Mostly really good food!! Most of the suppliers are also super nice. It's simply my favorite restaurant where I order because no other restaurant is better and, above all, as friendly as the staff!!! If I could I would give it 20 stars🥰🫶🏼

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! My girlfriend and I ordered a pizza and waited 1 1/2 hours for our order. At the beginning we neither received a menu nor was our order taken. After 1 1/2 hours our food is still not on the table and people who have just arrived got their food straight away and have already finished eating while we are still waiting! I won't come here a second time.

Not recommended! I ordered several party pizzas and the price was supposed to be €68. To my surprise, I was charged €75! Even with additional toppings you can't get this price. I don't know whether the driver allowed himself a small tip, but it seems very suspicious. The pizza itself was okay, but nothing special. Overall, I am disappointed and will definitely not order from here again.

Ordered takeout, pizza came in about 40min. Pizza is okay… not a lot of flavour and the dough itself is thick and a lot to chew…. Would have liked more sauce ratio to that dough ratio. Otherwise if you are looking for something to fill you up and be a good price this place is it.

It's nothing to relax in. The pizza was OK, but not necessarily a second time. If I then ordered lasagne again for delivery, it was more than disappointing. Taste-wise and visually. Otherwise there is enough parking space in front of the door and if you still want to go for a walk, it is right next to the forest.

Really bad pizza in my opinion! The dough was super weak (definitely not a good classic yeast dough!), the toppings, etc. were simply unloving. Sorry, a lot of room for improvement.

The delivery drivers don't flash red, they just pull out in front of you, they brake you unnecessarily so that you have to put your foot down and are therefore a huge danger to road traffic! Check your driver's licenses next time it won't work that way anymore. Dashcam recordings have already been collected and so there will be a class action lawsuit in the future!!

It's abnormal how the drivers of Toni's Pizza at the Neuwirtshaus drive on the road when they need to, slow you down and don't even blink. Danger to road traffic at a rate of 10. The display will be out next time!

Today we ordered 3 pizzas and 1 salad. Delivery time was basically 40 minutes, but ok. It was delivered again 40 minutes later. Well, if the pizza had at least been warm and tasted okay... but no, not even that. Dough too thick and not cooked properly, taste bland and almost cold. The artichokes were missing from the salad and the tomatoes still had their stems. So that was nothing, sorry

I have never eaten a pizza that was so bad in my life. The dough was hard as a rock, the wrong topping, the taste was just disgusting and stuck in your stomach like a stone. We have often experienced food delivered as a failure, but today was the crowning achievement. 85 € for the garbage can. The worst thing we have ever eaten

Unfortunately a stupid experience today. Unfortunately, one of the ingredients on the pizza was no longer good, that can happen. "I take note" and hung up. The other things were actually tasty and okay...

The delivery service doesn't work. First the wrong pizza was delivered and when I complained I was told that we would of course get a replacement. After over 120 minutes and repeated calls, where I was always assured that it would only take 2 minutes, I gave up and have not seen a pizza or my money again. Absolutely underground!!!

Food was simply overcooked, the salmon tasted old and was completely overcooked and crumbled, looked like it had been eaten before, never eaten again and then sent it to the laboratory to be examined.

Stopped here spontaneously. Big full menu, maybe a bit too much of everything. Service was quick, beer was at the table quickly, I sat outside. The surrounding area isn't quite as clean, but it's okay. Everything is great in terms of price and taste. I'd love to come back.

Second order today. Pasta was ok, but the cordon bleu was completely inedible as the meat tasted rancid. Fries ok, Cordon Bleu sauce very tasty. Delivery was good, driver friendly, delivery time reasonable

Ordered food here. There's nothing wrong with the food. We still don't order here anymore because the delivery person who brought the food was extremely unpleasant and intrusive. Maybe we should consider not allowing these colleagues to deliver to customers anymore. Greetings to the Bayern fan, we don't value football.

Anyone who wants to enjoy good “Italian cuisine” has come to the right place! My favorite is of course the pizza! The taste is simply super good, starting with the great pizza dough in cooperation with first-class ingredients when it comes to the toppings! It feels a bit like a vacation in Italy. The best thing to do is enjoy the great food on site. "BELIEVE ME!" My “Numero Uno” in Hanau and the surrounding area!

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for food. No apology, nothing and then the food looks so rancid and tastes like it's been in the car for an hour, fart-dry. Thanks, that was the last time for me.

Unfortunately it's not a real experience to order food there or eat it there. For my taste, the food is below the average of the other pizzerias/Italian restaurants. The ambience also seems more uncomfortable and spartan than inviting. But probably ok for a quick lunch break hunger pang. I wouldn't want to come here with my family. Unfortunately the pizza is very dry, thinly topped and the dough is too hard. But as we all know, that is also a matter of taste. The service is always friendly, even on the phone, and the drivers are polite and well-groomed. Edit: Everyone deserves a second chance. So I ordered there again on February 11, 2024. Unfortunately I was disappointed again! The pizza was just as below average as back then, but this time they went one better. I ordered with extra cheese (at an additional cost!) to prevent a certain dryness. The “extra amount” of cheese added to the pizza can almost be described as cheeky. A dollop the size of a slice of salali was added in the middle. That's it. Sadly, when I complained over the phone, they didn't even show insight or understanding. Almost annoyed, I was asked “what do I want now?” Such a response to a criticism is an absolute no go in the Gasto! An uncompromising exchange for an acceptable pizza would have been the only correct reaction. But puffball... Good thing there are plenty of alternatives. For me that was final.

The food is tasty, the prices are fair, the portions are large, the service is good, the kitchen is clean (you can see it clearly). Something could be done about the atmosphere. But since most customers pick up or receive deliveries, that's ok. That fits.

Always reliable, friendly and the food is always perfect

Pizza was mediocre, dough was usually a bit too dry for us. But the real disaster is the drivers. Often traveling far too fast, with a cell phone in your ear or hand. This is then followed closely and coerced! When we complained over the phone, we hung up straight away - we won't be ordering anymore. The pizza can't compensate for that.

Was there for the first time with a good friend! Unfortunately it was extremely empty for Friday evening, but the pizza delivery people were coming in and out every minute. We sat outside and didn't have to wait long for our food. My pizza was just normal. I usually measure a pizza on the base and it was just right. Airy, flaky and yet crispy. Service, drinks, food and everything went quickly and the prices are impressive for these times! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Für mich ist und bleibt es der beste Pizzalieferant in der Umgebung! Bestell srit vielen Jahren dort.Versteh die negativen Bewertungen nicht .Bin froh das er bis nach Alzenau liefert.Es gibt hier wahrlich keine Guten . Bleibt weiter so und weiterhin viel Erfolg und viele Pizzen und Nudelbestellungen.

Wir haben Nudeln, Burger, Pizza und Schnitzel bestellt. Nudeln heiß und lecker, Burger ebenfalls. Schnitzel etwas blass, Bratkartoffeln aus der Fritteuse und Pizza kalt- also nicht mal mehr lauwarm, sondern wirklich kalt. Dressing wurde bereits über den Salat gekippt, der stand vermutlich schon eine Weile so rum, denn er war lätschig und ist direkt in die Tonne gewandert. Also eher durchwachsen.

Das Essen ist super lecker bei Tony's Pizza. Die Zutaten sind total frisch, schnelle Lieferung und sehr freundliches Personal.

Lieferung Das Schnitzel Wiener Art wahr gut, das Schnitzel Gorgonzola wahr sehrgut & die Schinken Pizza hat nicht geschmeckt ( der Schinken war gut aber die Tomaten soße habe ich nicht geschmeckt.

Bestes Essen und die Pizza ist sehr gut nur zum empfehlen

Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen! Sind etwa andere Anbieter die Leute dafür bezahlen schlecht zu bewerten? Wir bestellen seit vielen Jahren bei Tony immer alles perfekt und trotz das alle die Preise erhöhen bleibt er auf den Boden ! Wenn ich lese essen nach 30 Minuten nicht geliefert oder nicht klingeln sondern anrufen? Alter wo sind wir denn hingekommen bleibt mal bitte auf dem Teppich, und das vielleicht einmal was nicht passte kann man auch Telefonisch klären .

Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder: geschmacklich geht so, preislich zu teuer, qualitativ geht so: unser Eindruck. Brauchen wir nicht wieder. Lieferdienst war einwandfrei.

Wir haben schon Pizza bestellt und vor Ort gegessen. Es hat uns gut geschmeckt. Die Pizza Rucula ist mit super frischen Zutaten.
