Burger Food in Hanau

Delicious! We had the truffle parmesan burger, the falafel burger and chicken nuggets. Highly recommended. The delivery was also very quick at around 6 p.m. There is a star deduction because the buns on both burgers were burnt on the edge. Otherwise everything was great and a clear recommendation!

Had the Double Smashburger (16€!!!) and the Cheese Sandwich. Unfortunately, both are at best average at a price that is well above average. Meat was not properly mashed, had no crust and was almost tasteless. The bun was too greasy and slightly burnt. Dominated the taste of the burger. The sandwich was dominated by the chili cheese sauce. There are much better alternatives.

Wow - hats off!!! I ordered/ate there for the first time and I'm really impressed. I actually wasn't expecting that much. But the burger was perfect, the like of which I had never had before in HU. The meat was fresh and to the point, super tender and of course not a frozen product. Homemade fries that were still crispy including a perfect and fluffy brioche bun. Above all, a burger that, despite being massively juicy, doesn't fall apart into its individual parts once you take two bites. Absolutely TOP!!!! Also on time delivery, nice driver. That definitely wasn't the last time I ordered/ate there. Will definitely recommend you!!!! BIG MINUS: Meat is Halal!

I had the Tropicaner and it was delicious, the pineapple and bacon added a nice touch. The first bite had an explosion of flavor with a crispy bun as well. Fries are tasty and worth the addition. Lots of table space inside and out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Come here for a delicious and flavorful burger

Friendly atmosphere, really delicious smash burger, I was shocked at how good it tasted. I just searched for a random burger place during my trip, and I find this place, and it turns out to be pretty good. Price is affordable around 11 euros for 1 cheeseburger, some fries, and a Coke.

I absolutely loved this burger joint! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. You immediately notice that a lot of emphasis is placed on cleanliness here - everything was spotless and tidy. The ambience was perfect – cozy and modern at the same time, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a really good burger. I can only warmly recommend this shop, everything is just right here!

First time at Burger Food and ordered a classic hamburger, the difference is that it is served as a smash. Taste and nothing to complain about.

My BBQ burger was too salty and too fatty.

Had the food delivered. Arrived 1 hour late (only when asked when the food was coming) of course the food was cold. On top of that, I forgot my drink and paid 4 euros too much. Of course, no one answered the phone... I've rarely experienced something so bad. Under no circumstances will I order there again...

Haben das Essen liefern lassen.. 1 Std verspätet angekommen (erst auf Nachfrage wann das Essen kommt) natürlich war das Essen kalt. Dazu kommt noch Getränk vergessen und 4 Euro zuviel bezahlt.. Natürlich ist auch niemand ans Telefon gegangen... Sowas schlechtes hab ich selten erlebt. Auf keinen Fall wird dort nochmal bestellt...

Top food! Super friendly and on the ball. It's actually a delivery service, so it's not a highlight of the atmosphere, but it's clean and really tasty, honest burgers and top side dishes!

The burgers are okay but not worth it at all, the baguettes are not like that. It's not enough that he rips people off and charges everything individually "you would have to say the word menu" even though you clearly ordered a menu!! No, he also reports my rating. Become a better cook instead of a better rip-off.

UPDATE 2024 Now really yours is one of the better burgers. Have often ordered there for colleagues without a delivery partner. Everything works great via email. Fast and punctual delivery. Tastes GREAT! Colleagues are all thrilled. Unfortunately we can only order every 2 weeks when we have a late shift. I've already eaten there but the ambience could still be tweaked a bit ;) Sensational!!! I ordered for the first time via Lieferando on March 24th. An aguacate salad and a BBQ burger menu. The salad is almost better than in a restaurant. Fresh and well prepared. My burger menu was really great, great burger bun, great game and all the other ingredients made the burger a feast for the palate. The BBQ sauce spilled all over me, that's how I imagined it. Just awesome. My little constructive criticism was IMMEDIATELY responded to on my second order today. The same salad and a chili cheese burger menu. The employee/boss (?) called me directly and told me straight away that he had taken my little criticism to heart and implemented it immediately. That's what I call CUSTOMER FOCUSED! Many delivery services are increasing their prices and cutting portions in half. Cash in twice. Here I get top quality for my money and the staff is absolutely fantastic and super nice. Nothing like that has happened to me yet. Excellent. From now on I will order/test a different burger every week and I'm really looking forward to it. Krämerstrasse is not the most beautiful corner of Hanau. The burgers are great. Here you don't get the ready-made paddy from the factory. The post is without a photo because the burgers were far too tasty and were eaten immediately.

We've actually never been to the restaurant, just walked past, but we really enjoy ordering here. The food always arrives warm and on time, the fries are always fresh and everything tastes just right. We particularly like the patty meat in the beef burgers here. One thing we find unfortunate, however, is that Trade Islands iced tea is no longer on the menu. We really liked that one. Otherwise the food is great and we can't complain.

I ordered tortillas and for €5 I assumed there would be a base sauce (the picture is also misleading), that wasn't the case. I then called and wanted to point out to the owner that I found an offer of €5 for dry tortillas unjustified. The man on the phone then replied unfriendly that he could sell whatever he wanted. Plus the Totillias were bad!

The service with a friendly smile. Great citizens and the fries class! Not the typical taste. Love it!

Sehr unprofessionelles, respektloses und unhöfliches Team. Man fühlt sich als Kunde absolut fehl am Platz. Wenn man sich beschwert, sind sie eher selbst beleidigt und nicht kritikfähig. Es gibt bessere Restaurants in Hanau, wenn man Appetit auf Burger hat. Nicht empfehlenswert und ein absolutes Nein!

The burgers are really good and the ingredients are very fresh. The service was very nice and accommodating. The best burger I've eaten in a long time! The avocado burger is an absolute recommendation!! But the cheeseburger and the Italian burger are also very tasty.

Das Essen war sehr gut und sah zudem auch sehr gut aus. Der Chef war außerdem auch sehr nett.

Mitlerweile unser Lieblingsburgerladen und ein muss wenn wir Lust auf Burger haben. Haben das erste mal dort durch Uber bestellt und seitdem kennen und lieben gelernt. Burger und Pommes immer super lecker und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Preis ist auch super und man bekommt was für sein Geld. Bei der letzten Bestellung ist leider etwas schief gelaufen aber das war kein Problem. Kurz mit dem Besitzer telefoniert und ihm die Situation erklärt. Er teilte uns mit das er dies kurz abklären würde und versprach einen Rückruf. Gesagt getan und der Rückruf kam. Er hat sich entschuldigt und uns bei der nächsten Bestellung eine Entschädigung versprochen. Dies ist auch passiert und die Entschädigung war bei der nächsten Bestellung dabei. Vielen Dank das bei euch alles so reibungslos funktioniert und danke für das gute Essen ! Weiter so 👍🏻

Meines Erachtens sind die Bürger echt gut, aber 15,90 € für ein Menü ist ein bißchen übertrieben. Wenn die MwSt jetzt erhöht wird kostet ein Menü ca 20 € und das ist zu viel für ein Bürger. Wenn wir mal ehrlich sind, ich bestellen bei Ihnen 2 Menüs und einen Salat, bei dem Preis von fast 50 € kann ich zum Griechen gehen und richtig gut essen gehen. Meines Erachtens seit ihr zu teuer !

War gestern Abend da. Das Burger Menü war der Hammer. Der BBQ Burger war genial, die Pommes schön knusprig, Getränke gibt es reichlich zur Auswahl, die Samurai Soße war gut portioniert und auch lecker. Die Atmosphäre war schön angenehm. Leider hatte ich drin kein Empfang. Kunden-WLAN wäre nicht schlecht. Der Service war top. Die Arbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Menü hat mich 13 € gekostet, also fairer Preis.

Burger schmeckt top und personal sehr nett kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Der beste Burger und die besten Chili cheese Fries die ich in meinem Leben gegessen habe. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier essen. Der einzige Laden in Hanau der keine fertig patties verwendet sondern sie selbst frisch macht.

Das essen war unglaublich lecker, vorallem die Salate omg 10/10 mit Stern sehr nettes und freundliches Team. Empfehlenswert ist der Cheesi smash Burger ( den kriegt ihr nur auf Anfrage) und der Salat Pollo. Leute ihr müsst die beiden Speisen definitiv probieren 🤩🤤

Eines der besten Burger die ich jemals gegessen habe (Cheeseburger). In 2-3 Wochen war ich schon 4-5 mal dort gewesen und jedes mal schmeckt es auf neue so gut. Ich kann den burger jedem nur empfehlen!!

Die schmackhaftesten Burger in ganz Hanau. Der Laden ist sehr modern und gemütlich. Service ist sehr nett und ist ein Familienbetrieb. Im allgemeinen hat es mir sehr gut geschmeckt insbesondere italian burger. Mich hat nichts gestört.

Service (Araber?) sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das leider schon der einzige Pluspunkt hier. Ekliger Friteusendampf im Laden; es riecht nach altem Frittenfett. Die "Linsensuppe" aus dem Gefrierschrank aufgewärmt war kurios, ich kann es nicht beschreiben.... nur einige Linsen und jede Menge Zwiebeln in klarer undefinierbarer Brühe. Praktisch klare Zwiebelsuppe mit ein paar Linsen. Dann Burger. Schnelles pseudo-amerikanisches Essen. Billig, aber auch sicher nicht mehr wert.
