We waited a very long time, even though it was around 4 pm. It was practically empty. The food looked good, but the taste was really not for me. I gave it two chances, but both times it was very disappointing. My boyfriend was a little less disliked, but he didn't think it was great either. In my opinion, the mango sauce had nothing to do with mango; it was more like a bad sweet and sour sauce. I even asked again because I really didn't see or taste any mango. The tofu also tasted like nothing at all... I've rarely had such bad tofu; even the texture was really bad.

I ordered food on Uber eats, waited over an hour and they didn't deliver the food at all.

The atmosphere is super friendly, but they take the wrong orders. My girlfriend and I ordered two sushi makis, one with cucumber and one with bell pepper, but we got sushi with salmon and cucumber. The sushi, or rather the seaweed, tasted very rubbery and very artificial. The spring rolls with peanut butter, on the other hand, were very tasty.

I ordered via UberEats almost two hours ago, called an hour later, and was told the food wasn't ready yet but would be sent "right away"... why is the food taking over an hour to prepare, even though it should have been there by now? There was no update on the arrival time, even after I asked. Two hours is definitely too long! I wish I could get a refund for the tip I gave up front. I ordered at 1 p.m. and it's almost 3 p.m. – I wouldn't recommend it!

We ordered food to order. We've usually been quite satisfied, but today, October 3, 2025, we were unfortunately very disappointed. The chicken tasted tough, the sauce (we wanted soy sauce with vegetables) was so spicy we couldn't finish it, and the sauce was simply forgotten for one dish. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed today.

We've been waiting for our food for two and a half hours now. No one is answering. Delivery time was 8:50 p.m.

I ordered food for my wife and me through Lieferando. After 1.5 hours, the food wasn't there. When we called, we were repeatedly told the food would be there in 5 minutes. The phone call took 10 minutes. I drove there and inquired on-site. After a two-hour wait, we were told again that the driver was probably already there. It's just annoying when I have my wife on the phone at the same time, who confirms the opposite. Only the drivers tried to put us off, stressing that they were understaffed. After 2 hours and 15 minutes, we still had no food. Then it dawned on me personally that they hadn't made our food and it wasn't on any route. Because the same drivers came again. I repeatedly insisted on a cancellation, which was not granted. I was supposed to cancel through Lieferando. It's just annoying that Lieferando demands proof of this. They didn't want to give it to me. After 2.5 hours, a driver tried to put me off and said they were making our food now. I've worked for 11 years in both chain and individual catering. This has never happened to us, and I have no sympathy for it. I offered my guests a drink as compensation after an hour of waiting. After 1.5 hours, the food was on the house. You are an insult to a catering establishment, and aside from ordering any more from you, I will vehemently advise everyone against using your food. By the way, the food tasted really bad, but it was a very poor level of convenience food, and it was still lukewarm. A clear 0-star rating with the advice that you should probably just leave it alone! That's just a brief summary of the whole thing.

I am a very picky person when it comes to food but here WOW really everything tastes so good I like the spring rolls with vegetables so much and crispy chicken just wow the people here are so nice and friendly respectful come here

The food was a disgrace. A board of hard-fried wontons. The main course was of the same quality. A waste of money.

I've ordered several times, and the food is equally bad every time. The fried rice and deep-fried chicken taste like they were cooked with old, day-old oil. Other dishes are just as poorly prepared and have the same unpleasant aftertaste. The only thing that's even remotely edible is the soup, and even then, only the liquid. I wouldn't recommend it.

After a long day, I ordered a delivery order from Asia Koch around 7 p.m. A one-hour wait turned into two hours. When I called, the line was busy most of the time. When I finally got through, I was assured that the delivery person was on their way and would arrive soon. After another half hour, they finally arrived. Unfortunately, the food was already cold, and the spring rolls were completely soggy. What a shame. I'd only eat there from now on. I won't order again.

The sushi is really good, in my opinion. The regular dishes are also tasty, although some are served without sauce, which surprised us. They're also a bit expensive. If you want to take something to go, you should definitely pre-order. Even if the place is empty, you'll still wait at least 20 minutes for a small order. The place is quite uncomfortable; at least the lighting isn't particularly inviting.

I'm trying to remain objective. I ordered two hours ago and nothing has arrived yet. I can't reach anyone on that number, and Lieferando support can't help me with my refund because the order has already been processed in their system. My status has been "delivering" for an hour now... Impossible... Don't order from here!!!

Unfortunately, my girlfriend experienced the same thing. It got to the point where we were in severe pain all night. We reported it this morning and will see what happens. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

The pho really wasn t that good. Especially the beef.. the pho would have been better with no beef at all. Consistency and flavour were like prefried and just warmed up.

For the price, you'd expect fresh food, but that wasn't the case. The trimmed chicken in the fried noodles wasn't fresh! The ginger in the sushi was stained! Never again!

This was apparently a former ice cream parlor... and the interior was used for the Asian chef... great idea! The food was absolutely outstanding and the service was great... I'll definitely be back... and until then, stay at least as good!!! 👌👌👌

The food is very salty, the ramen is okay. The service is very slow maybe because it was Friday and a lot of customer.

I ordered delivery and was a little disappointed, the amount of pasta and chicken was great but the sauce was far too little for an extra €2.50. The noodles were a bit musty. Chicken was great. Guess it was the taste from the packaging. Packaging was also very poor quality as it was totally thin and torn. Eating on site is therefore recommended.

Food was issued incorrectly, I ordered number 35 and received number 25. Not remotely the same. Spring rolls were no longer fresh either. Unfortunately, it's a shame.

The restaurant is nicely decorated, open and bright. Very nice staff! The sushi tasted delicious, but the rice content was too high for me, half would have been enough, so only 3 stars here.

Super tasty. I ordered the chicken sushi bowl with peanut sauce and lychee via Lieferando. Food was there within the promised 60 minutes (which is very short for a Saturday evening). The bowl was perfectly warm and incredibly tasty. Definitely ordering again. Great value for money👍🏼

A restaurant I will choose to eat again when I will be back in Osnabrück. Friendly personnel and the food is very very tasty. I had to walk 6 kilometers to find a plavlce that accepted credit card. Nor even with the possibility to read the menu. Here at Asia Koch. They had a full English menu card. And they accept all types of payment. Very nice and customer friendly. Thank you . See ya next time. About the ambiance in the restaurant I can't say much. That's why I left it empty.. I took my food to go so please bare with them please..

We went here for a snack after swimming. The restaurant is surprisingly large inside and beautifully decorated with dark furniture and seating areas. The very friendly lady quickly took our order. As a starter we had delicious kimchi and spring rolls. Afterwards there were fried noodles with tempura chicken and plain chicken with vegetables in garlic-ginger sauce with rice. Phew, what huge portions those were on the beautiful plates. And at a really fair price. The taste was really good, it tasted so varied and spicy and everything was healthy and fresh. After the huge portion you still didn't feel too full. Would come back anytime if I'm in Osnabrück!

We ordered sushi home and seriously had to wait 2 hours. After several calls, the order was ready for delivery after 1.5 hours. The sushi doesn't blow you away in terms of taste, it's more stuffing because a lot of rice is used and the filling isn't very filling... it's a shame... 2 stars are only given for the lovely lady on the phone...

New location in the former ice cream parlor. The ambience is now much more comfortable than at the previous location opposite! The food has always been A1.

We were always satisfied, today the food came and it didn't look good, everything was dried out and partly gray. We pay quite a bit for a portion, wait over an hour and in the end you can't eat it. 🥺

I ordered crispy duck with peanut sauce The salad included a slice of carrot, a lettuce leaf and a stalk of flat-leaf parsley, which to me doesn't even come close to being a salad; unfortunately there were no vegetables.

No thanks Apart from the fact that I ordered something else, the noodles were tasty enough. BUT The duck was extremely dry and the peanut sauce was TOTALLY salty! After eating I had such a stomach ache that I was writhing and tossing and turning. The night was over again after four hours. Sitting and eating with you makes a huge difference. You can forget to order The only thing that was 100 percent was the supplier. Super nice and very friendly!

No greasy food! The vegetables are crunchy and not everything is drowned in fat. It tastes really great and doesn't feel heavy in the stomach afterwards. The portions are large enough to fill you up even if you're really hungry. I think the prices are very reasonable. No matter whether you eat there or order for home. The food arrives hot at the specified time. If there is Asian, then only from here. The peanut sauce is super delicious 😉

The sushi is visibly not fresh, I should have sent it back. Unfortunately I ate it and now I have quite a stomach ache and diarrhea. Although the atmosphere is not bad and the service is friendly, I will definitely never go here again and can only advise against trying sushi!

It's a shame that this is the only Asian you can order from at Lieferando. Something is constantly being forgotten, delivery times are far too long and very unfriendly staff. The food also tastes very bland.

Leckeres Essen, gemütliches, stylisches Ambiente, Preise recht günstig

Die Pho Suppe ist natürlich schmeckhaft, ansonsten preislich auch teilweise erschwinglich.

Die große Suppe mit Reisnudeln, Rindfleisch, Zitronengras und Koriander... unvergleichlich lecker! Etwas für den großen Hunger! Sehr frisch und in jeder Jahreszeit ein Genuss!

Endlich mal wieder ein nettes asiatisches Restaurant, das ohne irgendwelche Schrott – Mega – Büfetts auskommt, sondern einfach nur asiatisches Essen in vernünftiger Qualität serviert. Dankeschön.

Ich bestelle über lieferando, jedoch wurde bis jetzt keine einzige Lieferung richtig verschickt. Jedes mal werden die Anmerkungen ignoriert und das Geld trotzdem abkassiert! Es kann nicht sein, dass man jede Bestellung falsch verschickt.

Ich und meine Mitbewohner bestellen nun schon lange regelmäßig bei Asia Koch (über die Webseite da es hier günstiger ist als bei Lieferando) Bisher war ich mit dem Essen, dem Service und auch der Lieferzeit immer sehr zufrieden. Das Essen kommt immer schön heiß an. Bisher wurde auch noch nie etwas vergessen. Einmal konnte ein Gericht nicht geliefert werden (Frühlingsrollen) da es bereits kurz vor Schluss war und keine mehr da waren. Hier wurde dann ein Ersatz + eine kleine Entschädigung geliefert. Das Essen selbst besteht immer aus großzügigen Portionen und wirkt zumindest immer sehr frisch. Das Gemüse ist meist noch recht knackig, das Fleisch ist immer gut durchgebraten. An manchen Tagen kam es vor, dass gerade sowas wie panierte Ente etwas trockener war. Das kann aber auch einfach an dem Fleisch selbst liegen. Ebenso kommen manchmal Stücke die mehr aus Panade als aus Fleisch bestehen aber das ist eher selten der Fall. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Sushi Bowls und die Pekingsuppe sowie generell die Erdnuss Sauce (in die könnte ich mich reinlegen). Zum Essen vor Ort kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich bisher immer nur bestellt habe. Auch für Vegetarier ist die Auswahl ganz in Ordnung. Das Essen wurde bisher immer in ca 60 Minuten geliefert. An Tagen wo viel bestellt wird (Sonntagabends z.B.) konnte es manchmal etwas länger dauern. Auf Nachfrage wurde aber immer eine ungefähre Ankunftszeit genannt, die auch gepasst hatte.

Essen ist zwar super lecker, aber die Bedienung ist absolut unhöflich, besonders die ältere Frau die eine Brille trägt.

Ich finde den AsiaKoch einfach super lecker. Leckeres und frisches Essen. Super freundliches Personal. Aus diesem Grund auch fünf Sterne! Was ich nicht empfehlen würde, ist die Lieferung. Das Essen kommt leider nicht mehr warm an, da AsiaKoch keine wirklichen Wärmeboxen zur Auslieferung hat. Des Weiteren wird gerne mal etwas vertauscht oder falsch verstanden. Wenn das Essen abgeholt wird, dann läuft alles gut :)

Super leckere Bowls und mega leckere Erdnuss-Sauce 👌

Ich habe über Lieferrando bei Asia Koch bestellt. Meine Preis Leistungs Erwartung sind schon hoch , grad bei Asiatischer Küche. Das Essen selber war geschmacklich ok ( mehr nicht ) . Die Portionsgröße war nicht angemessen gegenüber des Preises. Von den 6 Crispy Chickenroll wird evtl ein Kleinkind satt , habe da für den selben Preis schon deutlich größere gehabt. Auch die gebratenen Nudeln mit Hähnchen waren von der Portion her eher klein und hatten wenig Gemüse. Auch das kenne ich anders . Alles im Allem hatte mich das Ganze nicht vom Hocker gehauen und von meiner Seite nicht mehr als 2 Sterne verdient.

Wirklich köstlich, wir haben da 3-Gang Menü für 2 Personen bestellt - 2. Gang war so groß dass wir es nicht mal zuzweit geschafft haben. Ich fand Pflaumenwein auch lecker, und als Nachtisch meine Lieblings - gebackenen Bananen)) wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, nun demnächst mit Kindern

Gutes und leckeres Essen Gab's zwar paar Schwierigkeiten mit dem sushi (aber kein Problem, Fehler passieren und sind kein Weltuntergang) aber ansonsten sehr gut. Bestellen gerne hier

Wie immer megalecker! Ob gebratener Reis oder vegetarisches Gericht mi Glasnudeln es schmeckt einfach fantastisch Das Ambiente modern und nicht typisch chinesisch! Das gefällt!!!

Die Chefin ist unfreundlich mit den Mitarbeitern. Von den Mitarbeitern kann man so nicht sprechen diese sind alle super freundlich. Das essen ist lecker, jedoch besteht eine lange Wartezeit.
