A very nice Greek restaurant in the heart of Weilburg. Good portions, a sufficient selection of different dishes, everything was very tasty, they easily accommodated small special requests, and the staff was consistently very attentive, quick, and super friendly!

Everything is great and wonderful, everything is perfect.

I was invited for Christmas lunch. The food is great, the Hera plate brought the taste of Greece to me. The service is great, the owners are kind, they pay attention to everything. It is located on the main square of Weilburg. It is worth booking a table in advance

We were very pleased, but unfortunately, due to the large number of guests, we had to wait a while for our drinks and food. The service was very friendly and the food was very good.

The food was great. Afterwards, we were asked if we'd like another espresso or dessert. After the seventh order, the server had to ask the owner if it was even possible... unfortunately, the owner decided it wasn't and the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes. Good service looks different when you're serving 20 people...

We came here for a birthday celebration and felt very welcome from the start. We especially appreciated being allowed to bring our own cake – that's not always the case. The owners are incredibly warm and attentive; you can immediately tell that hospitality is truly a way of life here. The food was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. A thoroughly enjoyable evening, and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic! Huge portions and fairly priced. I was more than full. Unfortunately, the ouzo costs extra; I'm used to it being charged differently. I'd gladly come again if I'm in the area.

We went there with our children for a meal, we were very impressed with the food, the children also had something delicious from the children's menu, everyone was satisfied, we will gladly come again.

My mom and I discovered this place by chance today, and it's by far the best Greek restaurant in the area. The schnitzel, tzatziki, salad, and gyro are all delicious. (We haven't tried the rest yet.) This won't be the last time we're there, and it's well worth the 40-kilometer drive.

You can enjoy excellent Greek food here. We came spontaneously without a reservation and still got a seat. Good service, we'd be happy to go back.

It's a good thing we had made a reservation for our group of four. Very friendly welcome and service. The wait for the appetizer and then for the main course was reasonable—not too long, but not too short either. We enjoyed the food. We'll be happy to come back on our next visit to Weilburg.

Very delicious food, not just Greek. The grilled liver, turkey steaks, schnitzel with fried egg, and tilapia fillet were all excellent; the fries were crispy, and the salad was also good. The prices are reasonable, and the seating is quite comfortable. The interior may be a bit older, but it has charm and has been spruced up a bit with Greek details. You can also enjoy your meal at the seating area in the market square. The staff is friendly, and the food came quickly.

Hospitality is truly a top priority here. Despite the restaurant being full and several people in attendance, we still managed to get a seat. The service is warm and friendly, with a lovely outdoor area. The food, including the salad and salad dressing, was excellent. Following a recommendation, we ordered a mocha to finish off the meal; it was delicious and I highly recommend it. We'd be happy to come back. Thank you for a lovely evening.

While passing through Weilburg, we came across the Poseidon restaurant and were delighted! Welcoming staff, warm and clean room (just like the toilets). Tasty and hearty dishes for a reasonable price. Very good experience.

As a tourist here in Weilburg. A quick bite to eat before the concert and I can only say it was super delicious. Super friendly. Any time. And the portions are more than sufficient and everything is fresh.

There were signs outside saying the restaurant was open and it wasn't open

We were on vacation in Weilburg during the Easter holidays and wanted to have both lunch and dinner at the Poseidon restaurant on a Tuesday. There were advertising boards on the market square and according to the website, only Monday is marked as a day of rest. We stood in front of closed doors at lunchtime and in the evening, without any notice!!! This is absolutely not tourist friendly, unprofessional and rude! It's better not to go to Weilburg and go to Poseidon!!!

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. My food was served completely burnt and was therefore inedible. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is also not right here. The restaurant smelled strongly like an old chip shop - unfortunately not recommended overall.

I went to Poseidon for lunch with two colleagues on Saturday and ordered a grilled platter for three people. What can I say? It was simply delicious. I definitely recommend it; if I'm in the area again, I'll be happy to come back. Thank you very much.

Today (while passing through), we visited Weilburg and had dinner at the Poseidon Restaurant. The service was very friendly and attentive. The tzatziki starter and the zeus plate with eggplant (vegan) were delicious and plentiful. Good value for money, definitely recommend it!

I've been there several times. The food tastes really good, the price/performance ratio is really great and the service is excellent. I can recommend it without hesitation, you can't go wrong with it!

Great, partly really authentic Greek cuisine. It brings back memories of vacations in Greece away from the tourist hotspots. Attentive, friendly staff from the Cefin to the service. The appetizer platter, lamb chops, fish, liver, everything was excellently prepared. We personally found the portions a bit too big, but everything can be packed up to take away.

I treated myself to gyros with bifteki☺️. A very, very tasty dish👍🏻. Only the gyros was quite finely cut and difficult to eat. It would have been perfect if it were a little coarser♥️. The food, ambience and the friendly service make a visit there a real little short vacation in Greece🤗.

Today was my first visit, but not my last!! Very, VERY good food with really large portions and a more than fair price!! I would particularly like to highlight the girls from the service: I have rarely been served so kindly, courteously and charmingly, even if we came with a very small and a medium-small child. The little stinker in particular really set the mood halfway through the meal, but the girls politely ignored him and interacted very nicely with the children. The portions, which were already quite large, were not made and I was immediately offered to pack up the leftovers for later consumption... I think it's great! And another tip: if you are recommended the beetroot carpaccio: take it, it's really great!!! Thank you for eating with you today, I can only quote Arnold Schwarzenegger: I'll be back :)

Very cozy restaurant with super friendly service. Fast service and delicious food, large portions. Clean toilets and wheelchair accessible.

Stable. Gyros smelled strange, but there was some kind of spice that I didn't like, the meat was ok, the service too and you didn't have to wait too long and sat reasonably comfortably thanks to the back cushions. You can do it, you can go there.

We were there for lunch with 14 people ranging in age from 3 to 84. Everything was perfect. The food was hot and plentiful. The waitresses were nice, courteous and responded to all requests. Unfortunately, we overestimated our appetite and had some leftovers from the starters in the main course. These were packed for us without any problems so that we could take them with us. We have to travel a little further, but we will be happy to come back.

We had lunch with a group at their place today. I honestly don't understand the negative comments that have been made about your restaurant!! We were all super satisfied and the food tasted great!! We all went home happy. We would be happy to come back 😊

Absolutely recommended. Just ate here without pre-ordering. Get one of the coveted tables after a minimal wait. The food was incredibly good, the service was lightning fast and everyone was extremely friendly. Many a restaurateur could learn a lesson from the top quality of the organization. Satisfied guests are the best advertising.

Eigenlijk, ik durf het haast niet te schrijven, het slechtste Griekse restaurant die wij ooit bezocht hebben. Te duur voor de kwaliteit. Droog vlees, proefde alsof het 3x opgewarmd is geweest. Absoluut niet om aan te bevelen. Verder zal ik maar niks schrijven, maar voor ons nooit weer.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Bread crunchy and, even in October, with fruit flies. Greek salad rather tasteless, not good, well-bought vegetables. Salad in the middle is just leaf lettuce with a sugary tube sauce and a small piece of watery tomato and cucumber. Main course waiting time was >45 minutes and mostly cooked dry. Very disappointing!

If you would like to eat good, rich and cheap Greek food, this is the right place for you. They know what they're doing there. Poseidon is highly recommended.

Ordered an appetizer platter. This was very rich but unfortunately 90% of everything was fried with a thick breading, so that everything actually tasted the same and was heavy in the stomach. We've had delicious appetizer platters with a great variety, coleslaw, taramosch and many different dips and fresh ingredients from other Greeks. This was minimalist in Poseidon. It was rather disappointing, a shame, we actually wanted to test the place for a celebration - so we'll have to keep looking
