So unfortunately we now need an honest review. I don't judge anyone I don't know enough about, but that was Obergau last night 1. I ordered an XXL kebab (half a flatbread) but didn't even get a children's kebab. 2. The kebab man felt completely at ease ripping off his customers. 3. We, me and my daughter are having the party today. I mean that in the sense of, the toilet is ours. It is a mystery to me that there is still such surveillance here today. Of course the tourist will never come back, but the good guy didn't expect the locals. I'm thinking about having the store checked. Deceptive packaging and not entirely clean food would be just as great as he sells something like that.

5 stars for our dinner today at the small restaurant. The staff was excellent. It was simply perfect for us.

Gasthaus Kastanie is closed and the opening times are incorrect. The new tenant is called Bistro Kastanie here on Google.

The pizzas were fresh, quick and tasted very good! Pizza rolls with the dips were also very tasty. We took our pizzas with us, but the place looked inviting ;)

Asia Lotus Restaurant – Unfortunately, Not a Completely Successful Experience We wanted to try the lunch buffet, but were immediately advised against it by a member of staff upon entering. The buffet would end in half an hour anyway, and "nothing was nice anymore" – we found that a bit unusual. So we opted for the à la carte menu. But here, too, we were advised against three selected dishes – they weren't familiar with it, and we probably wouldn't like it. To be honest, that irritated us. In the end, we only ordered two small appetizers, had a drink, and then moved on. The waitress was friendly overall, but her behavior was very strange. The small dishes we tried were tasty – but the overall impression remained mixed.

The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly compared to earlier times - but the prices have risen disproportionately! Fish dishes were not freshly fried, but had obviously been warmed up in the microwave, and fried potatoes were swimming in fat. Overall, very poor value for money and no longer recommended.

We wanted to have breakfast today and came across this hotel on the internet. We were able to choose between 3 breakfast dishes. We chose “Start the day with a smile”. 35€ for 2 people was completely ok. Various rolls (4 pieces), butter/margarine, jam, sausage, cheese, etc There was also orange juice, small. Fruit plate, a bowl of salmon, a hot drink and scrambled eggs or boiled ice cream. We can recommend it with confidence.
