Great food, great food. And very nice atmosphere...

Food super delicious. I ordered a gyro plate and was blown away. Fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the gyros are juicy and fresh and the tzatziki is sinful. Waiters very hospitable, courteous and quick. Anyone who is on holiday in Dornum should definitely come here!

The fish sandwiches are particularly delicious and can also be taken away. Ambiance is cozy to Mediterranean. Food is quite good. It's just a shame that there are no more mini pizzas. We went here for dinner three times. I had three different dishes and felt that all three tasted the same. My wife had some scalloped chicken breast. The sauce was not bound and therefore liquid like water. In my opinion the price-performance ratio is not right. It's too expensive. What I didn't like was the intrusive friendliness of the male employees. The female waiter was very nice.

Disastrous value for money. Pizza was definitely frozen. The pizza we ordered was not served. Bland red wine, completely overpriced at €7.90. The beer was served with a 0.5cm crown. Nep.

Cruel frozen food at exorbitant prices... Everything we ordered (8 people) was inedible and totally overpriced. We had to leave almost €180 and what we got was bad food, stomach pain and nausea, even vomiting. Advantage for bulimia sufferers... you can get your fingers stuck in your throat.

We've been on holiday in Nessmersiel for two weeks now and I think we've eaten in the old harbor a total of 6 times. Very, very tasty dishes and good cuisine, the service is first class, super friendly and always helpful. We'll come back to you next year. Keep it up 👍👍👍👍😉😉😉

Great service - food arrived quickly and was very tasty!

Ordered plaice with fries and salad for €26. I got two tasteless beer mats from the freezer, a handful of fries and a carelessly prepared salad that looked like it was from the day before. I ate better and much cheaper in every canteen. My wife's run-of-the-mill pizza for €16 was nowhere near the quality we expected. The gyros plate more daughter was ok, but was also only snack quality. €130 for two adults and two children is usually ok, but not here. I don't want to be mean, but there are limits somewhere. Price and performance didn't match at all.

A very nice restaurant where we unfortunately stopped for coffee. The service was very friendly even though we didn't order anything to eat.

For the price, the food was just bad (especially the main courses). What was advertised as a fish platter with different types of fish turned out to be a fish platter with exactly one type of fish + sandy salad. Instead of crab you get shrimp and the food wasn't seasoned. The only positive things to mention here are the service, the beer and the ambience. For the prices you can definitely eat better elsewhere.

Eating out here is always a pleasant experience. Even if everything isn't always perfect, but where is it? The service is always refreshing with its friendly and amiable manner.

If you're looking for a delicious pizza here, you should keep driving. I've eaten frozen pizzas from Aldi, which would easily hold a candle to this 4-cheese pizza. But the most annoying thing is the combination of poor pizza and expensive price: I get a 2-course meal in Napoli for €17. :(

Unfortunately the pizza tastes like cheap (not even good) frozen pizzas. Absolutely exorbitant prices for this quality. And you can't pay with a card either. And the garlic sauce was missing too :(

Ok, tourist place, but either the portions are far too small for the price, or the prices for the portions are far too high. The advertised fillet was a fillet-i-leinchen. You can't complain about the taste, it was quite neutral, but not bad either. With its very rectangular shape, the turkey schnitzel suggested that it was frozen. Fries... well, they can always be crispier. The side salad could be eaten with a fork, even without being very hungry. Pizzas were OK Normally you should give everyone a second chance, but unfortunately we have to refrain from doing so given the prices.

There is a wide selection of dishes, which is why we chose this restaurant. The ingredients were also fresh and the portion sizes were normal. The prices were okay too. Unfortunately, my taste is a bit demanding: for me the curry dish was extremely over-spiced, while the tzatziki, on the other hand, was hardly seasoned and had a fluffy consistency. We were in the restaurant 2 weeks ago and ordered gratinated gyros with tomato sauce. What we got, however, was a little different. It turned out to be an absolutely greasy pan gyro, which unfortunately wasn't on the menu, without spices or taste and for a price of €18.90 per portion. This is a restaurant and not a snack bar, but it is tastier and cheaper there. Based on the experience and the reviews, we can only say, never again. The second star goes to the friendly staff, otherwise there would only have been one. Please think about it and serve a reasonable product for such prices.

You have to recommend this restaurant - not just because of the delicious cuisine - but also because of the perfect service and entertainment provided by the service. I can't understand what some people are writing here. I've been there for the 3rd time and everything is perfect. Service and food without any defects. Pizza super good. Many people judge reviews completely inappropriately. Great and nice team

The food and service were absolutely excellent. We also stayed overnight here. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. However, the rooms were very small and a bit out of date. If the room is not intended to also serve as a place to stay during the day, it's okay. Therefore 5 stars for the restaurant and deduction for the room.

The food was okay, but nothing special and not exactly cheap. The service is quick, but could be friendlier. We sat inside at a table between the toilets and the terrace door, which wasn't particularly clean. As a result, the atmosphere was not very pleasant. At least the little ones were given free ice cream as a farewell and a short walk to the nearby dike rounded off the evening.

Unfortunately, we weren't particularly enthusiastic. We wanted to eat a good pizza together to get a change after more than a week of fish... Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio here isn't right at all! They are frozen pizzas at very high prices. The salad with the ready-made dressing was also far too expensive and too puny! We would have liked to walk backwards out of the toilets. The service was absolutely fine, quick and friendly. To be fair, we can't say anything about the fish sandwiches and ice cream, but we're no longer willing to do expensive experiments. For me the prices are definitely not appropriate and the close location is being used to make money

Very nice staff. Eat good. But way too expensive. Child-sized potato casserole for €18.90 and pasta with hot sauce with a slice of cucumber and a quarter of tomato for €16.90 are already hefty.

Nothing to complain about. Our waiter served us immediately and was attentive without seeming intrusive. My grill plate was beautifully prepared and really tasty. My wife really enjoyed her gyro pizza. Our daughter was happy with her fish fingers and even got a ball of ice cream on the house. We had a nice sit in the beer garden. A little too expensive for my taste but still within reason.

Super freundlich, super lecker, super schnell und auf Extrawünsche wurde eingegangen 👌🏼 Da werden wir wieder hingehen, denn Küche ist durchgehend geöffnet, egal wann man vom Spaziergang zurück kommt.

Wir haben zum Abholen bestellt und hatten nur eine alte Karte um telefonisch vorzubestellen. Essen sollte in 25 min fertig sein, vor Ort angekommen mussten wir trotzdem noch 20 min warten. Die Preise haben sich zu „alten Zeiten“ fast verdoppelt. Ein einfacher Salat, der die Schale nicht einmal komplett füllt für 18€ (!!!) ist einfach eine Frechheit. Pizza wenig belegt, Tortellini und Kartoffelauflauf waren fertig aus der Tüte. Fazit: Für den Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. 2 Sterne gibts nur weil alles richtig angekommen ist und essbar war.

Einfach Top!! Wir sind am Abend in Neßmersiel mit leeren Magen angereist und wurden hier herzliche willkommen geheißen. Leckere Pizza, Pasta und hausgemachtes Eis haben unseren Abend versüßt. Wir kommen gern wieder vorbei.

Ich kann die negativen Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen, wenn ich lese das es "keine selbstgemachten Nudeln " gab, ist man wahrscheinlich ein Gourmet und hat dann hier nichts zu suchen. Die von uns bestellten Speisen ( Schweine Medaillons in grüner Pfefferrahm Sauce / Schweine Medaillons in Knoblauch Rahmsauce) waren frisch und reichlich. Die Beilagen wurden auf einem separaten Teller serviert und waren somit auch nicht in Sauce ertränkt. Als absolut zu empfehlen!!!
