was very tasty and the waiter was very friendly 5/5 stars

Very cute café. You can either eat super delicious-looking cake 🎂 there or have dinner like we did. Tagliatelle with salmon 🐟 And the burger 🍔 Before that, a crab soup 🦐 and a potato soup – which was too thin for me personally! We'd love to come back 😉 2023+2024+2025 We were there again and it was perfect again!!!

Authentic Asian cuisine. Friendly, attentive staff. Dishes are freshly prepared. Functional restaurant facilities. Food is well-balanced in terms of quality and taste.

Definitely the best pizza north of Italy

A cozy pub with a small menu. Live music, an open stage, and a billiards tournament are regularly held. Definitely recommended.

Während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts an der Nordsee kehrten wir abends im Restaurant Zum Alten Siel ein und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, die Preise fair, und die Speisen von hervorragender Qualität. Alles in allem ein gelungener Abschluss für einen schönen Tag an der Küste. Wir können das Zum Alten Siel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch an der Nordsee gerne wieder vorbeischauen!

We've recently moved to Dornumergrode and, based on a recommendation, ordered for the first time today. We're absolutely thrilled. It's delicious 😋 and top quality. The delivery driver was also very friendly. We'll be ordering more often.

The food initially came wrong. The service was not very accommodating. The cutter plaice was served without lemon. Potatoes were like they came from the cafeteria. So the food is pretty mediocre. We didn't get the table of our choice.

Very tasty and also vegi dishes; Frisian/Nepali without additives. Quiet and not too big. Gladly again.

We wanted to enjoy a family meal with 11 people. The service was very good. The food was well received - especially by the children. However, the price-performance ratio did not meet our expectations. Far too expensive, even at the sea. 0.5 l beer 6.30 €, tzatziki with dry bread flatbreads 7.90 €, children's fish fingers 9.90 €. . . 3 drinks were overcharged. It's a shame, we'll try somewhere else soon.

Yesterday we were guests at the Tulipano and were greeted very warmly and friendly. We ordered pizzas, which we both really enjoyed. We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness of our hosts and the cleanliness of the restaurant. We will definitely have lunch here more often.

Super tasty pizza, nice service. Only three stars for the ambience because the seating is right on the main street.

You can get the worst pizza there. We got a salami and a vegetarian pizza. The smell wasn't great, and the taste was simply disgusting. After one bite, you had to spit it out; it was impossible to eat. The fact that one pizza cost 13 euros is the icing on the cake. Once and never again.

Cozy restaurant with very friendly service. I chose mussels and was not disappointed in the taste or quantity. Very original idea, the mussels were served in a small blue metal bucket, and a small red bucket was used for the empty shells.
