My wife and I received a very warm welcome there. The portion sizes are above average, which is something to keep in mind when ordering multiple starters and main courses. Nevertheless, it's very reasonably priced and incredibly delicious. For two main courses and three starters (we only ate half and had the rest wrapped), we paid €50 at this point. We particularly liked the vegan selection, but the meat is also cooked to perfection, even if it's hidden in a wrap. I'd also like to emphasize that the service was very attentive; here, they understand that good service and hospitality create customers. Unfortunately, the restaurant was very empty that evening, but we hope that's not the norm. They certainly deserve the complete opposite. We'd love to come back!

The food was really, really good. It was my first time there and I will definitely go back and recommend it to others. We had the "all you can eat buffet" for lunch, which also included a starter, main course, dessert and tea. We had 3 starters: with 6 dips, and 2 salads. The main course was chicken and kofte. And for dessert, delicious pudding. You could take as much as you wanted from the buffet and there was a great/delicious selection. There was definitely something for everyone. This whole meal cost us around €18 per person, so really an unbeatable price. We were more than satisfied and can only recommend the restaurant, especially the "all you can eat buffet" which included a starter, main course and dessert. For the price, it was unbeatable :) The waiter was also really nice and accommodating!

I've been to the Royal Lebanon in Giessen several times – both during Ramadan for the buffet with friends and now after Ramadan, most recently on Father's Day with my parents. And I have to say: I'm impressed every time! The food is simply outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and lovingly prepared. The buffet is particularly top-notch: a diverse selection that truly caters to everyone's needs. I think it's great that the buffet continues after Ramadan! The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant, with a stylish, inviting ambiance. The team is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. A great example: At the end of our visit, we wanted another plate of honeydew melon – and a fresh plate was brought to us without hesitation. Unfortunately, this kind of service isn't a given these days! Royal Lebanon has become a true favorite restaurant for me. If you want authentic Lebanese food and value quality, hospitality, and atmosphere, this is the place for you. And as a special highlight: After dinner, tea is served, along with a fruit platter and typical Lebanese sweets – a perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Highly recommended – definitely try it!

I was there late yesterday evening and politely asked if I could wash my hands for a moment. Even though I wasn't a guest, I was greeted with a smile by all the staff. From the entrance to the washroom, three different employees greeted me warmly. This kind of warmth really isn't a given! I haven't tried the cuisine yet, but I'll definitely do so soon.
