Abu Karmo in Gießen

Thank you for the super relaxed and extremely pleasant stay! We went home completely happy and strengthened. Very tasty and authentic food. We ordered several dishes from the menu and shared them and also received a little something from the kitchen. Tastes excellent, portions are great for the price! The owners are very friendly and respond to requests. Since we are often in Giessen, we will definitely come back!!! 🥰

I saw terrible unsanitary conditions. Like a man who prepares food touched the dishes, first touching the street tables, chairs, removing ashtrays. I cleaned the food from burning with a black brush (due to dirt). A large cockroach ran into the hall, and also noticed a lot of green flies. When, after all this horror, I decided to go to the toilet, what I saw there completely finished me off; human shit was floating in the toilet, imposingly and without fear of anyone. For the reasons listed above, I would like to contact the sanitary and epidemiological station.

For me the visit was a wonderful experience. Fresh, delicious food. 🥰

Super great family run Lebanese takeaway! Super friendly service! Price performance great! Here, loving attention is also paid to details. The food is prepared in a very aesthetically pleasing manner. There is still something to eat here until late in the evening (11 p.m.). Unsurpassable in Giessen! Thanks, it works great every time! I can absolutely recommend very tasty manakish, especially with peppers. The dough was very crispy and delicious. Tabbouleh was freshly prepared and is also highly recommended. Prices are very reasonable. We paid €20 for two people with drinks and were very full. The service is very friendly, gladly again👍🏼

So I was here with my son and ate a small pizza, a margarita and a lahmacun. Great value for money. It tastes good and you can make a small snack in between. We will be back

Sehr leckeres Essen zu günstigen Preisen. Besonders lecker sind das Manakish mit Sheesch und Käse (Wrap mit Fleisch und Käse) sowie das Taboule.

Die arabische Pizza (Manakeesh) hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und nett. Wir können es absolut empfehlen 👌

Ein netter kleiner authentischer Laden geführt von einem zuvorkommenden Ehepaar. Ich war zum ersten Mal dort und war mit den meisten Speisen nicht vertraut. Der Herr hat mir „Foul“-Teller vorgeschlagen, links auf dem Bild (Bohnen, Joghurt, Knoblauch, Olivenöl) 5€ Für mich persönlich etwas zu sauer, weis nicht ob der Joghurt etwas säuerlich geschmeckt hat ob viel Zitrone drin war.. abgesehen davon aber trotzdem lecker. Die „arabische Pizza“ (manakish) war sehr gut und kostet nur 2€ Gemüse und Brot gab es zum Foul. Ich würde das gleiche Gericht zwar nicht nochmal nehmen, aber ich komme wieder und probiere gerne mal was anderes. Tische könnten etwas sauberer sein, aber nichts dramatisches

Essen ist ganz ok. Die Fladenbrote wurden uns aber in der Verkaufstüte auf den Tisch gelegt. So richtigen Service gab es auch nicht, aber für einen Imbiss ist es rund um in Ordnung.

Arabischer Imbiss, familiengeführt (ganz liebe Menschen) und mega leckeres Essen! Absolute Empfehlung! Haben die Karte schon hoch und runter gegessen und es immer sehr gefeiert! Kein 0815 Schnellimbiss, sondern arabisches soulfood! ♥️
