As a potential new customer, I wanted to order several meals to pick up by phone, as advertised on the website. There was a rude, extremely unfriendly woman on the phone who didn't even answer properly and understandably, so I had to ask whether I was also connected to the “Alte Rentkammer” restaurant. Since it was my first time ordering there, I had a question about the food and the pickup date. It was all too much for the lady on the phone and she was extremely annoyed. She just answered abruptly and unfriendly and said that we should eat in the restaurant and not come to pick it up. When I wanted to say something about it, she said we didn't need to eat at this restaurant and hung up. Shameless, unfriendly, customers are alienated here instead of won. This lady has definitely missed her job…. Absolutely not recommended!! In any case, I and those around me will not visit this store!

We were here with eight people and sat at a table. We weren't politely told that eight plates wouldn't fit on one table, but rather that we should be happy that six people could sit at "this" table. Two people have to go! Yeah then not!!!!

Since I live nearby, I go there quite regularly. There is always delicious food and very tasty cocktails there. The service staff are always friendly and are always available for a little verbal, fun exchange. Reservations are recommended on weekend evenings.

Nice restaurant with a terrace. Everything was renovated by the new owner and transformed into an impressive ambience. Just the wine wall when you come in is great. Rump steak with herb butter, fries and salad: Rump steak as tender as I've ever had anywhere else, cooking point medium perfectly, fries super crispy but not hard, salad beautifully presented and with a very tasty dressing. Service and boss very nice and accommodating, prices absolutely reasonable. There could only be a little more parking space, but that in no way reduces the 5 stars. We recommend!

The Schmackofatz burger 🍔 with sweet potato fries, sour cream dip and coleslaw. Something different. See photo. 🥰 Mega. But there really is something on the menu for every taste. Cocktails are great too! Even those without alcohol! 🍹🍸 The prices are okay too. You always state what you spent here. This is a little higher, as cocktails and coffee or dessert are usually included. 😉

A great ambience in venerable walls. Inexpensive and tasty menus. It's really worth stopping here!
