Competent service, very good food... everything was great

Very unprofessional manner! Among other things, we ordered soups via Uber-Eats. These arrived at us completely out of stock. No wonder given the packaging (very soft plastic trays)! The driver himself was contrite about it, but he couldn't do anything about it. When you call the store, they respond with incomprehension and blame everything on the driver. The same thing can be seen from several other reviews and yet the owners continue to do this and shrug off any responsibility. Then don't work with Uber if you think so little of them! We ended up driving to the store ourselves to get new soups while the rest of the food at home was getting cold. Also on site: No apology, no insight, no accommodation. And finally, the summer rolls were an insult. Just rolled up iceberg lettuce. Never this store again!

When there isn't an oil tanker humming along while idling, it's nice and pleasant there. Food is very tasty and portion sizes are appropriate. Nothing to complain about in terms of value for money.

Good home-style and varied cuisine. On Wednesdays there are almost always schnitzels in a wide variety of variations. But always tasty and reasonably priced.

So, the two of us were there and celebrated my birthday. Unfortunately I have to say that the food didn't taste good at all!!! But inside it is nicely furnished. I really liked that.

During a visit six months ago, the boss of this restaurant noticed me displaying uncivilized behavior: he absolutely didn't want me to ask one or two questions to the counter worker and even make small talk with this person. He also accused me of approaching the two people at the next table in the next moment and disturbing their conversation. That wasn't my intention at all. Is the boss crazy, is he angry with some guests (see also his comments on various reviews)? The boss of this restaurant definitely comes from a less educated background!
