Zufahrt "Badenburg" in Gießen

On the recommendation of a friend, we ordered a table at the Plockhaus in Gießen. From the first minute you feel welcome as a guest. The service is very attentive and we were particularly impressed by the range of non-alcoholic drinks, including wine, Prosecco, Aperol, etc. We then relied on the recommendation and were not disappointed. We had meat 🥩 but also fish 🎣 and both were delicious. We'll definitely come back, maybe in the summer when you can sit outside.

Even if it looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, this snack bar is absolutely top notch. The owner/chef is always friendly and fulfills special requests without complaint. There are some vegetarian/vegan curries and it's no problem to replace meat with tofu. The Tom Ga Khai is awesome and so far unsurpassed compared to other Vietnam/Thai restaurants. Definitely try it!!

What can I say? Simple and quick - we love it <3 Best Dürüm, Lahmachum, kebab and curry sausage in the area. Nice service, always so friendly. Portions large enough.
