Die besten Restaurants in Gießen

I've eaten kebabs at many places, but Umut's is one of the top three! In fact, it's the best in Giessen :-) While it may not have the nicest atmosphere, the service is very friendly and welcoming!

Food was ok, service too, but the prices were borderline outrageous: wine was extremely expensive. The trick of inflating prices by charging for each component of the meal individually is also used here: breaded fish fillet like fish and chips was okay, but then another six euros extra for the mashed potatoes and another €2.50 for a sauce, so a simple dish comes close to €30, oh well. In any case, I won't go here anymore.

The food was very tasty and the restaurant was very clean. I can definitely recommend it.

What can I say? Simple and quick - we love it <3 Best Dürüm, Lahmachum, kebab and curry sausage in the area. Nice service, always so friendly. Portions large enough.

A good Thai restaurant near Giessen Central Station. The service was very friendly. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The prices were reasonable. Fresh ingredients were used, not frozen items.

A short stay in Giessen, at the right place. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately went back for a second visit. Truly delicious food. Whether pasta or pizza, it's top notch. Excellent service and a cozy, modern atmosphere.

Unfortunately the restaurant disappointed me. The food was rather bland and the service was inattentive. For the price I would have expected more.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at brunch and it was a very good decision. The service was very friendly, the food was presented very attractively in small glasses and on Étagères on the tables and tasted very tasty! Gladly again!
