Great idea, very tasty food and drinks, very friendly staff and a great facility!

Very nice of you! Unfortunately for me there are only fries and potato pancakes to choose from. It tastes very tasty, but there is little vegan offering. Unfortunately, fried potatoes always come with bacon. The potato salad always with mayo. I like eating out, and in Bensersiel there is unfortunately little offering of plant-based dishes. I would definitely be happy about some vegan fish fingers or vegan nuggets or plant-based mayo. :-)

The best Balkan restaurant outside the Balkans! Very good quality of the food, super nice staff, one of the bosses cooks, the other works in service and also builds up very friendly contact with the guests. It's always pretty funny! Rafas has definitely become our regular restaurant and we recommend it to anyone who likes good meat or fish dishes. Vegetarians are catered for.

We had just ordered food to pick up, the positive thing was that the lady on the phone was very friendly. It also happened relatively quickly. We ordered a kebab box, a kebab pizza with extra broccoli and a kebab plate with fries. The kebab box was okay, the fries were limp but that is to be expected with a kebab box. Despite the extra charge for the extra, the pizza had 3 broccoli! small florets of broccoli on it, the edge was far too wide and dry, the dough itself tasted like frozen pizza. In general there was very little toppings on the pizza. The kebab plate was the worst! We didn't get any fries and the cocktail sauce was drippings with ketchup. There was so much garlic in the tzatziki that you couldn't eat it. (I actually love garlic but that was extreme) I found 3 pieces of lettuce stalk in the salad, the red cabbage tasted like it came from a jar and the meat was too salty. The bread that came with it was very dry and otherwise tasted like nothing. We won't order again, you'd expect something different for such prices. If you have a sensitive stomach, you should go somewhere else!

A nice cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy to reach by phone and there is always a contact person on site. The entrance area is beautifully designed so that you have a nice feeling as soon as you arrive. The room I had was spacious and comfortable and also very clean, including the bathroom. The only thing missing was a small minibar. There is a table football table down in the basement and a play area for children in the restaurant. Top. The restaurant and the bar area are beautifully decorated and invite you to linger for a longer period of time. Here too, the staff was always very friendly. Parking spaces are plentiful.

We ordered by phone and were given a delivery time of around 45 minutes. After more than an hour we asked and were told that the food was already on the way. After another half hour the food came. The food was delicious and still so hot that it definitely wasn't already on the way. It was apparently forgotten and only prepared after we asked. We definitely won't be ordering from here again in the future!

The best TOM KHA in the whole north. I travel around Germany a lot and love this soup. Here it is really very tasty and with a little Thai basil, which nobody actually does here in Germany. The main course was also very tasty. Absolutely recommended for an Asian snack!
