Family-friendly, fast and flexible. Highly recommended.

Great, cozy simple cafe (tea room). Tea was served the way WE drink it... warmers, Kluntje, cream, real teacups. Cake (own production) top. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Very nice restaurant, but underheated. We were freezing. The pizza tasted good. But it quickly became sloppy. The dough was still too thick for my taste and for €17, offered as a 'small' pizza 😳, there was simply not enough on it. The fact that you can't pay by card here was even more disappointing.

Very nice Irish pub that is closed Mon/Tues, often with live music. Modern on the outside, typical pub on the inside, everything very familiar and well-kept. Order at the counter, no table service. Prices ok, food just as the landlord wants 🤣👍🏻 Would love to come back.

Während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts an der Nordsee kehrten wir abends im Restaurant Zum Alten Siel ein und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, die Preise fair, und die Speisen von hervorragender Qualität. Alles in allem ein gelungener Abschluss für einen schönen Tag an der Küste. Wir können das Zum Alten Siel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch an der Nordsee gerne wieder vorbeischauen!

Fast service and delicious giant pizza 😍

The restaurant is located directly on the beach. Terrace, outdoor area available. Nice ambience. Delicious food. Good, quick service. .....unfortunately the waiter was a bit annoyed, which he emphasized with comments. But everyone has a bad day sometimes...

We would like to thank you very much ❤. We were able to spontaneously eat there yesterday with 7 people (at 9 p.m.). The food was great, the service perfect. We had made reservations at another restaurant. They had completely overbooked the tables.

Service was very nice (I've never had such nice service). Restaurant very nicely decorated. We were there with ten people and without a reservation. Everyone enjoyed the food. I personally had a pizza and it was also very tasty. In the end we paid €144 for ten people.

Super tasty pizza, nice service. Only three stars for the ambience because the seating is right on the main street.

Rustic and cozy - by the fireplace. You can dine well in an East Frisian atmosphere. Nice selection of dishes, tasty and nicely prepared. The service duo (two 'aging' ladies) master the guest room with East Frisian mentality and calm and make the stay "by the fireplace" something special. Thumbs up for a few cozy hours!
