We ordered 6 pizzas for a larger group and ordered them well in advance. When the pizzas arrived we were all shocked. All pizzas were cold, with terrible toppings, and the dough was so thin that the toppings flowed down and you could see through them. It wasn't even proven to be something to behold. I've never seen pizzas like this before. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING! 70 EUROS THROWN AWAY.

For me personally the best kebab in Hanau, the meat is amazing. I can only recommend eating here

I am completely satisfied. I often order from Mevlana here and there and am happy with the service and especially that the delivery person has a smile on his face, no matter what time of day it is. I also think the food is very tasty. Thanks! :)

Doner kebab was okay, but the guy charged us 4 euros too much and didn't want to give us a bill. In the end he put a 50ct piece on the counter, after which we didn't feel like arguing anymore and left.

Waited 1.5 hours to order, food was almost cold, I took a photo of the pizza...there are only 9 or 10 pieces of sucuk...they could try a little more ;) but anyway, as I said, it was cold and none of it tasted good...I had more expected! 40 euro order!

I ordered the food before the football game (at 5 p.m.), it's just 7 p.m. and the food still hasn't been delivered. And we're talking about THREE Dürüm kebabs that really don't last forever. After a call at 7:05 p.m. it was reported that the driver was in Offenbach. Why the hell are you sending the driver to Offenbach??? The food arrives late 🤦🏽‍♂️. My tip to everyone is to think about what you would like to eat for breakfast and then order it so that it is delivered in time for dinner. New employees have recently been there and apparently things haven't been going smoothly since then. This store is also removed from the employer's delivery list. Edit: 09/07/24 Was there again yesterday because it is near the hospital and is still open after midnight. But I have to say price performance. Technically it's actually a catastrophe. For a chicken Dürüm pepperoni and a drink €11.50 I think it's a lot, especially because of the below average quality. For me it was definitely the last time. I think there are new people working now and they haven't enriched the shop.

Horror, incompetent staff. Completely screwed up and just lying. Waited 2 hours for the food to be canceled. Meanwhile we called twice and our food would be there in 5 minutes. It couldn't be dirtier. Money hasn't come back yet. I can only warmly advise against it. Absolute foolishness!

Food sometimes tastes good, sometimes bad. Unfortunately, the hygiene in the store is substandard. The fries from 3 weeks ago are still under the seating in the back corner. There is no cleaning here, it's just disgusting!🤢

Unfortunately disappointed. Instead of "real" spinach, there is apparently thawed blubber spinach on the pide. Not that it wasn't tasty, but I would have expected real spinach leaves... The tomato salad itself is also delicious, but apart from the oil ordered, it's completely unseasoned... What a shame.

Once and never again! Ordered pizza, half of the ingredients were missing! Doner kebab ordered with chicken, 3/4 cabbage salad and other things and meat as good as nothing! Calling doesn't help at all! The boss understands nothing and sees nothing! I would never rather be hungry in the evening than order mutt food like this.

Hello... we ordered a kebab pizza that we wanted to eat for two! Unfortunately, despite our request, we got the sauce in a separate container and the sauce on the pizza... which isn't all that bad because we then said we would like a new one... But unfortunately from that point on we became very rude treated! 1. We had almost no meat on the pizza and 2. my colleague (who wanted the can separately) wasn't allowed to have any sauce... Never come back. The first time I was there and it was also the last time. Pizza for €13 was not prepared correctly. No problem, but the second time we got much less meat and again it was cooked incorrectly 😂 The meat was also bad and generally far from edible food. Incredibly unfriendly staff and not a really clean place either. Next time I'll give this shop a wide berth. Not recommendable.

I find the Mevlana staff more than 3 years ago much friendlier than the staff today. The prices are extremely expensive. I wanted ketchup with my fries and had to pay exactly €0.50 for such a small 20ml packet of ketchup. When I asked why this wasn't included with the fries, I was answered very cheekily: "Have you ever been to Mc'Donalds, you also pay €0.50 there. So I can really only advise you not to eat here. So unfriendly .. If the ketchup was free, he would have gotten more and a tip, even if it only cost €0.25, but €0.50 for 20ml NO NAME ketchup (not an original Heinz) EXTREMELY NAUGHTY!

I am completely disappointed with the salad I ordered for 10 euros. Despite my clear request not to add onions due to an intolerance, I received both light and dark onions in the salad. I've never seen such a loveless salad. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I received the wrong pizza via Lieferando. When I called to correct this, they took away my right to correct it. I always gave tips and was a regular customer, now I will never order from you again without being disrespectful!

The taste of the doner kebab is quite different from the ones in Turkey, the children did not eat it because they poured sauce on it.

Not recommended, I waited two hours for a kebab and a pizza. When they arrived they were cold and soggy. My extra comments were ignored! Price 28€ + 2.50€ tip is an outrage for me 😤

Largest poop shop in all of Hanau. Forgets half of it, promises that it will be delivered later and of course nothing is delivered later. Oh and the delivery took about 2 hours.

Waste of money Food doesn't taste good at all, it's getting worse and worse. Orders are incorrect despite repeated explanations. Take a very long time to deliver. Supplier never finds the address and complains to us about it. Suppliers and staff, whether on the phone or in the store, always seem to be in a bad mood and are unfriendly.

Convenient kebab serving good affordable food. Seemed to have nice desserts options, but was not hungry enough to try them. There's not much seating inside. Staff was helpful, though you can't pay small quantities by credit card.

It doesn't even deserve one star. Potatoes were burnt and cold. Cola is hot. There was a wrap and kebab sandwich, but it wasn't written as a sandwich. If you're really hungry after a party on the weekend, go to Mevlana, there are better kebabs but none until 5 a.m open has respect

Very friendly employees. The food tastes very tasty. The kebab meat in particular tastes very tasty here, our favorite sauce is the garlic sauce, which has an unbeatable taste. Delivery times are completely acceptable and the drivers are also very friendly. Overall, this is our new favorite kebab shop in Hanau.

The delivery driver has absolutely no idea how to read a map and is disrespectful. He was 250 meters from the address and had a bad posture. Instead of admitting his mistake, he accuses me of giving a wrong address. Extremely disrespectful.

We went here for something to eat at 2am. We ordered two freshly made lahmacun. And it really tasted delicious. Definitely order the Lahmacun

It's simply ridiculous how you are treated here as a customer, the delivery person clearly can't read and parks at number 1 instead of 7 and said he was using the wrong tone when talking to my girlfriend! It's an absolute shame to do something like that!!! And when you order, if you take a kebab box with rice and then get it with fries without saying anything, I think it's really cheeky!!! This was definitely our last order here!!!

I would prefer to give no star at all. Ordered by phone and was told the delivery time wouldn't take longer than 40 minutes. The order came after 1 1/2 hours. Cold and wrong. Half was missing. Hairs on the pizza. After calling again, they were so unfriendly on the phone. Didn't accept anything. DEFINITELY NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Katastrophe! Zwei mal Currywurst bestellt, angetroffen ist der Lieferant nach zweieinhalb stunden. Als ich angerufen hab um die Bestellung zu stornieren meinte der Chef dass er mit 5 Euro Entschädigung entgegenkommt da der Fahrer schon unterwegs war. Als der Fahrer antraf war er daraufhin unhöflich und die Tüte war voll ausgelaufen mit der Soße. Das Essen war natürlich kalt und unverzehrbar. Erste und letzte mal hier bestellt. Katastrophe

Ein kleiner Dönerladen, der einzige der nachts offen hat schmecken tut normal. Jetzt nicht so besonders auch die Preise sind normal. Bevor man abends an die Tankstelle geht ist man hier auf jeden Fall besser aufgestellt. Die haben alles von Döner, Döner Box, Pizza und lahmacun.

Auslieferer machen alles an was nich bei 3 auf den bäumen ist & berauben einen um geld

Ich bin begeistert von diesem Dönerladen! Die Qualität des Döners ist hervorragend, das Fleisch ist saftig und die Gewürze sind perfekt abgestimmt. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service ist schnell. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle Dönerliebhaber!

Das Essen war sehr lecker die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett.Essen war innerhalb von 15 Minuten fertig.

Um diese Uhrzeit gibt es einfach keinen geileren Döner zu essen um ehrlich zu sein kriege ich bei den meisten Döner immer Bauchschmerzen aber bei dem 0,00% !! Mitarbeiter sehr nett und das wichtigste Deutschsprachig das hat man noch kaum bei Döner Läden!

Die Kommentare mit so schlechten Rezensionen, sind vollkommen unverständlich. Service ist gut und das Essen ist lecker, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Wer Seine/Ihre Bestellung nicht richtig angeben kann ist selber Schuld!

Sehr gut gewürztes Fleisch und Knackiges Brot. Preise sind der Hammer im Gegensatz zu anderen Läden. Der service ist eine 10/10 habe schon lange nicht so zuvorkommende und nette Mitarbeiter gesehen. Das ist mit abstand das beste Restaurant in Hanau.

Is auf jeden Fall qualitativ nicht der beste Döner meiner Meinung nach. Hier zählt die Masse. Man hat für wenig Geld viel in der Hand. Und so wie ich es verstanden habe, ist dies hier der Döner den man nach einer Partynacht isst 😄

Der Dönerladen rettete schon manch einen Abend/ Nacht! Guter Döner, Pizza. Wer spät Abends oder Nachts Hunger bekommt sollte aufjedenfall hier her kommen. Preis Leistung sind sehr gut!

Der Bester Dönerladen in meinen Augen. Blitzschnelle Lieferung sehr Freundlich und keine Fehler bei meiner Bestellung. ich bestelle dort schon fast jeden zweiten Tag und es Fasziniert mich immer wieder!

Ich war um 2 Uhr morgens dort. War echt top so spät noch was zu finden. Die Mitarbeiter waren trotz der späten Zeit sehr freundlich. Leider geht es bei einem Döner um den Döner..und der war naja nicht wirklich lecker. Wenn man was essen muss geht's noch, aber sonst tendiere ich auf eher nein.
