Unfortunately the restaurant disappointed me. The food was rather bland and the service was inattentive. For the price I would have expected more.

I was there late yesterday evening and politely asked if I could wash my hands for a moment. Even though I wasn't a guest, I was greeted with a smile by all the staff. From the entrance to the washroom, three different employees greeted me warmly. This kind of warmth really isn't a given! I haven't tried the cuisine yet, but I'll definitely do so soon.

I had to go to Gießen on business and wanted to have breakfast beforehand. I spontaneously went in for breakfast and was very surprised by the atmosphere, the staff, everything was right together and the food was an 11 out of 10, it is really recommended ;)

The two of us ate there today. It was totally worth it. It was a very good, filling meal for “small” money. Very happy again.

Unfortunately, it's very unprofessional, and people who don't belong in the kitchen are still running in and out. We also had to wait a bit long for the food, and the price-performance ratio isn't justified. It's a shame; it used to be much better.

Yesterday, 4 of us went for breakfast. The buffet was varied, the food was excellent, and the most important thing was the excellent service. Many thanks to the restaurant management.

Our visit was a big disappointment. There was absolute chaos at the Iftar buffet because some guests recklessly claimed everything for themselves - especially the meat. Instead of serving yourself normally, plates were filled to the brim, while others (like us) barely got anything. At some point the staff put up notices saying full plates would be charged €25. Sounds good, but wasn't implemented. Several families returned 5-6 full plates, but no one was asked to pay. When we politely asked for a fair solution because we could hardly eat anything, they just said, “No, full payment.” Where is the fairness in that? Of course the restaurant can't do anything about the behavior of the guests, but it also did absolutely nothing about it. No control, no organization, no interest in ensuring a fair experience. Instead, people simply looked away. This was the last visit for us!

Absolute disaster! We were at the Iftar buffet, but barely got anything to eat because some selfish guests filled their plates to the brim – as if there were no tomorrow. Meat? Barely seen, because some families took everything at once, without consideration for others. At some point, signs were put up saying that full plates would be charged €25 – but what's the point if it's not enforced in the end? Families who returned 5-6 full plates didn't pay a cent extra. But when we, who could hardly eat anything, asked for a fair solution? "No, full payment." Ridiculous! Fasting and then forgetting all rules of etiquette while eating? Unbelievable. And the restaurant? They just watched. Zero control, zero fairness. Never again!

Hello My sisters, the food in the restaurant is top, as if you are eating at home and everything is in the hallway, but there are huge numbers in the restaurant! I mean, the buffet is small and you receive more numbers than you can handle. Why? I mean, a young man and I couldn't move because the tables were stuck together and the women were playing. We waited for them to finish. We got up to play, but the waste and the mansaf remained, but it was silver and needed a lot of time to fill up🤦🏻‍♂️ I'm not talking about the employees, on the contrary, they are very respectful, but I mean, you want to make a profit as your restaurant grows. Don't increase the number of people. Increase the price of the buffet and reduce the number. It's not a problem!

Delivery didn't arrive after 2 hours. We were told several times the driver was on the way but nothing came. Absolute impudence

Super delicious food from an extensive menu with lots of different small and large dishes. The portions are quite large and therefore the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Service could have been a bit more on point and quicker, but absolutely okay and the dishes we ordered were all there pretty much at the same time. The restaurant is nice, but was a bit poorly heated and the music was initially too loud for a restaurant. Overall, a totally positive impression and clear tip

Ordered a delivery service... Food arrived after 2 hours, even though 1 hour was stated. I was pushed away on the phone when I wanted to ask. We no longer expected a delivery. Unfortunately, the food was also cold. Definitely too expensive for that.

Excellent cuisine...the best food I've had in a restaurant in a long time. Anyone who can cook well usually leaves a restaurant disappointed these days...BUT at Royal Lebanon I had a big grin on my face. The service is really very nice and courteous and the starter and main course crowned the evening. The skilful interplay of fruitiness and spiciness resulted in perfect harmony with the right dose of spices used. The only downside was that I couldn't eat more of it. We'll definitely be back.

I celebrated my engagement party there and my guests were thrilled by the incredibly delicious and diverse food, the beautiful ambience and the excellent service. Many thanks again to the whole team for the uncomplicated communication and the unforgettable evening!

We ordered delivery there, unfortunately the Shakshuka was forgotten - but there is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of the food - taste 11/10, you can taste that it is homemade with love - we haven't eaten so well in a long time, really yummy

Unfortunately, the food does not include appetizers and meat kebab.. It was better and more delicious at first.. Now it is no longer good food at all.. I ordered two days ago and I was a regular customer, but it's over.

This was our first time eating Lebanese food here! We decided on the "Royal Lebanon" menu for 2 people. There were delicious dips with Arabic bread and a salad as starters, numerous meat variations from the menu for the main course and pudding and stuffed treats for dessert. Very generous amount of food for two people, we didn't manage to eat it all but were able to have it packed. It is worth it! Overall: Super delicious food and great service! Great Lebanese ambience and cuisine.

Since the restaurant is on a busy street, I have passed it several times and have always wondered what Lebanese cuisine has to offer. We were there yesterday and it was just awesome. My girlfriend and I didn't really know what we wanted to eat and decided on No. 68, a menu for 2 people (3 starters, 1 large main course and 1 dessert). Also available as a vegetarian version. The meat was very well done and you could taste that it was grilled and not cooked in a pan or oven. For drinks we had homemade lemonade and for dessert 3 small rolls made of mozzarella and semolina (sounds strange, but it is very tasty). The service was excellent, although the waiter appeared to be alone and had to take care of the indoor and outdoor dining, we never had to wait long for our orders.

The quality of the food has become significantly worse than in the beginning. When asked about a missing supplement, the response was very rude, but the supplement was then delivered 20 minutes later. Next time I'd rather try a different restaurant.

Lebanese cuisine is incredibly diverse with interesting starters for meat lovers and vegetarians. It is also worth trying out Lebanese cuisine for foreign palates. Unfortunately, the service was so extremely poor and even non-existent that it overshadowed the entire evening. When we were here on the evening of December 28th, only two tables, including ours, were occupied. It took far too much time to take the drink order and it took another three quarters of an hour for us to get the drinks. The counter/bar was in the immediate field of vision (the service employee and bartender were the same and only worker in the dining room), so you had to watch people do nothing the whole time. When the drinks came, several were missing and due to the waiter's lack of attention, it took an eternity before we could point out the missing drinks. When these were delivered, some of them were incorrect ones. Still only two tables occupied. The food itself was okay, but again some dishes were missing and had to be reordered with a delay. Another round of drinks was again only partially successful (by now we had given up noticing it, it was almost too ridiculous to be upset about) and at least my simple drink had little to do with what it was supposed to be. As a new highlight at the end, some products were listed several times on the invoice because they were booked as a new repeat order, even though they were only the products complained about and not even served after the first order. As much as I feel sorry for the employee in question (who knows why he was there alone as a completely unqualified person), it was just too obvious that the person had no knowledge, experience or training for their areas of work. All this lack of competence could have been somewhat compensated for by paying attention and improving mistakes that had already been made, but there seemed to be no interest or motivation for this either. Absurdly detailed criticism because of an absurdly bad overall experience.

We were really looking forward to our meal as we actually really enjoy ordering here. Unfortunately the order came over an hour late, the food was now totally cold and soggy and therefore inedible. The bread that is usually included was also missing this time. Unfortunately very disappointing.

Das Restaurant kann ich sehr empfehlen. Warmes ruhiges Ambiente, freundliches Personal und das Essen ist sehr gut ! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist trotz Inflationärer Bedienung fair.

Im Royal Lebanon werden sie zu einer kulinarischen Reise durch die libanesischen Küche eingeladen. Zu empfehlen ist die Meza Teller Royal wenn man zu zweit ist, bei dem man eine Auswahl von verschiedenen warmen und kalten Vorspeisen serviert bekommt, in der Sie die Vielfalt zum ersten Mal kennenlernen, zudem werden sie sofort merken, hier wird stets frisch zubereitet. Der Hauptgang war wie die Vorspeisen mega lecker. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Ambiente gar eine ruhig Wirkung auf einen. Es ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung reichlich durch die umliegenden Parkhäuser.

Sehr leckeres libanesisches Essen in einem schönem ansprechendem Lokal. Sehr nettes Personal nur die Organisation kann noch besser werden. Ansonsten ist es aber eine Empfehlung um lecker libanesisch Essen zu gehen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Sehr saftiges gegrilltes Fleisch. Sehr qualitativ. Ich würde es weiter empfehlen.

Die weibliche Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat zudem alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Portionen waren groß, alles wirkte frisch und es hat uns gut geschmeckt. Allerdings könnten die ganzen Dips m.E. deutlich mehr Gewürz vertragen, alles schmeckt so etwas zu neutral. Das Ambiente war schön und die Preise fand ich okay. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung.

رحت اليوم انا والعيلة على المطعم لاول مرة وكان احلا استقبال واحلا قعدة وجو كتير حلو والشب يلي بيشتغل كتير حباب ومحترم الاكل كان كتير لذيذ وطيب بنصح العائلات بهيك مطعم من جميع الانواع شي بجنن.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Ambiente. Ich habe mich für die Lammhackspieße und die hausgemachte Limonade entschieden. Die Limonade war sehr erfrischend und schön dekoriert. Zu den Lammhackspieß würde eine selbstgemachte Knoblauchcreme gereicht. Sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Unsere Bedienung war sehr höflich und konnte alle Fragen beantworten. Die Preise für das, was man serviert bekommt, sind mehr als fair! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben zu zweit einen tollen Abend im Royal Lebanon gehabt. Von Anfang bis Ende waren wir sehr zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen. Service top und das Essen war super lecker 😍 Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair 👍 wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren mit 15 Personen da,wurde auch weit im voraus reserviert. Bedienung war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, soweit alles gut.getränke und Vorspeisen bestellt,Getränke kamen und Vorspeisen kurz danach, als meine kam wurde mir gesagt das was ich bestellt hatte es so (mit käse) nicht mehr gab (an einem Samstag...)und ich daher eine andere version erhalten habe. War ok,hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt.beim Hauptgericht gings weiter,hatte dorade filet bestellt, gebracht wurde dorade royal,hab die Bedienung informiert die darauf hin zur Küche ging zum Nachfragen....kam wieder und sagte mit das es sie kein filet hätten!!?? Sowas sollte man schon bei Bestellung gesagt bekommen und nicht einfach das nächst beste servieren!! Und wenn man weiss das eine große Gruppe reserviert hat sollte man besser vorbereitet sein! In unserer Gruppe gab es noch 1-2 die falsche Gerichte bekamen oder mehrfach nach bestellten Getränken fragen mussten..... Dies ist in keinster weise schuld der Bedienung!! Die Mädels waren immer nett und haben sich Zeit genommen Dinge zu erklären wenn wir fragen hatten! Aber als koch einfach "irgendwas" zu servieren ohne Gäste zu informieren oder zu fragen ob das ok ist finde ich sehr enttäuschend. Die dips,sossen und Vorspeisen waren super,der hauptgang leider nicht...dazu kommt auch noch das dass Menü das aussen hängt nicht mit dem Menü innen übereinstimmt und Preise scheinbar auch mit nichts übereinstimmen.. (menü Getränk 6€ auf dem bon standen dann aber 6.90€?)...naja der Großteil unserer Gruppe war super zufrieden..wenigstens das
