I can't recommend it more, both pizzas were simply burnt. You can see it before you pack it up for the customer... Waited 40 minutes for a burnt margarita pizza... you don't send something like that!! By the way, ordered several times and something was always wrong.

Delicious çiğköfte and very friendly service. I usually get a çiğköfte on the house while waiting 😊

Former work colleague who has been making not only the best pizza in Hanau for almost 10 years.... I can only recommend it 🍕👍

I ordered a pizza, it was simply horrible, the small pizza cost €10.50 and was a Lidl pizza that you can buy and there are even 3 pieces in there and taste better than the ones they sell

The food is always delicious, I've been there several times and had two meals to choose from. I think the atmosphere is pleasant and not too loud

ACHTUNG Abzock-Laden!!! Berechnen San Pellegrino Wasser dabei ist es Saskia Wasser vom Lidl! Das Essen miserabel. Tiefkühlpizza schmeckt besser. Die Schnitzel würde nicht mal ein verhungerter Hund essen. Die Toilette absolut unhygenisch und stinken extrem nach Urin. Der Geschäftsführer von dem Laden sehr unfreundlich, emotionslos, sehr schlecht deutschsprachig. Aber abkassieren kann der. Die Angestellten können garkein Deutsch und wissen nicht mal was die servieren! Sich mit einem italienischen Namen zu schmücken "Al Castello" ist eine Schande!!! Wer Bauchschmerzen möchte ist dort an der richtigen Adresse!!! Macht den Drecksladen dicht!!!!

The night and dinner started off well, however when my friend found plastic in her dish and mentioned that to the waiter along with the commend that the meal was nice but she was irritated that the restaurant used canned mushrooms instead of fresh ones, we were ignored for the rest of the evening. Would not recommend neither food nor service at this place.

Waste of money Food doesn't taste good at all, it's getting worse and worse. Orders are incorrect despite repeated explanations. Take a very long time to deliver. Supplier never finds the address and complains to us about it. Suppliers and staff, whether on the phone or in the store, always seem to be in a bad mood and are unfriendly.

Mostly really good food!! Most of the suppliers are also super nice. It's simply my favorite restaurant where I order because no other restaurant is better and, above all, as friendly as the staff!!! If I could I would give it 20 stars🥰🫶🏼

Again and again someone who tries to deliver a larger order (company) says ... "I don't understand any German" and then adds 5 or 10 euros and hopes that he can fool someone. Such a pathetic thing!!!! Really pathetic.

Es fehlen regelmäßig bestellte und bezahlte Produkte zum Mitnehmen. Ebenso fehlen Soßen zu den bestellten Produkten. Eine Restaurantbewertung bei BK ist ebenfalls nicht möglich, da die Restaurantnummer #14158 nicht erkannt wird.

I give one star because unfortunately you can't give 0 stars.!!! Every time you have to wait 2 hours for the food!!!!!
