Zufahrt "Badenburg" in Gießen

Baden's Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) are exactly what you can make at home: boil (ready-made?) spaetzle and fold in the cheese. Unfortunately, there's no finesse or craftsmanship involved; the Käsespätzle are a homogenous, sloppy mass. The service is excellent.

Fantastic pub, super friendly owners, great crowd, foosball, billiards, darts (traditional and electronic), everything's really great. Always fun.
