others. I liked it so much that I would definitely come back on my next visit to Osnabrück. A real highlight that I can warmly recommend!

Very nice, nice Italian restaurant. If you want to eat something small and delicious in Osnabrück, you are in good hands here. Very nice staff, really nice atmosphere. It doesn't seem to be an insider tip anymore because a reservation is really necessary and recommended. We were there for the second time and will come again when we are back in Osnabrück

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Nola. What is particularly annoying and questionable is that the prices for the same wine seem to be set completely arbitrarily. We bought red wine there and later found out that a friend got the same wine for half the price. When we brought this up, after much back and forth, we were promised that we would receive additional red wine as compensation. But when we went to the restaurant, we suddenly started talking to others again. Finally the boss offered to take the bottles back and refund the money. But when we were back on site with the bottles, we were told that they couldn't be returned - further discussions and excuses followed. The overall behavior was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Certainly the best pizza in Osnabrück and one of the best in Germany. Original Neapolitan pizza with beautifully soft dough and delicious sauce. Great atmosphere and top staff.

Very disappointing experience at Nola. We accidentally found out that we had to pay over twice as much as other guests for the same red wine. When we brought this up, the boss promised to give us at least an additional bottle of red wine as compensation. But when we were there for the second time, this agreement was not kept. After much back and forth, we were finally promised that we would return the bottles and receive a refund of the purchase price. But this promise was suddenly revoked when we went again. The boss has changed his statements several times. Unprofessional and dubious!

First of all: The food was delicious and came to the table quite quickly. However, the iced tea was carbonated, which I personally don't find appealing. Please note this on the map! However, the service and organization leave a lot to be desired. Despite our reservation, we had to wait half an hour for a free table! When a table finally became available, we were served relatively late, so we couldn't order drinks in advance. We would have liked at least a glass of water or something similar as compensation, but unfortunately nothing came. This shows that profit seems to be more important than customer satisfaction. Very unfortunate.

We reserved a table for three, but had to wait a whopping half an hour until we finally got a table! What a shame, you know from the start what reservations are due that evening and have to plan accordingly. The waitress tried to ask an older couple who were sitting at the table intended for us to leave, but they just stayed seated. When we finally got a table, we expected a little something as an apology, a bottle of water or a small basket of bread, something; but nothing came. Food was at the table quickly and tasted good. There was no tip at the end.

We visited Nola last night and had a very special evening. The food was simply fantastic and the ambience matched it perfectly. Particularly worth mentioning is the great service - attentive, friendly and authentic! For us, definitely the best Italian restaurant in Osnabrück!

Visited again after many years. Very good food from the starter to the main course. Drinks and service also very good. It was a nice evening. A small deduction in the ambience, as it is very crowded and loud.

We were there on 11/3/24. We had reserved a table at 9 p.m. Overall the food was ok. The pizza was completely bad. We know Neapolitan well. No wonder the pizza was so bad from the pizza maker. So either you didn't feel like preparing food after 9 p.m. or I don't know. I have always praised this pizzeria/restaurant and have always been very enthusiastic. A lot has changed in a year. The drinks were great. The girls in service too. It's a shame that the pizza was so messed up.

We had a great birthday meal here. The food and drinks were great, and the best thing was actually the service. First class!

We had dinner there this evening after horse riding. Before ordering, we asked nicely whether our vouchers were still valid - mind you without an expiry date. One was from 2018 and one from early 2020. The friendly service informs us that unfortunately we can only accept the one from 2020. Well we thought, better one than none - €30 ok - €20 forfeited. Unfortunately, goodwill like everywhere else after Corona is not possible. After the meal, when the voucher was presented, the waitress announced that the CHEF no longer wanted to accept the voucher and that if we insisted, you would have to pay for it. Is it still possible!! What is that! Unfortunately, the boss was not available to answer any questions. It's better to send the really nice service forward. So it's not possible to say yes beforehand and then say no when paying. So 20€+30€= 50€ for free. Thanks for nothing. I'd be happy to tell you more. Have a nice evening…

The best pizza in Osnabrück! We went to Nola on a Saturday afternoon with a reservation, which you should definitely do in advance as the restaurant is always very busy. As always, the food was authentic and simply delicious. Definitely recommended! The service is friendly and the atmosphere is super cozy and lovingly furnished. However, you can only pay by card here; cash payment is not offered here.

The pizza tasted exceptionally good and the Nola white wine was also delicious. We also spontaneously got a table in the evening without a reservation, even though the restaurant was fully booked. The service was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately we had to wait a relatively long time for the drinks, so they were brought together with the food.

Nola is one of the best addresses in Osnabrück for a delicious pizza. There is also pasta and salads but if you order a pizza. The atmosphere is very cozy and so far the service has always been first class. Therefore a clear recommendation.

The two of us were moved from a table for 4 people (the waitress said the table was free for us, not reserved) to a “cat table” in an extremely unfriendly manner, since the larger one was supposedly reserved. It's stupid that we were able to watch a group of young people arrive spontaneously... Apparently it's all about maximizing sales and not about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Pizza is very tasty, although it has been much better. Unfortunately, the music was far too loud throughout our stay and the selection of music was anything but appetizing. The otherwise really beautifully designed flair is diametrically opposed to this. We didn't understand why you have to play a strenuous chart playlist like 1Live / NJOY for your guests... then it's better to listen to Italian radio, that at least fits into the concept.

Since we were in Naples about 3 weeks ago and the pizza, especially the Margarita, is divine, we wanted to know whether the restaurant delivers what it promises. We enjoyed the food very much. We each had a different pizza, a tiramisu for dessert and a homemade lemonade. Everyone was happy and more than full. The service was friendly but not very attentive. It takes us several attempts to order dessert and pay the bill. The atmosphere of the restaurant is appealing, with a visible kitchen and a cozy atmosphere. The toilets are clean but lacked a bin for toiletries.

I've been to Nola in Osanbrück countless times and I like to come back every time. You just know that you will always get great food there. The service is very friendly and always comes at the right time to take the orders. The ambience is also nice to look at, cozy and invites you to linger. The price-performance ratio here is simply unbeatable.

Got food poisoning in this restaurant. I suspect from the blue cheese from the four cheese pizza. Moreover, it was a limp pizza with wet dough. Wasn't even tasty. Both drinks and pizzas took a very long time.

Really wow. Such a delicious meal! Make sure that you make a reservation and that you choose where you want to sit (outside or inside). Unfortunately, there was a heavy rain shower and because we were sitting outside, we could just sit under the parasol. Delicious quality of ingredients and drinks. I can highly recommend the iced tea. You can always take too much portion with you.

Reservation is really required. The restaurant was full. The employee was nice and quick. However, despite asking several times, we had to wait a good 2 hours for our pizza. That is definitely too long, and guests who came after us and ordered were served much sooner. The waitress apologized for the long wait with a tiramisu and a hot drink. What a delicious pizza!!!!

The food is very tasty and so far the best pizza I've eaten in Osnabrück, but the pizza wasn't very filling. Unfortunately we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our drinks and until we could order the dish. In addition, the store is very dark, narrow and loud. But at least it is very nicely furnished with decorations.

Well, I have to say, the pizzeria totally blew me away with its ambience, but unfortunately the food was absolutely disappointing, downright crazy! Every tiny pizzeria around the corner offers much better quality. In terms of taste, the pizza was simply a zero, unfortunately I couldn't find anything positive. And the prices, oh my! The pizzas looked good, but they basically only consisted of tomato paste and tasted only of tomato paste, which was really a disgrace for this price! And then I don't understand why the pizzeria is always so crowded. Either the people in Osnabrück have no taste when it comes to good food, or they are just looking to be seen. It's really frustrating when you want something specific, like bread, and then the waitress makes annoying comments about it! That's really not possible. All in all, I really can't recommend the pizzeria at all. The taste was absolutely disappointing, and the ambience alone just isn't enough to compensate for the food.

I find that alone to be an absolute disgrace given the prices quoted. If only the pizza had been at least worth the price! But she isn't. I've eaten much better pizza for significantly less money. Insanely delicious bread salad, an absolute recommendation! The atmosphere outside in the middle of the old town is very nice. The staff a little slow here and there, but very self-reflective and friendly! The shop is an absolute recommendation based on the salad alone. Price/performance is also ok. If I'm in Osnabrück again, I'll definitely come back. Addition: I was actually in OS again (09/2023) and was very excited about the bread salad. We (2 friends and I) had reserved a table for 2 p.m. You should definitely make a reservation here, especially in the evening. When we got here it was 1:45 p.m. We were allowed to take the table earlier, but unfortunately the request for a window seat was not taken into account even though there was the option. The waitress took us to our seats and served us in a friendly and attentive manner without being intrusive. We ordered the drinks and they came quickly. Unfortunately you can only choose a small size for the Cola which I found very sad. (COLA 0.2 l / juice was available large with 0.4 l) The pizzas also came in a timely manner and were warm and very tasty. My companions had a tuna onion pizza and I had a salami. The ingredients were of the finest quality and you can tell that in the taste. Excellent! This is how I imagine a pizza. Pizza like in Napoli. My companions were also very enthusiastic. If I lived in Osnabrück I would be a guest here more often. Even if the prices are a little higher, which is also due to the VAT increase, the price is still justified - these are products directly from Italy. Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars, I would like to miss more. Recommendation: Go there at lunchtime on Saturday. It's not that crowded there. We were there on a Sunday evening, with a reservation of course. It was completely full and the three of us sat at a small table, which I didn't think was great. The pizza 🍕 was very tasty, but unfortunately my pasta with salmon was pretty boring and nothing special. Bottom line, definitely recommendable! Our service was very nice ☺️

Very good service and nice atmosphere. However, both my companion and I had strong reactions to the food/drink with everything that went with it. Starter: Veal with tuna cream (very tasty) Main courses: Salami pizza (tasty) and pasta with salmon (rather weak) Drinks: water and red wine Exactly where our stomach and intestinal problems come from remains unclear. But they started in both of them almost at the same time, about 2 hours after eating (and we're not very sensitive otherwise). Paid 85€ including approx. 8€ “tuition” tip.

Ich wollte einen Gutschein über € 60,00 einlösen, den ich 2019 geschenkt bekommen habe. Dieser wurde nicht angenommen, weil zu alt. Das muss ich akzeptieren. Als Corona-Risiko-Patient konnte ich das Restaurant 2 Jahre nicht besuchen. Ich habe den Restaurantbesitzer Anfang Dezember 2023 angeschrieben und um Kulanz gebeten und ihm im positiven Fall angeboten, dass ich meinen Umsatz an dem Abend an die Kindernothilfe oder eine andere gemeinnützige Organisation spende. Bis heute habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Die mangelhafte Kundenwertschätzung nehme ich ihm übel. Soll er mit meinen € 60,00 Euro glücklich werden. Er hat das Geld wohl nötig. Mich, meine Familie und meine persönlichen Gäste sieht dieses Restaurant nie wieder.

Das Nola in Osnabrück ist ein gemütliches, gut besuchtes Lokal. Eine Tischreservierung ist empfehlenswert. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Pizzen. Hier kann man mit dem Partner oder mit Freunden einen schönen Abend verbringen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Lokal, wir waren das erste Mal hier und waren direkt begeistert.. Wir waren an einem Samstag gegen 20 Uhr da und wurden freundlich begrüßt. Da wir nicht reserviert hatten, wurden wir erst weggeschickt, da wirklich alles voll war. Kein Wunder, wie es sich später rausstellte. Wir haben das Lokal schon verlassen, als die freundliche Kellnerin uns hinterher eilte und meinte "Es ist gerade etwas frei geworden, kommt gerne zurück!" Wir waren begeistert über so viel Bedienbereitschaft trotz der Vielzahl an Gästen und kamen direkt wieder mit rein. Am Tisch angekommen wurden wir sehr schnell bedient. Die Auswahl in der Karte ist überschaubar, aber für jeden etwas dabei. Menschen, die wie ich eher pasta mögen, haben etwas wenig Auswahl, weshalb ich mich für eine Pizza entschieden habe. Diese Entscheidung habe ich nicht bereut, denn es war mit Abstand eine der leckersten Pizzen, die ich je hatte. Der dünne Boden und der knusprige Rand haben mich sehr angesprochen. Die Bedienungen waren alle sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen und haben kompetent und geduldig auf Fragen zur Karte geantwortet. Auf das Essen und die leckeren cocktails musste nicht sehr lang gewartet werden. Alles in einem hat uns dieses Lokal zum etwas längeren Sitzen eingeladen. Es herrscht eine romantische, gemütliche Atmosphäre mit geimpftem, warmen Licht. Die sanitären Anlagen waren sauber und nicht zu bemängeln. Die Preise sind gerechtfertigt und fair. Contra: wir fanden es etwas warm/stickig, aber Ertragbar. Die Tische stehen relativ nah beieinander, sodass man etwas nah an fremden sitzt.

Upon walking in to find out if we could get a table, we were completely ignored. Other guests who came in after us were given tables straight away. We were continually ignored, and when asking again if there was anything we were told no. We tried to explain that other people were given tables who came in after us, but the rude server did not want to know. Very upsetting experience whilst trying to enjoy our holiday. I am extremely disappointed and would never return.

Das Restaurant Nola ist immer eine Empfehlung wert. Eine Reservierung ist mindestens eine Woche im voraus nötig, wenn man nicht besonders früh(18uhr) oder spät (ab 21 Uhr) essen möchte. Darüber hinaus ist hier nur Kartenzahlung möglich. Das Restaurant ist immer gut besucht und es herrscht eine gemütliche und angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Service ist herausragend. Die Kellnerinnen sind aufmerksam, extrem professionell und sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen sind hier die typischen neapolitanischen Pizzen. Schade ist, dass man bei der großen Auswahl nicht mehr die Möglichkeit hat die Pizzen Halb-Halb zu belegen. Die Nudeln sind ebenfalls sehr lecker, allerdings muss ich hier die Menge kritisieren, die doch nicht ausreicht. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und zu empfehlendes Restaurant.

Pizza für 20€ - sind wir denn schon in Düsseldorf? Demnächst muss man noch fürs Luft einatmen bezahlen :D.

Einer der bekanntesten Pizzerien Osnabrücks. Haben zu viert an einem Sonntagabend gegessen. Ob Location, Qualität des Essens, oder das Personal. Alles ist sehr stimmig. Wie viele Andere in den Rezensionen bin ich aber auch der Meinung, dass die Pizzen zu teuer sind. Meine Pizza Diavolo hat 18€ gekostet, während sie auf der Homepage noch mit 16,50€ beworben wird. Klar- Qualität hat seinen Preis,... aber es geht hier immer noch nur um eine Pizza. Die Musik könnte vielleicht passend zum Ambiente geändert werden. Ich bin gerne auf Ü30 Parties und höre gerne 90er und 2000er Musik,.. aber eher weniger, wenn ich schick(er) essen gehe 😄 So negativ sich meine Bewertung auch lesen mag, wiederkommen werde ich natürlich trotzdem. All in All: 4 von 5 Sternen und im Ranking der besten Pizzerien in der Stadt: Platz 3.

Pizza war in Ordnung, auch den Wein konnte man trinken. Recht enge Tischreihung. Nicht schön, wenn man einen Tisch im Durchgang bzw. am Eingang bekommt. Wir hatten reserviert und wurden nach 2 Stunden rausgeworfen, obwohl wir die ganze Zeit Wein geordert hatten. Uns wurde keine Zeit gelassen um zum Beispiel noch einen Kaffee zu trinken. Ganz schwach. Übrigens ist keine Barzahlung hier möglich. Ich komme hier nicht mehr hin.
