Das Leddermann in Waren an der Müritz hat uns auf ganzer Linie überzeugt. Hier werden klassische Gerichte kreativ und zeitgemäß neu interpretiert, ohne ihre Wurzeln zu verlieren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Verwendung regionaler und saisonaler Zutaten – die Frische und Qualität der Produkte sind deutlich zu schmecken. Die Speisen sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet und geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt. Dazu kommen ein stilvolles Ambiente, eine angenehme Atmosphäre und ein aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service. Wer Wert auf frische, regionale Küche mit kreativen Akzenten legt, ist hier genau richtig. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr freundliches Personal, Essen sehr lecker und ausreichend.

Die Hauptgänge leider nicht wie erwartet. Der Spargel gefühlt aus der Microwelle und absolut geschmackslos. Dazu ein gekochter Schinken dem man das tagelange warten auf die Zubereitung schon angesehen hat. Das Wiener Schnitzel hätte eine bessere Panade verdient bzw. war in der Mitte noch mit Reste von Fleischsehnen oder zumindest zähem Fleisch. Das Beef Tatar war dagegen absolut in Ordnung. Meine Vermutung ist, dass außerhalb der Saison vielleicht bei dem ein oder anderen Gericht der Durchlauf fehlt. Bei der Preisgestaltung ist also schon noch deutlich Luft nach oben...

Übersichtliche Karte, in der dennoch jeder Gast etwas findet. Anpassungswünsche wurden problemlos entgegen genommen und umgesetzt. Sehr leckere, hausgemachte Limonade (Mandarine-Kumquat)! Das Essen war für mich persönlich etwas zu stark gewürzt, ich mag es lieber "nüchtener".

Eines der wenigen Restaurants, in denen noch ein richtiger Koch einzigartige Gerichte zubereitet. Und trotzdem nicht teuerer als in allen anderen Gaststätten. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren im November das erste Mal bei Leddermann essen. Es war ein wundervoller Abend und zum Schluß gab es noch eine Fotosession mit dem Chef. Deswegen hatte ich für den 18.04.26 gleich wieder ein Tisch bestellt und es war wieder ein toller Abend. Zur Begrüßung hatten wir Sekt, Hauptgang und Nachspeise einen Super Service von allen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder Auch von uns eine Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten unter anderem Ochsenbäckchen, eine Kokossuppe und überbackenen Ziegenkäse bestellt. Alle 3 Gerichte haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Vor allem die Kokossuppe war sehr gut. Ein großer Wermutstropfen war, dass zu den Ochsenbäckchen, die sehr gut zubereitet waren, nicht selbstgemachte und sehr trockene Spätzle serviert wurden.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen im Leddermann. Wir essen gerne mal hier, weil man sich auf die Qualität des Essens verlassen kann. Es ist einfach immer sehr sehr gut, so auch heute. Der Personal war sehr aufmerksam und ist auch dann freundlich geblieben, als das Restaurant voll war. Wir haben schon den nächsten Tisch hier reserviert und werden den 70. Geburtstag meiner Mama hier feiern. Wir freuen uns schon drauf.

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen, meine Frau hatte den Zander auf rote Beete und Zuckerschoten was sensationell war .

Wir waren heute in diesem Restaurant, und waren sehr zufrieden. Der erste Weg, wie immer in Richtung WC . Dort war alles super sauber und sehr modern. Der Service im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Speicherkarte ist nicht zu groß, und trotzdem sollte für jeden was dabei sein. Wir waren mit unserem Essen sehr zufrieden. Ein sehr guter Wein zur Begleitung und zum Abschluss einen ausgezeichneten Gin. Dieser hätte allerdings ein angemesseneres schöneres Glas verdient. Das Ambiente ist eigentlich ganz schön, leidet aber für meinen Geschmack etwas an der übermäßigen Beleuchtung. Schirmlampen von der Decke würden den Raum gemütlicher wirken lassen und die weiße unansehnliche Raumdecke optisch verschwinden lassen. Das aber nur nebenbei. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren heute Abend mal wieder bei Leddermann essen. Es war super super lecker. Toller Service. Der Chef selbst brachte das Dessert und fragte, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Absolute Empfehlung!

Eine feste Größe für uns wenn wir hier in der Nähe sind.

Erste Mal war sehr lecker. Zweite mal war nicht so toll. Den Hähnchenburger werde ich nicht nochmal bestellen. Das Fleisch war gut, der Rest nicht mein Fall. Die Nudeln waren hingegen sehr lecker.

We ate dinner there. The service was a bit overwhelmed, despite the restaurant not being very busy. The food arrived in the wrong order, and there was no attempt to accommodate us. The food is okay, and the portions are large. However, it seems like they use a lot of convenience ingredients. Therefore, the price-performance ratio isn't quite right.

We were there for dinner for a bachelor party. We received a warm welcome, there was no prejudice, and the friendly staff were up for a joke or two. The food was fantastic; try the chicken burger!

We suddenly felt like going out to eat today and ended up at the Leddermann Restaurant. We received a friendly welcome and were accompanied throughout the evening. Our starters (I had chicken liver and Ronald steak tartare) were truly excellent. For the main course, we had pink-roasted duck breast and schnitzel. These also tasted delicious. I drank a glass of "Blanc de Noir" with my duck breast. The wine paired very well with the dish. For dessert, we were treated to an ice cream sundae, and I had the crème brûlée. Absolutely delicious! We really enjoyed our meal here and can recommend it.

Update from October 15, 2025: We were here again and would like to add to our previous review that the pasta is also perfect and that it's just as beautiful in autumn as it is in summer... Review from June 23, 2025: The burgers and bowl were perfectly prepared and simply delicious. The service was very attentive and also perfect. The price/performance ratio was excellent. And then there's a great view of Lake Müritz... what more could you want? Conclusion: We'd love to come back.

We were guided by the 4.6 Google stars and chose this restaurant – unfortunately, we were disappointed. The mineral water was produced and bottled in-house. The beef burger tasted completely bland, so I've had it far better many times. Even the bun was rubbish... €19.90 with some fries – unfortunately, it's not worth it. The Wiener schnitzel was completely greasy and breaded, and the fried potatoes were run-of-the-mill. The salad was good. A whopping €25 – unfortunately, it wasn't worth it either. We've had much tastier and cheaper options in Waren many times. What a shame...

The bar is set high! For those who don't want to read any further, Leddermann's is by far the best restaurant in Waren! As the winner of the Kabel1 series "My Local, Your Local," expectations for Leddermann's are pretty high. I received a very friendly welcome even without a reservation and was able to choose a nice table by the window with a view of the harbor. The dining room is sober and tastefully decorated. However, the music is quite loud and almost unpleasant. I had barely sat down when the very courteous waitress came over and handed me the menu, asking if I wanted a drink. To all of you reading this out there who work in this profession, that's the way it should be, and it's a real shame that you have to praise something like that these days, given all the untrained waiters... For an aperitif, I had a small French beer that was really delicious, what was it called again? 🤔🤔🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ Looking at the menu, it was small and fine, with little frills and bells. But please, don't present it in plastic wrap at this price range! I opted for the recommendation of the day: schnitzel with chanterelle mushrooms and fried potatoes, which I ordered crispy. Since there was no salad, I ordered the small side salad. The food came really quickly. The schnitzel was delicious, but at just under €26, I would have preferred it to be airier, so the chef could spend more time in the pan and show off his skills by tossing it around and around 😉 Fried potatoes, delicious with bacon and onions. But, soggy. Nothing crispy, almost too greasy... The salad, at just under €6, does one really have to buy it pre-washed from a package? Where is your honor as a chef? It's really no work, and brown edges are really unnecessary. With a 10% tip, I paid €51. You don't do this every day, and it really has to be perfect. Unfortunately, it wasn't... In conclusion, Leddermann is blind to the business. He's missing the opportunity to critically examine his work. He's the top dog in the harbor; no one can hold a candle to him. But at this price range, I simply expect more! Loud music, guest requests ignored, salad from a bag. Therefore, Leddermann has to lose 2 points here

We were very pleased here. We even had dinner there twice. We were lucky with the weather and were able to sit outside with a great view and enjoy the evening. It was very nice. Thanks to the entire team.

A nice restaurant at the harbor of Waren. We visted later in the evening while it was pretty full so it took a moment for the food to get to us but the food was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

5 stars for the chef, 1 star for the service. First, the positives: The food was high quality and the restaurant was neat and modern. The service was unfortunately the negative; we waited half an hour to order drinks, and then something was forgotten. Let's not even talk about the food. The servers were very slow and mostly didn't even look at the tables, even though the restaurant wasn't at full capacity. They even deliberately turned people away, even though there were still tables available inside. Since we were there long enough, we were able to observe this. The prices were certainly on the high side, but the portions were perhaps a bit too small (depending on the person). Generally, I would recommend the restaurant train its employees to be a bit more customer-oriented. Therefore, at this point, I unfortunately wouldn't recommend going there for a leisurely meal.

From starter to dessert, everything is delicious and prepared with love and skill!

May 2022: We knew the Leddermann restaurant from TV. This time we decided to visit and made a reservation (highly recommended). Our four-legged friend was also allowed in. 👍 Very busy during the season, especially in the evenings. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered the two burgers (chicken and Black Angus). The best burgers we've ever eaten. The prices are totally reasonable for what's on offer. We will definitely repeat next year. 5 stars overall 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Addendum August 2025: The staff has completely changed. Unfortunately. The tone no longer corresponds to the upscale standard, more like that of a mediocre restaurant. Curious: The foreign service is taciturn but friendly. One German waiter lounges on the bar and drums on it. The manners and tone are more reminiscent of a pub than haute cuisine. We had duck breast and teriyaki chicken burgers. The duck breast was excellent, the snow peas were too firm. The burger was only lukewarm, and the chicken was very limp. Here, too, there was a change in the wrong direction. No one asked if we were satisfied. A comment about the food was ignored without comment. What a pity. It used to be a top-notch restaurant. Only the ambiance hasn't changed. This review is based solely on our impressions and experiences. We won't be visiting this restaurant again in the future.

The food at this restaurant is always good. Reservations are recommended, especially in summer and on weekends. The only downside is that the prices are quite steep.

Top-notch restaurant in a fantastic location overlooking Waren harbor. We had a lovely outdoor seating area, which is highly recommended in the summer. The burgers were OK, although I've had better. The wild salmon was excellent. The Wiener Schnitzel was also excellent. Besides the location, the restaurant's most impressive feature is its incredibly friendly service. They deserve five stars!

When you could sit outside, we thought it was nice. Inside, the ambiance is certainly a matter of taste, but we didn't like it. The food was okay, and the service was good and friendly.

I was here again today for the first time in three years, and they're still the best ox cheeks in my restaurant rankings 😉 I would have loved another piece, that would be my only criticism. A little more would have been fine for the price, as that one piece wasn't particularly much, but it still tasted really good 😄

The food was good, but nothing special. Unfortunately, neither the tagliatelle nor the spaghetti were cooked in salted water. You can't add salt to pasta. The pepper mushrooms had no taste; probably because the pasta and chanterelles were heated in a pan, and then the pesto was added. Unfortunately, they were very bland. The chanterelle mushrooms in the potato and vegetable pan were delicious, thanks to the use of pepper and salt. Unfortunately, the burgers came with untoasted buns and pre-made fafale. Very disappointing. We expected something different in that price range. The service was friendly, but very uncertain. All in all, a 3.5.

Main courses were good, dessert ok, prices quite high, service very good.

Unfortunately, the expectations raised by the reviews for the food were not met. It was probably decent without that certain something. We had the duck breast and a punch. We started with focaccia bread for two (you can really save yourself the trouble). And the drinks menu, advertised in large letters in the entrance area, was no longer available! Maybe we'll try it a second time, but Waren offers a few other alternatives that we won't try yet.

Beautiful location right on the waterfront. The food was excellent. The decor was simple and austere. The service didn't live up to the online description of the exquisite restaurant. The possibly humorous attitude and the remark "Did you blow out the candle?" didn't strike me as funny at all. I know how to behave in public spaces!

The asparagus soup was terrible. No asparagus to be seen. It was warmed up whipped cream with apple cubes soaked in curry. The hamburger was prefab and downright disgusting. Despite the fact that we had made a reservation, we were placed in the passage to the toilet. When we said something about that, they indicated that the other tables were also reserved. However, the tables remained empty the entire time we were there.

During a two-day stay in Waren, I reserved a table in good time for dinner at the Leddermann Restaurant and found it to be a very good decision. Arriving to perfect weather, I vacated the indoor table and took a seat outside. With a view of the city harbor, I ordered drinks and perused the menu. The drink selection is thoroughly impressive, and a fine gin and tonic after dinner rounded off the evening in a relaxed manner. The reporter opted for braised ox cheek with port wine sauce, creamed savoy cabbage, and roasted onion and mashed potatoes. My companion chose the pulled pork burger with fries. Both dishes were perfectly prepared and a delight. The value for money in terms of food and drinks is fair. All service staff are customer-oriented and attentive to guests. You don't have to wait long for another drink order. The service staff come by themselves and ask about any further requests. Hats off to them! The interior is very tastefully designed. The furniture on the terrace is also attractive and of high quality (no wobbly tables or chairs!!!). The reporter and his companion 100% recommend the Leddermann Restaurant and will reserve again on their next visit to Waren.

There was a good selection of lunch dishes, and the food (burgers and schnitzel) was delicious. However, we found the price a bit high for the meal. The cake is highly recommended!

Why, after initially offering you free seating, would the waitress want to banish you back to the sunny hell of a table for two, even though almost all the tables were free during our stay (even for four people, in the shade, and with a beautiful view). I had to emphatically state twice that I would not leave my chosen table under any circumstances. The food was good, the view was beautiful, and the atmosphere inside was pleasant. It's just a shame that the staff are poorly trained, if at all.

The service was very good. It's rare these days for waiters to be so friendly. My husband had steak, and I had fish. Both were delicious. 😋 The pictures are of the dessert, beautifully garnished and very tasty. 😎

We used the to-go pickup service and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly from the time we ordered over the phone to the time we picked it up. The food was still hot even after a short journey. A big plus: the packaging was NOT made of aluminum trays or polystyrene boxes, but rather what appeared to be sugarcane boxes. This not only protected the environment but also preserved the quality of the fries, which were still nice and crispy. The wide selection of dishes on the to-go menu made it difficult to choose, as there are so many, including some unusual, dishes. The prices are appropriate for the quality of the food and ingredients, and the value is very good. We would be happy to get another delicious dinner at Leddermann.

Anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages am 24.5. waren wir in diesem tollen Restaurant. Wir hatten vorher natürlich einen Tisch reserviert, das war auch gut so. Unser Tisch am Fenster war liebevoll eingedeckt . Die Mitarbeiter waren alle überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Ein großes Lob auch an die Küche ! Es hat uns ausgezeichnet geschmeckt ! Vielen Dank!

There were five of us with one child in the restaurant. The food and service were very good. The portions were well sized and tasted on point. We would like to spend another nice evening there. Pasta tartar salad and ox cheeks were eaten.

Kurztrip nach Waren an die Müritz, da sollen auch Leib und Seele nicht zu kurz kommen. Daher fix im Voraus (empfohlen) einen Tisch im Leddermann‘s reserviert. Freundliche Begrüßung durch das geschulte, freundliche und auf Zack agierende Personal - und schon geht es los mit dem Studium der interessanten Karte. Vorneweg eine frische Spargelcreme-Suppe mit Apfel-Chutney (echt richtig gut), danach der US Black Beef Burger im Briochebrötchen, mit Trüffel Jalapeño Majonaise, Cheddar Käse, Bacon, Zwiebel und Feldsalat (👍) bzw. gebratenenes Wildschwein Rückensteak mit Bärlauch Senfkruste auf Speckbohnen mit Bratkartoffeln…..(perfekt zubereitet, zart rosa serviert, ein Träumchen). Dazu guten Shiraz aus Südafrika (Skaapveld), so kann man einen interessanten Abend ausklingen lassen. Zur Nachspeise für meine Traumfrau ein Creme Brûlée (mit die beste, die wir bisher bekommen haben). . Resümee: Gute, qualitativ hochwertige Speisen, in schönem Ambiente. Tatsächlich nicht überteuert, für mich echt fair. Hier macht der Chef (kocht selber) einen aussergewöhnlichen Job. Echt klasse, würde ich immer wieder empfehlen oder besuchen wenn sich die Situation ergibt.

We weren't that thrilled! High price range, cheap Ikea crockery and nothing fits together properly, the salad wasn't fresh. We won't be coming back.

For our part, we can absolutely recommend this restaurant. I was able to reserve a table for five people there at short notice. We were in this restaurant for the first time and were very impressed, very good atmosphere, very nice and attentive staff, the tables were not so close together, we really liked that, you know it from other restaurants where everything is close together, less is often more. The food was also very tasty, next time we are in Waren we will definitely stop there again.

We had a wonderful evening for my 60th birthday at Leddermann. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was simply delicious, with a variety of special variations. The restaurant also offers relaxed acoustics, and the tables aren't crowded together. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return on my next visit to Waren.

Very nice, modern restaurant in a beautiful location at the harbor. He was very friendly and attentive from start to finish without seeming intrusive. The food was very good in quantity and quality. The only small drawback was that it had to be seasoned a bit. But better than over-spiced. Coffee cakes were also very good afterwards. I had amazing service and food from this restaurant. They were very friendly and have labeled vegan options. The options are not many but the options that they have are extremely delicious so I didn't feel like I was missing out. Plus the menu is in of itself is super huge anyway. This results in really good fresh food being cooked to order. I had the vegan plate which included delicious grilled vegetables and potatoes and rosemary. It sounds simple, but I love the fact that it wasn't very oily at all. In fact, it was perfectly oiled. Just enough but not too much to make you sick. And the food was so fresh and delicious. It was such a pleasure to eat. It tasted farm to table. Very good quality! Then I also had the side salad that came with it and it was delicious. Fresh greens and tomatoes and sprouts along with a very nice light dressing. It was not drenched at all. And I appreciated that their side salad included other things besides just lettuce. It was filling and made with love. The greens were good as were the other things that were in it. Then for dessert I had their delicious tapioca dessert that was completely vegan. They add fruit to it as well as a cookie crumble. I actually just like the cookie crumble with the tapioca but either way it was delicious and not overly sweet. Everything was perfect including everybody's service. They were so helpful and friendly and didn't get annoyed with my German which is not that great, they also spoke English. Highly recommend. I didn't get a chance to actually stay at the restaurant to enjoy the views, but it's in a great location. Pro tip: there's a sauna right next door that you can buy a day pass for. Do it!

Unfortunately a point deducted because the order took a long time. There were simply not enough staff for the crowd. A little inflexible when it came to moving tables. Were a group of 9 people. Couldn't sit together. But the cake was very tasty and so were the drinks. Cafe is right on the water. Toilets clean and large. But I would go again.

Beautiful restaurant with a great location. The service was very friendly and the food was truly delicious. A definite recommendation.

The food was disappointing, and the prices were completely unjustified. The pasta was overcooked and tasted of nothing. The beef burger was mediocre at best, and the fries were absolutely bland. It's a shame. The service, however, was very friendly.
