Disorganized to the highest degree. As soon as the shift is approaching the end of the working day, the customer is not cared for. Pizzas have been delivered "immediately" for an hour.

I ordered two pizzas at 10 p.m. on a Sunday, and according to Lieferando, they were supposed to arrive at 11 p.m. Plus, delays are all fine. 11:20 p.m.-11:30 p.m., food still not here. I call, and no one answers. I call again, and again, and again. A total of 64 times, and no one answers—the line was busy in between. After two and a half hours, my order finally arrived. Never. Again.

Never again! My wife got food poisoning! Probably spoiled ground beef!

A run-of-the-mill kebab, nothing special. I ordered without onions and got them with onions. The bread is delicious, the sauces are good too. The staff is friendly.

Delivery took over two hours, even though the delivery time was stated as one hour! The manager on the phone was very unfriendly. There was a residue on the food and it didn't taste good at all!

Absolutely incompetent. I ordered food, supposedly had a 40-minute wait, and after 90 minutes, the food wasn't there. After repeatedly asking by phone, the employee said, "It's just a holiday." Absolutely terrible service. I would advise anyone not to order from here. This is not how you treat customers!

How can the health department keep a store like this open? Vomiting and diarrhea are 100 percent guaranteed after consumption. Please avoid this store if you want to do something good for your health.

Since I work nights, I order at lieferando.de around 2 a.m. Unfortunately, I have to wait almost two hours for a kebab with a drink and salad. I even left a note saying, "Please don't deliver after 4:30."

If you want a sick note, you'd better order from this place! Simply disgusting! Hair and plastic were found in the doner kebab, durum kebab, and pide... I wonder what the health department is doing all day. I can't explain how this place managed to get such a good rating on Lieferando.

"Mevlana Hanau - or how to make a kebab a tragedy. The meat was so dry that even the Gobi desert would have had pity. The bread? A soggy cardboard box in a flatbread costume. The sauce tasted as if someone had googled 'garlic' and then forgotten it again. If the order is obviously drunk, increased prices will be charged at the front door. There are never any invoices, even though they ask. I have already had this experience from several friends and myself. Unfortunately there is no alternative at certain times. Every now and then the lights are turned off and customers are sent to the back area so that the public order office doesn't notice that the shop is open 24 hours a day. Today I had the case again that I had ordered a pizza to be delivered. According to Lieferando, the delivery time takes 40 minutes. After 1 hour I called there. I was served unfriendly on the phone and pressured to order the pizza because it would take at least 10 minutes, even though we only live 2 streets away. Very bad service and rip off for drunk people. I will never order here again and I would advise against it!

I order from Mevlana every now and then, and I have to say that I can't understand the bad reviews at all. The food tastes very good and I have always been satisfied. Thank you for the good food!

We ordered 2 kebabs around 5 p.m. today. We were told on the phone it would take 30-40 minutes. At 6 p.m. our order still hadn't arrived. My husband then called and the employee on the phone said he had said it would take longer. At 6:20 p.m. the driver calls and can't find our street (perhaps we should listen better and write down the correct address). In total we waited almost 1.5 hours for the food and we live 900 m away from Mevlana. The kebabs were cold and didn't taste that good. My sister, who lives 200 m away from me, ordered via Lieferando 15 minutes before me (also from Mevlana) and her order arrived after 55 minutes, as Lieferando also stated. It's best to order via Lieferando, as the order will arrive sooner. I won't order anything more. This has happened several times now that we have waited over an hour for our food.

The crispy pizza was a real treat for the palate. The kebab also impressed with its fresh preparation and harmoniously balanced ingredients. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly service, which made the meal a completely successful experience. We would be happy to come back to try the other specialties on the menu. We highly recommend this place for all lovers of good food.

We ordered 6 pizzas for a larger group and ordered them well in advance. When the pizzas arrived we were all shocked. All pizzas were cold, with terrible toppings, and the dough was so thin that the toppings flowed down and you could see through them. It wasn't even proven to be something to behold. I've never seen pizzas like this before. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING! 70 EUROS THROWN AWAY.

Doner kebab was okay, but the guy charged us 4 euros too much and didn't want to give us a bill. In the end he put a 50ct piece on the counter, after which we didn't feel like arguing anymore and left.

Waited 1.5 hours to order, food was almost cold, I took a photo of the pizza...there are only 9 or 10 pieces of sucuk...they could try a little more ;) but anyway, as I said, it was cold and none of it tasted good...I had more expected! 40 euro order!

Calling doesn't help at all! The boss understands nothing and sees nothing! I would never rather be hungry in the evening than order mutt food like this.

Hello... we ordered a kebab pizza that we wanted to eat for two! Unfortunately, despite our request, we got the sauce in a separate container and the sauce on the pizza... which isn't all that bad because we then said we would like a new one... But unfortunately from that point on we became very rude treated! 1. We had almost no meat on the pizza and 2. my colleague (who wanted the can separately) wasn't allowed to have any sauce... Never come back. The first time I was there and it was also the last time. Pizza for €13 was not prepared correctly. No problem, but the second time we got much less meat and again it was cooked incorrectly 😂 The meat was also bad and generally far from edible food. Incredibly unfriendly staff and not a really clean place either. Next time I'll give this shop a wide berth. Not recommendable.

I find the Mevlana staff more than 3 years ago much friendlier than the staff today. The prices are extremely expensive. I wanted ketchup with my fries and had to pay exactly €0.50 for such a small 20ml packet of ketchup. When I asked why this wasn't included with the fries, I was answered very cheekily: "Have you ever been to Mc'Donalds, you also pay €0.50 there. So I can really only advise you not to eat here. So unfriendly .. If the ketchup was free, he would have gotten more and a tip, even if it only cost €0.25, but €0.50 for 20ml NO NAME ketchup (not an original Heinz) EXTREMELY NAUGHTY!

I am completely disappointed with the salad I ordered for 10 euros. Despite my clear request not to add onions due to an intolerance, I received both light and dark onions in the salad. I've never seen such a loveless salad. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Convenient kebab serving good affordable food. Seemed to have nice desserts options, but was not hungry enough to try them. There's not much seating inside. Staff was helpful, though you can't pay small quantities by credit card.

It's simply ridiculous how you are treated here as a customer, the delivery person clearly can't read and parks at number 1 instead of 7 and said he was using the wrong tone when talking to my girlfriend! It's an absolute shame to do something like that!!! And when you order, if you take a kebab box with rice and then get it with fries without saying anything, I think it's really cheeky!!! Katastrophe! Zwei mal Currywurst bestellt, angetroffen ist der Lieferant nach zweieinhalb stunden. Als ich angerufen hab um die Bestellung zu stornieren meinte der Chef dass er mit 5 Euro Entschädigung entgegenkommt da der Fahrer schon unterwegs war. Als der Fahrer antraf war er daraufhin unhöflich und die Tüte war voll ausgelaufen mit der Soße. Das Essen war natürlich kalt und unverzehrbar. Erste und letzte mal hier bestellt. Katastrophe

Ein kleiner Dönerladen, der einzige der nachts offen hat schmecken tut normal. Jetzt nicht so besonders auch die Preise sind normal. Bevor man abends an die Tankstelle geht ist man hier auf jeden Fall besser aufgestellt. Die haben alles von Döner, Döner Box, Pizza und lahmacun.

Ich bin begeistert von diesem Dönerladen! Die Qualität des Döners ist hervorragend, das Fleisch ist saftig und die Gewürze sind perfekt abgestimmt. Das Personal ist freundlich und der Service ist schnell. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle Dönerliebhaber!

Um diese Uhrzeit gibt es einfach keinen geileren Döner zu essen um ehrlich zu sein kriege ich bei den meisten Döner immer Bauchschmerzen aber bei dem 0,00% !! Mitarbeiter sehr nett und das wichtigste Deutschsprachig das hat man noch kaum bei Döner Läden!

Die Kommentare mit so schlechten Rezensionen, sind vollkommen unverständlich. Service ist gut und das Essen ist lecker, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Wer Seine/Ihre Bestellung nicht richtig angeben kann ist selber Schuld!

Sehr gut gewürztes Fleisch und Knackiges Brot. Preise sind der Hammer im Gegensatz zu anderen Läden. Der service ist eine 10/10 habe schon lange nicht so zuvorkommende und nette Mitarbeiter gesehen. Das ist mit abstand das beste Restaurant in Hanau.
