We only slipped in because we missed the bus and it was pouring rain. Our table was covered in crumbs and the only tea available (black tea) was not tasty.

Each pizza is also available as a “Pinsa” upon request. Plus a salad with a homemade dressing. Or schnitzel with fresh peppers. Or fresh mushrooms. Or Mediterranean fish. Everything is “to the point”. Everything is fresh and made with a lot of love. And for dessert? Homemade tiramisu? Homemade Tartufo? And all of this at an unbeatable price/performance ratio! As I said: “The world is a guest of friends”. Dear friends of Mediterranean food, just go to Beni. Let yourself be enchanted by the extremely warm southern hospitality. Try the authentic dishes and feel at home with Italian friends. In short: a “short vacation” with Italian friends at a really very fair price.

Funny... Andreas Baier's assessment corresponds exactly to how we experienced it. We were there last year, everything was good, now we won't be coming anymore, unfortunately the evening was a complete disappointment for us, so we decided to have dessert somewhere else... The location, a vaulted cellar, has a special atmosphere. In our case the service was slow, inattentive, dry and uncharming - for example, I ended up going to the bar myself to get a beer... The cheese fondue - the first: about 1cm of oil floated on top, went back, but in the second pot it was also very oily...

Been there for the second time, by invitation. The prices for drinks are excessive, but the portions have been smaller. In a Hessian cultural restaurant I don't expect burgers, but typical Hessian cuisine. For example, the baked blood sausage with egg and bread makes the famous “Heaven and Earth”. Then I could well imagine a Hessian potato soup, vegetarian and perhaps with sausage. Conclusion: I won't be coming back.

waren 9 personen, nur noch 2 bacon-burger da, nehme dann den chicken-burger. chicken in stücken paniert - unmöglich! langweilig, nicht gut. würde empfehlen es als pulled burger zu machen oder wenn nicht, dann als ganzes brüstchen, aber auf keinen fall panieren und noch ne scheibe bacon drauf legen, damit das ding ein wenig pfiff bekommt.

We had seats in the very tastefully furnished, cozy vaulted cellar. Very attentive service staff, the food was excellent, lots of choice.

The tables are a bit small for all the delicious tapas that are available here. In some cases, prefabricated goods are obviously used, which doesn't affect the taste but prevents the fifth star. Nevertheless: You sit in the right atmosphere and eat well. Has its price. But definitely recommended.

Unfortunately very disappointing - the mixed platter was unfortunately different than advertised, some things were missing, the food was surprisingly bland and lukewarm for Indian food. The service was obviously overwhelmed, no idea about wine, red wine too cold.
