Tandoori Palace Weilburg in Weilburg

Even though people here are surprised if you only order vegetarian food (vegetarians tend to do that), the selection of vegetarian dishes was decent. We enjoyed the food. The staff is nice and friendly. Since the weather was nice, we were able to sit outside, so we can't comment on the inside. We'll definitely be back.

The food is super delicious, and the chef's recommendations are truly spot-on. I highly recommend the mixed grill with shrimp, lamb, two different marinated chickens, and rice. It's worth the trip; I've rarely eaten so well, and the value for money is excellent. The service is very friendly and quick. Definitely worth a visit!

I had the chance to try the food at Tandoori Palace yesterday at a city festival. So, unfortunately, I can't comment on the service and ambiance in the restaurant, but the food is absolutely outstanding and the people incredibly friendly and welcoming! I definitely recommend it!

Located in the heart of the old town, you can sit outside in nice weather. After a bit of a wait, you'll be served a very tasty meal, and the service is friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the interior isn't wheelchair accessible, but with a little help, you can easily negotiate the 2-3 steps in the entrance area.

Hervorragende authentische Küche, die Lust darauf macht, bei einem erneuten Besuch in den Genuss weiterer dieser sehr gut abgestimmten und sehr lecker schmeckenden Gerichte zu kommen. Hier wird der Gast sehr wertgeschätzt und freundlich willkommen geheißen. Die Gerichte werden einem gut erklärt und man kann zwischen verschiedenen Schärfen wählen. Jeder Geschmack sollte hier mehrfach auf seine Kosten kommen. Neben den Hauptgerichten ist auch die gute und abwechslungsreiche Getränkeauswahl hervorzuheben. Zum Nachtisch sind besonders die Milchklößchen mit Vanillesoße - abgerundet mit einem leckeren Chai - zu empfehlen. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig angemessen.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen. Ich habe selten einen so aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service erlebt. Sehr gut fanden wir die extra Kinder Karte. Wir hatten die gemischte Platte einmal mit und einmal ohne Fleisch und waren begeistert vom Geschmack. Immer gerne wieder! Tipp: reservieren, als wir das Restaurant besucht haben, war es restlos gefüllt.

We wanted to try Indian cuisine for the first time. Totally delicious and highly recommended. We didn't make a reservation, but a table was prepared for us🫠We felt like we were at home because the food is similar to Azerbaijani taste🤌🏽😊For 2 We paid 48.30 euros per person. It's a shame that I couldn't order dessert because I was very full😂 Only drinks can be offered a little larger. Many greetings from Azerbaijan!

We stayed in Weilburg for 7 days to just relax. In these 7 days we ate at the Indian Palace a total of four times because everything was TOP, from the welcome to the payment. The welcome was absolutely heartfelt and the service was professional and warm from the start. The food was incredibly delicious, you could tell that the love of cooking was incorporated into every single dish we ate over the course of the day. There are varied dishes on the menu that even every vegan can find something to like. Fresh products are used and processed to a high quality. We will have to travel an hour ourselves so that we can be pampered with culinary delights again. MANY THANKS TO THE INDIAN PALACE WEILBURG SIMPLY TOP! 👍

Yesterday we spontaneously went to the Tandoori Palace and got a table for two people. I am very impressed with the service, we had to wait a bit due to a large number of guests and got naan with dips on the house. The guests are taken care of but it is unobtrusive. But now about the food: I went to a few Indian restaurants. But I ate by far the tastiest sauce with vegetables and paneer (because vegetarian) that there is. Balanced taste, full-bodied, rich, creamy, somewhat reminiscent of daal, balanced seasoning, mild spiciness, you could spoon it out and dip it and in general... my husband had chicken tikka masala and was also very enthusiastic... home made kitchen in perfection... it was there me not the last time

A very tasty Indian restaurant. We've been there 3 times now and it's always been delicious. Once with an Indian work colleague who also praised the taste. Inside it is rustic/cozy furnished. If the weather is nice you can also sit outside. The Garlic Naan and Butter Chicken are particularly recommended. There is also a wide selection of typical Indian dishes. We are currently trying out the menu and have not been disappointed yet. Definitely recommended :)

There is absolutely nothing wrong here. By far the best Indian food around. I feel like I've eaten the menu up and down several times and am absolutely thrilled every time. My wife and I really, really enjoy being here. The Tandoori Palace is definitely our number 1 stop. In addition to the outstanding food, the service and the wonderful family and their staff are an absolute showcase when it comes to service and hospitality. Ich saß leider 15 Minuten im Restaurant, in dem sich außer mir noch eine 4-köpfige Familie aufhielt, ohne dass ich bedient wurde. Es befanden sich 4 Servicepersonen im Restaurant, die es nicht schafften, mich wenigstens schon einmal nach den Getränken zu fragen. Ich bin dann aufgestanden und gegangen. Selbst das wurde gekonnt ignoriert. Sehr Schlecht.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen spontan zum Abendessen gekommen, es wurden uns vom Chef persönlich 3 Tische im Aussenbereich zusammen gestellt. Das Essen war hervorragend, ebenso der Mango-Lassi. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Preise waren für die heutige Zeit noch sehr moderat. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend und werden bestimmt beim nächsten Besuch in Weilburg noch einmal wiederkommen.

A trip took us to Weilburg again and it was clear that we would again have a delicious Indian meal at the Tandoori Palace. There is a great selection of dishes at fair prices. Beautifully prepared and served by the friendly and attentive hosts. This time the cheese naan convinced us. Everything else was also very tasty 😋. You can sit well inside and outside. We are already looking forward to the next time.

We've heard a lot about the shop and wanted to try it out. Indian cuisine is so diverse and has many facets when it comes to seasoning and variation. We particularly liked the friendliness of the boss right from the start. The dal soup was very creamy and delicious. The butter chicken and chicken tikka masala were super tasty and perfectly seasoned. The spiciness was very well balanced (European but authentically Indian). We will certainly stop here more often. In addition to the Edo, the second restaurant whose quality you would not expect in the now unfortunately desolate Weilburg. Rather inconspicuous from the outside, it's worth opening the door. The restaurant is surprisingly spacious, so you can always find a nice spot. Very tasty food, nice staff, fair prices.
